What made our stay even more memorable was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the team was warm, gracious, and genuinely attentive, providing personalized service that made us feel cared for from the moment we arrived. Dining at Lae Lay was a highlight of our stay. The flavours were excellent, and the elegant ambience made every meal a memorable experience. The complimentary shuttle service to Hong Island was another standout feature. It was incredibly convenient, and the island itself is absolutely breathtaking. The team looked after every detail, making the excursion seamless and enjoyable.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas. El desayuno también es muy bueno. Hay comida china y occidental disponible. El servicio de las señoras de la recepción también es muy bueno.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de la playa de Ao Nang, pero no demasiado concurrida. Cerca de la mezquita, con muchas opciones halal. El personal de recepción, los botones y la cocina Chill son geniales, especialmente el Sr. Tun (capitán de botones), siempre sonriente y muy servicial. El personal del desayuno es cálido y acogedor. Sin embargo, el check-in no fue a tiempo; nos dijeron que la habitación estaría lista en 40 minutos, pero el check-in se realizó alrededor de las 4 PM. La habitación era espaciosa y limpia. Pero los pasillos parecían estar aún en obras y bastante polvorientos. No estuvimos contentos el segundo día, ya que no se hizo la limpieza de nuestra habitación; regresamos tarde por la noche, llamamos dos veces para pedir toallas nuevas y al final tuvimos que bajar a recepción para que nos limpiaran la habitación. Es el primer hotel de cinco estrellas de muchos en los que encontramos este problema. Me sorprendió que nos dijeran que era un hotel de 5 estrellas... Tengan en cuenta que acabábamos de regresar de su hotel hermano en Lombok (Pullman) y fue fenomenal. Así que esperábamos lo mismo de este hotel. Dado que es un hotel recién inaugurado, espero que mejoren.

Stayed 3 nights at Dusit. Had a pleasent experience overall. Breakfast selection was decent enough. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff working there were all amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Hotel amenities were awesome though. Hotel comes with complimentary workout classes and water sports for those interested. The pools were huge with more than enough sunbeds spread throughout the pools and beach. The private beach at the resort is amazing as well. Its never busy and had awesome views of sunsets. But be prepared to walk alot in this resort as it is such a huge compund. You can request a buggy but it may take a while. Not the most convenient in terms of location but it is to be expected for a private resort. There are decent restaurants nearby if you want other places to eat other than at the resort. This is the place for anyone looking to relax and zen out. Would choose to stay there again just for the vibes and serenity.

El servicio del hotel es muy bueno. No hay servicio chino. Tiene una pequeña villa y una playa privada. Es simplemente hermoso... puedes caminar hasta la isla de enfrente después de que la marea esté baja. El gran sofá de la habitación tiene capacidad para una persona. Es muy amplio, pero el hotel requiere un cargo adicional. El desayuno es normal y hay pocas variedades, pero el paisaje de la playa es tan hermoso. el hotel en Ao Nang, que tarda unos 10 minutos. Es muy recomendable para quienes gustan de la paz y la tranquilidad. Si quieres ir a Hongdao, hay un barco en la playa del hotel al que puedes ir.

Muy bueno, cuando llegue, ya estoy listo para comer, beber, y el servicio de desayuno debe experimentar, hará el desayuno en la parte inferior, y hay un barbacoa, el director también tiene todo tipo de ayuda para reservar proyectos de juegos marítimos, salir a buscar un coche para el director, mucho más barato que fuera! El entorno es muy bueno, vaya con amigos, en general es grandioso! Vale la pena recomendar!!!

El gran hotel de 5 estrellas y es como tener acceso a la playa privada para todos los clientes de Shellsea El hotel tiene un mini-baño y una piscina privada para algunas habitaciones. El hotel tiene 1000 baht para el depósito de seguridad por 1 día.

From all of the hotel I been to over 20+ year of traveling over Europe and Asia I never seen any hotel as big as this not to mention the swimming pool is extremely beautiful, the service was a solid 7/10 the room 8/10 but just the look of the hotel and the swimming pool is a 100/10 and it’s even close to the beach and the night market the beach is right in front of the hotel not more than a 1 minute walk and the night market is around 5 minute away and it’s also fill with delicious food! I high recommend this hotel, such wonderful experience, it should be a tourist attraction, overall 9/10 hotel great place to stay for a while highly recommend!👍
