I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

We loved our stay here. The location is perfect. The hotel beautiful. Loved the acqua de palma toiletries. A couple of critiques would be. A coffee machine in the room would be an added bonus and the spa areas a little warmer. The bar area is lovely as is the rest of the hotel. We’d certainly stay here again 😊

wunderschönes Hotel mit einer hervorragenden Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das historische Ambiente – das Gebäude versprüht einen ganz besonderen Charme und hebt sich von gewöhnlichen Hotels ab. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und dank der Klimaanlage auch bei sommerlichen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Pool, der nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt perfekt zum Entspannen ist. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel Copernicus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

We just stayed 8 nights in Polish 5 star hotels, including 4 nights at this hotel. Polish 5 star properties would probably be 4-4.5 star in Western Europe. This hotel is smack in the middle of an extremely touristy area. We didn’t like it at all but other people might actually prefer it. The first hotel I encountered that had no umbrellas and it rained for two days. Overall we would not stay here again if we were to go to Krakow again.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, it offered good value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

During our stay, the pool was unusable because the water was freezing. The breakfasts were delicious. Before check-in, we were required to make a prepayment for the minibar, which was not refunded.

Hotel Gródek is very accessible to the old town.The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is average compared to other 5 stars hotel. The Carpet are old and dirty needed a change. Room are small and freaking me out when I fist arrive. Need an upgrade, like . Bed are hard , I got sore back when I woke up, needed a new pillow. Air-con seems not working., I will give 3 stars not a 5 star to that hotel. I was surprised by the rating that they give. 5 Star are overrated. Just saying. In fairness because of accessibility to everything hotel Grodek is ok to stay.

El hotel está fuera de la antigua zona, caminar a la antigua zona urbana es muy conveniente y el transporte cercano es conveniente. La habitación no es grande, la higiene es ideal, el desayuno del hotel es un buffet, el tipo de comida es todavía rico, el personal del salón es educado, fácil de comunicar, puede colocar su equipaje en el hotel después de salir de la habitación, ¡bueno!

La ubicación es perfecta. Un lugar realmente agradable justo al lado del casco antiguo y la ciudad era bonita. El edificio del hotel puede sentir la historia. Aire acondicionado funcionando bien. La habitación estaba limpia y la gente es agradable con un delicioso desayuno buffet. De 7:00 a 10:00 horas. Y la hora de salida es maravillosa hasta las 12:00 p.m. Pero una cosa, la conexión wifi no es buena. Este es un punto doloroso. Espero que se pueda mejorar la próxima vez :)

El hotel está en el borde de la Plaza del Palacio Viejo y tiene fácil acceso a varias atracciones turísticas. Hay estacionamiento subterráneo. La plaza está a 8 minutos a pie y es una buena opción para recorrerla por la mañana y por la noche.
