My entire stay was first class. The location is central and close to major venues in downtown. The lobby and common spaces were very clean. The gym and pool were amazing, clean, and top tier. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I would definitely return to the Stephen F Austin Royal Sonesta.

This company offers no in-site service. It took a total of three requests to get washcloths. The location was great. It was very clean. There was very little place to unpack, no dresser and no where to leave your suitcase open in th bedroom. We had to use the kitchen table to lay out our clothing.  Booking through Airbnb.com would probably be a better option.  Property is nice.

Good location in the downtown area. The hotel is new. You need to become a hotel member (register at the counter) to receive complimentary water, which I didn’t know on my first night. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t bother to explain that membership was required, even for something as basic as water, when I initially declined to register. Lastly, I found it hard to sleep at night due to the noise from the AC, as I’m very sensitive to sound. Overall, though, my experience was pretty good.

This spot was hella dope ! def on my top 5 in atx.. i’ll be back fashoooo !! the views, the space, the rooms, and location!! ONLY CON.. the check in process is and was a MF !!!! sheeeesh .. felt like i was boarding a flight lol

Room is tidy and clan condition. Their airport pick drop service is 24 hours so I can use it easily. They asked me to call when I’ve arrived but the number wasn’t correct so I just followed direction then found the van. (Between the pillar K&L) Cleaning lady is kind and seems energetic. Some small groceries you can buy next to the counter. Airplane noise only thing you can endure from early in the morning because of their location.

I LOVED this hotel: the location, the rooms (the bathroom tile was everything), my balcony. Very stylish boutique hotel, but also one of the lesser priced ones to stay in the area. I was able to easily walk to everything I wanted to do but would be a quick rideshare to tons of other stuff

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable y con un servicio excelente. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de las tiendas y tiendas de Arboretum en el Dominio. También cerca de la tienda de comidas enteras, H‑E‑B, teatro de cine de puertas, y muchos restaurantes buenos, muchos a pie.. Grandes habitaciones, baño almacenado con productos Aveda. (shampoo, condicionador, lavado del cuerpo, jabón de barra para las manos) fue un muy agradable toque! La única cosa que no me gustaba fue que recientemente comenzaron a cobrar por el auto estacionamiento en su lote descubierto ..... Pagué $20 en 1/31/24. No me gusta de todo. Sólo ponga el precio en su tarifa de habitación y diga aparcamiento gratuito!

停車免費，自有停車場足夠位置。離德州大學Austin 分校、德州議會大廈片區很近。早餐在一樓的飯店內進行，美式早餐常見品種，不過不失，沒什麼亮點但也能吃飽。缺點是窗式空調太吵，淋浴水不夠大。因為懶得換又訂了一晚，前台服務人員比較有耐心，前一晚的按金退得挺快。一樓有家壽司店，門口有衹大黃蜂。

Watch out, if youre not a Hilton card member holder, they dont serve well. Only shampoo, conditioner and body wash they have at the bathroom, requested toothbrush at 8am and was told itll take 30mins as there was no housekeeping on duty. Also, we were stucked at the parking elevator as we head out.

Mi estancia en el Austin Southpark Hotel fue perfecta. Por favor, asesorar a la dirección de alto nivel que tienen todos sus puercos en fila. El bar de la sala de estar fue muy bien, el bar de la sala de estar fue un toque interesante y el personal del frente fue cortés y responsivo. El desayuno dos veces en el restaurante era lo que necesitaba para comenzar el día.
