在一個新開發的地段。所有設施都很新很智能（包括電燈按鈕/智能馬桶等）。四個枕頭似乎是不同的高度，很貼心很舒服。然後酒店附贈的礦泉水特別好喝。 吃飯方面酒店內部就有好幾家不錯的飯店。然後步行距離內還有很不錯的咖啡店和一個購物廣場。 稍微不喜歡的地方在於浴室放沐浴露的地方很矮？上一個住客完全可以踩在那裡洗澡 然後洗面奶再放這些地方感覺不是很衞生的樣子～其他都很好的。 如果不介意離迪士尼園區稍微遠點的話非常推薦這裏～

Este fue prácticamente un gran viaje de compras para madre e hija que había sido increíble hasta la última noche. Nuestro condominio estaba limpio, el personal de ventas no nos acosaba, era agradable saber que tenías que tener una tarjeta de acceso para ingresar a las puertas, etc. Supongo que era más bien una falsa sensación de seguridad. En algún momento entre las 8:30 de nuestra última noche allí y las 9:00 de la mañana siguiente, alguien decidió ”llavear” mi vehículo. Ahora, cuando digo ”llave”, me permite especificar diciendo que hay tres líneas específicas desde el faro hasta el guardabarros trasero del lado del conductor de mi SUV. Tiene tres “caídas” y líneas muy específicas que no fueron fáciles de recorrer. Esto fue específico. Es muy desafortunado que, aunque estaba estacionado frente al edificio, no haya cámaras cubriendo el frente del edificio. Ahora estoy esperando noticias de la Oficina de Seguridad sobre qué planean hacer, si es que planean hacer algo. Muy decepcionado de que esto sucediera en una propiedad Hilton.

Vivimos aquí 7 días, me siento bien en general, la habitación es limpia y la cama es blanda y dura. Hay muchas comidas rápidas cerca del hotel, hay tiendas convenientes, se puede comprar bebidas en el frigorífico para beber lentamente. El hotel tiene un autobús a Disney y el mundo, pero el tiempo es muy divertido. Ir a Disney Bus a más de 10 horas de la mañana y ir a la 7:05 de la mañana del mundo. Ir a Disney, mi nombre es Lyft, porque quiero entrar en el parque antes. Hay hoteles que no limpian sus habitaciones todos los días, si necesitan limpiar, necesitan decirlo con antelación y la recepción. El hotel tiene tres lugares con lavadora automática y secador gratuitos, y necesita lavarse el polvo de lavandería, es muy conveniente. Otro pequeño defecto, el aislamiento del hotel no es muy bueno, puede oír el sonido del lado. Si es posible, no elige el primer piso, hay cajas de pañuelos en el primer piso, muchas personas están muy tranquilas. Está bien.

Parece un hotel grande, pero el servicio realmente no puede mantener el ritmo. El servicio de habitaciones vino al día siguiente. No me levanté y les pedí que vinieran durante una hora, y luego nunca volvieron a aparecer. Me recomendaron dos cosas durante mi estadía. La primera fue cuando me registré y la segunda fue una llamada telefónica directamente a la habitación una mañana. No es una buena experiencia.

Driving up to the hotel it looked promising, lift up to our floor felt bit old but worked well with the style, rooms were ok but looked like it could do with some freshening up. First thing we noticed was a stain on one of the pillowcases, this made us wonder whether the beds were properly changed or cleaned, we did see a single strand of hair in the bathtub but gave it the benefit of the doubt that could be the cleaner if they did clean it. Sadly on the website it states luxury toiletries- well these were disappointing and did not feel it. We were provided with one set for two people. That is one shampoo, one conditioner, one body lotion, no shower gel, (you get a shower in the room) one face soap, one hand soap. The hot water kettle dispenser was not cleaned as when we went to do an initial clean there was a lot of black stuff coming out, we had no coffee in the room either. We had to go ask reception to give us a new one and that’s when we found out we should have had coffee provided with the kettles. So far very disappointing, We found out during our stay that the hotel doesn’t clean your room on a daily basis and we weren’t aware of this so our bins were over filling, we had to ask for toilet roll, and new towels. When we received the towels in the bedroom whilst we were out they were left on top of the toilet. Not exactly the best or cleanest place to put if especially if we haven’t had the room cleaned for a good few days. If you want your room cleaned I expect you will need to let reception know. I’ve stayed at Marriotts before and I’ve never experienced it where they don’t clean your room and I don’t mind if they don’t do it on a daily basis but they should inform you at reception when you check in. We stayed during Hurricane Milton and we were very disappointed as international tourists not to have received any information from the hotel that it was coming and what to do/ how to stay safe/ whether there was going to be reduced restaurant opening times/ services. This was our first hurricane. We instead received much more information and advice from our Uber drivers such as to stock up on food and water. Our other information was from alerts we received on our phones and also by watching the news otherwise we would have been none the wiser. We are aware that other hotels received a note under their door as a minimum. We were looking to hire a car but this hotel charges 27 dollars to park a day. So we decided to use Uber and actually turned out cheaper for us so bear this in mind. The pros: It’s very central and icon park is about 5 mins away, lots of bars and restaurants along the the drive in either direction. Close to the parks if that’s what you’re here for. Reception staff are very nice and really get straight on to the case when you need something. Two people who stood out for us was firstly Joe, who was standing outside one day as myself and my friend were deciding to visit a mall was so helpful. He even gave us some leaflets to hand it at our destination to get discounts and a free bag. He was really friendly and chatty and a great sense of humour. The second person was Ryan, from housekeeping was also very helpful when my friend was after some items for our room. Very cheerful. I’d only recommend this hotel if you just want somewhere to sleep for a few days. I wouldn’t come back here again not for a holiday as I feel the basic expectations of a hotel service was lacking. Can’t fault any of the staff we dealt with.

Very impressive hotel , easy stroll to Universal Studios with the option to get the boat if preferred. We had a slight issue with noisey neighbours however the staff were incredible with resolving this issue. Very friendly , calm atmosphere. Perfect for anyone trying to relax or go to Universal.

La habitación es muy grande y tiene un dormitorio, un salón y un baño. Hay una plaza frente al hotel con muchos restaurantes y muchas opciones. Uber es conveniente Hay un delicioso restaurante de mariscos en la intersección a 10 minutos a pie.

Está justo al lado de Ocean Park. Es muy conveniente entrar y salir. El estacionamiento cuesta 30 dólares por día. No tendré tiempo para disfrutar de la piscina y otras instalaciones mañana por la mañana cuando salgo temprano y regreso tarde a casa. El estacionamiento El espacio es un poco reducido por la noche, tal vez debido a los días festivos consecutivos. Hay un centro comercial enfrente y hay muchos restaurantes que son muy convenientes y puedes caminar hasta allí.

La ropa de cama estaba vieja y desgastada, y la habitación impar era extremadamente ruidosa debido a su proximidad a la autopista, lo que hacía casi imposible dormir en toda la noche. A la mañana siguiente, me trasladaron a una habitación par en recepción, donde el ruido era prácticamente nulo. El baño era extremadamente ruidoso debido a las tuberías. La reserva del hotel indicaba que el desayuno estaba incluido, pero en realidad se cobraba una propina del 18-22% aparte. Aunque no era mucho, Ctrip, como plataforma, tenía la obligación de informar a los huéspedes de esto. De lo contrario…
