Mi experiencia en general fue muy grata, la habitacion era tal cual esta en las fotos, el trato fue cordial y con disposición a ayudar, dando excelentes sugerencias de a donde ir, sitios de comida, etc.
Lo unico que encuentre incomodo es el que no tiene elevador y si llevas equipaje pesado como yo es difícil subirlo y/o bajarlo, sin embargo las chicas de recepcion muy amablemente se ofrecieron a ayudarme con este.
Tiene una excelente ubicacion con el casco viejo y los principales sitios turisticos de Sarajevo y con un precio bastante accesible lo que lo hace una muy buena opcion de hospedaje, sin duda me volveria a hospedar aqui en una proxima visita.

Sarayova'nın eski çarşı denilen yerinde. Yani şehrin tarihi eserlerinin toplandığı yerin hemen girişinde. Yaya trafiğine açık olan caddede. Dışardan küçük bir yer gibi gözükse de oda ***et genişti. Tek kusur eski yapı olduğu için asansörün olmaması. Ama bavullarımızı çıkar**aya yardım ettiler. ***et temiz ve düzenli. Resepsiyondaki bayan sorduğumuz tüm sorulara güler yüzle yanıt verdi. Çok memnun kaldık.

We've just returned from a four-night stay here and loved it! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. We paid extra for the breakfast, which turned out to be a very good decision. There was a lovely selection each morning, and it was a great way to start the day. Returning during the afternoon also meant we could sit and enjoy a coffee, piece of fruit, or tasty biscuit. We would definitely return here the next time we're in Sarajevo. If you're looking to book a tour, then we'd recommend Meet Bosnia. Their office is an easy 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Charming hotel right in the middle of Old Sarajevo. It’s a bit difficult to get to by car because the street isn’t drivable but road and tram access close by. Dining and markets right out the front door. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator though so one thing to be aware of. Staff super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Great location, the friendliest staff, wonderful Bosnian hospitality, and the location could not be better. Comfy bed, good shower, love the constant supply of free coffee, cookies and bottled water, and a tasty breakfast to set you up for a day exploring Sarajevo. Hvala, Hotel Old Sarajevo!

Excellent location right on pedestrian street in the old town. You can not access by car, and parking nearby is not actually guaranteed. I suggest you park - like we did- in underground parking lot “Stari Grad Garaž” accross the street and ask there to charge you per day, not per hour. Hotel had a very helpful staff. The breakfast was nice but the coffee did not live up to Bosnian standards - I would rather suggest you have a coffee in one of the cafes on the street that open early.

A small boutique hotel in Baščaršija with modernly furnished rooms and a traditional touch. Delicious and varied breakfast. Friendly staff who is always available for advices and will answer all your questions. Our family felt really welcomed here. Great location from where you can reach all the sights on foot. Restaurants, shops, cafes are practically at the doorstep. I strongly recommend it.
