No lift to go to 1st floor ,hard for family with kids and luggage

Didn't realise that we were in an annexe across the road. We wanted a hotel with the pub onsite. Although just over the road it was miserable weather and that's why we wanted an all in one.
The TV remote didn't work but that got resolved and the heating didn't reallyq Ork well. The radiators needed bleeding and we called reception and also messaged but this wasn't resolved.

Overall it was a very very good stay for one night. Now the fan in the room was very dusty and even on full power didn't realy give any cool air. Hot breakfast takes a while as it is cooked to order but I think too long.

Lovely hotel. Perfect for a trip into Glastonbury or Clark’s village. Staff were brilliant. Food in restaurant was really good. Downstairs bar area is really lovely comfy and modern. Rooms a bit tired but super comfy bed and very clean.
