It’s a very beautiful well decorated boutique hotel, with English speak friendly staff! We did room only so cannot comment on the food but the hospitality was second to none!!! We had no issues at all! The spa small but very clean and ideal for a quick dip in the jacuzzi followed by a sweat session in the sauna. Our whole party loved the hotel and the location. It’s a small cab ride from the hotel in to the shopping center and the castle is a couple minutes walk. We all said we would come again and stay here!

Excelente servicio del personal de recepción y recepción. ¡Gracias por el sorprendente pastel de cumpleaños y la preciosa tarjeta para mi hijo! ¡Es tan agradable y cálido! El desayuno es perfecto, ya que teníamos prisa por otro viaje, así que esperamos volver para disfrutar de la deliciosa comida y bebida. ¡Increíble!

Absolutely stunning hotel and located in the heart of Krakow! Upon arrival I was offered coffee, a soy latte to be exact which surprised me. Any help I needed from reception, they were attentive with maximum effort. Eg, I was unaware that the 100ml restrictions had been uplifted via many airports in Europe, so therefore I could do more shopping before I left. Everything was super clean, very sweet daily notes left about the history and tales of Krakow, the bed was super comfortable! This hotel really made my holiday experience 100 times better, I actually wanted to stay longer. The design itself is fun and creative, only small thing is that it is very warm inside, had the leave the windows open, being as it was the beginning of March, I do wonder what it's like in the Summer. Extremely good value, but that's the beauty of zloty to GBP, will happily stay again.

El hotel de Varsovia es grandioso, no pensé que Cracovia fuera más sorpresa. Me siento muy bien desde la puerta del hotel y me gusta mucho. Puede ver la sala de conferencias textiles en la puerta del hotel, una excelente ubicación, la decoración interior del hotel es muy sabrosa y un sentimiento muy avanzado. La habitación es grande, el baño es más grande que en general, el equipo de la habitación es fuerte y tecnológicamente cómodo, y está muy cómodo frente al patio. El desayuno también es bueno, este restaurante es el restaurante recomendado por Michelin la noche, es tan delicioso. Cracov es tan hermoso, no hay tiempo para disfrutar de la terapia de agua del hotel. Lo único que no entiendo es que el espionaje no se separa y el agua se desliza en el suelo.

We loved our stay here. The location is perfect. The hotel beautiful. Loved the acqua de palma toiletries. A couple of critiques would be. A coffee machine in the room would be an added bonus and the spa areas a little warmer. The bar area is lovely as is the rest of the hotel. We’d certainly stay here again 😊

wunderschönes Hotel mit einer hervorragenden Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das historische Ambiente – das Gebäude versprüht einen ganz besonderen Charme und hebt sich von gewöhnlichen Hotels ab. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und dank der Klimaanlage auch bei sommerlichen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Pool, der nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt perfekt zum Entspannen ist. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel Copernicus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

We just stayed 8 nights in Polish 5 star hotels, including 4 nights at this hotel. Polish 5 star properties would probably be 4-4.5 star in Western Europe. This hotel is smack in the middle of an extremely touristy area. We didn’t like it at all but other people might actually prefer it. The first hotel I encountered that had no umbrellas and it rained for two days. Overall we would not stay here again if we were to go to Krakow again.

Muy bien situado y comodidad para un viaje a Cracovia. Fácil de caminar por todas partes El desayuno comienza a las 7:00 y tengo la caja de almuerzo mientras mi turno comenzó muy temprano. La caja de almuerzo tenía una variedad de alimentos como dos sandwiches, dessert (denish o macarona), frutas, zumo de naranja y agua. También es de buena calidad. El personal es muy amable y acogedor.

During our stay, the pool was unusable because the water was freezing. The breakfasts were delicious. Before check-in, we were required to make a prepayment for the minibar, which was not refunded.

Hotel Gródek is very accessible to the old town.The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is average compared to other 5 stars hotel. The Carpet are old and dirty needed a change. Room are small and freaking me out when I fist arrive. Need an upgrade, like . Bed are hard , I got sore back when I woke up, needed a new pillow. Air-con seems not working., I will give 3 stars not a 5 star to that hotel. I was surprised by the rating that they give. 5 Star are overrated. Just saying. In fairness because of accessibility to everything hotel Grodek is ok to stay.
