TSB Sunny Victory

Basic apartments, plenty of room. Good location. The cleaners and the people on reception are not the most welcoming. Towels and sheets only get changed every 4 days ! Our shower was broken it took them 2 days to complete the repair. Good pool bar, well priced and staff were good. The supermarket lady is the rudest lady we met and we did meet a few.

Clean, basic but comfortable accommodation. Lovely pool and grounds. Bar and supermarket on site. Good location for local amenities. Bus stop round the corner. Great air conditioning and fridge. Didn’t use the room to cook but was a kettle and toaster as well as other items. There was only 2 coat hangers in the wardrobe but I’m sure reception would have given more if asked. I would stay here again if going back to Bulgaria

Firstly the good things; Staff all polite and courteous, our self catering apartment a good size for two, pool area clean and obviously well looked after. Location while away from the 'heart of the action' is within an easy walk to the beach road with all it's attractions (!). Also only a few minutes walk from the bus route which will take you to Flower Street and Nessebar. The not so good things; for a 'self catering' apartment the facilities were woefully inadequate and of poor quality. I have seen better equipment in low quality auction rooms. Only one pot (large), cutlery, glassware and crockery miscellaneous styles. All a far cry from what we have been used to and experienced elsewhere. Fridge freezer very noisy but that noise paled into insignificance compared what I believed to come from the boiler in one of the 'kitchen area' cupboards. Our apartment on the ground floor seemed to guarantee that every toilet flush from immediately above was heard as the contents descended via a service shaft. All in all a poor experience for us on our first visit to Bulgaria. Would we stay at this complex again - highly unlikely.

My family and I had another fantastic stay at the Sunny Victory this year. Last week of July, start off August. The room was very clean and very well appointed. The staff were wonderful as they have always been in our previous visits. I can't recommend this apartment complex enough... It is the best in Sunny Beach in my opinion, and I would not hesitate in booking again, and again. Thank you for the fantastic holiday Sunny Victory.

Apartments are well cleaned cleaners never stop working spotless. Air-con very noisy hard to sleep with on apart from that very quiet place. Reception and security were polite and friendly. Restaurant on site owner very rude but the young lady who works behind the bar is friendly and polite. Owner didn’t like kids playing. Very rude man and no food service after August which no one informs you. Hotel great location five minutes from beach and restaurants

First time at TSB Sunny Victory , our apartment was a studio, on arrival i was very pleased how large it was with 2 adults and 17yr old having to share this for 2 weeks. Plenty of wardrobe space and other places for clothes and we had taken a lot !. Cooking area, fridge freezer , kettle , toaster, microwave, 2 ring hob, pots and pans just enough for doing something light, ( i didn't go away to cook ) Large balcony with table & chairs and a clothes airer. Aircon was brilliant and we needed it ! Bathroom a little dated but it did the job, one day we ran out of hot water but we now know my son taken taken it all , we waited for the boiler to reheat 20 mins and there was plenty again! ( don't let him go first lol ). We hired a safe which was in he wardrobe it was a key one small but it did the job.Maid came every day but her times we was always in our room , so unless it was bed changed/fresh towel day that was every 4 days we just said no thank you and she took our rubbish away and gave us loo roll and new bag for bin. The complex is very nice , bar prices good, roxy restaurant serves the food for the bar complex, we only had chips, burgers, pizzas but all tasted great. Supermarket just other side of main pool good prices too. Just out the gate a bakery fab prices and great too, what more could you want. Security on gate 24hrs a day not sure if it was needed but it does stop others using our pools and kids are safe. Just out the complex at end on road is a large Aldo supermarket and if you go the other way once out complex to the end of road across a very busy road is a Lidl , we only went for walk to see what they stocked for our next trip. Very impressed . My only concern is crossing the road we went at 8.30am and we ran across not sure i would want to take kids. Like i said i didn't go away to cook, every night we went out to eat in restaurants and never had a bad meal prices fab but remember we are at the north end and we only ate in that area. You could always get a sun bed any time of day !!!!! never had this before ! i sat on the green chairs afew times which was more comfy for me just need a few more as i saw only 4. We will be returning to sunny victory hopefully next year. Many thanks to our Maid and other staff.

We stayed for 10 nights and had a good holiday. The rooms were spacious with good air con. Our fridge freezer was good and had plenty of room. A couple of essentials were missing ie a spatular,tin opener and cheese grater which would have been very useful. Aldo and Lidl are nearby to get anything needed within 5 min. The pool bar was good and we had good service from the staff. The food and drinks are good and at a reasonable price large beers 350 lev. There is a bakery on site and a shop to get a wider range of drinks if needed. Its a 10 min walk to the ***** and beach which is quite lively in parts with bars to suit all ie beach bars or lively karaoke and tribute bars. If you walk a further 10/15 min to Flower Street thats obv the very lively area with nightclubs ect. We were a large group with older kids late teens early 20s and we all had a great time.I would return to Bulgaria,i found the value for money far better than anywhere else ive been.

Very clean rooms and two pools very clean too and a great price with a locked gate and security on 24/7. Cleaner in the room everyday and the pool bar food is nice and reasonable too. Friendly staff and so chilled.
