There is fiber to the building, so wifi service should not degrade, even when using multiple devices. Nearby, there are restaurants and coffee shops, a local community arts center, Downtown Friday Nights (an outdoor concert series during the summer), acoustic music in the city park on Wednesday nights in the summer, large art shows, easy access to city parks and the bike trail, hiking, skiing and snowmobiling (25 minutes away), cross country skiing and much more. The building itself is a net zero building, generating more energy than it uses, thanks to the large solar array on the roof. The near-instant hot water is designed to reduce the volume of used. We have a laundry onsite with high efficiency machines to reduce the amount of energy required to host you.
