The rooms were very clean, the room service ladies did my laundry really good, the hotel breakfast was great (although we almost got scammed at their restaurant/bar when I was there and they did a scan called “menu-switching” thinking I’d not notice). When it was 3 of us, they showed us a double bed room with only 1 bed and didn’t offer a Family deluxe room with 3 beds UNTIL I asked them if they have such a room (Cause I saw it on trip.com). At the end we decided to get into 2 rooms. But somehow now the Family deluxe rooms with 3 beds says they are sold out, and only the rooms with 1 bed are available on this app. I wonder why. Is it another scam to make customers get separate rooms and pay more.

This is my second visit to the Juglans Suites Hotel. European-style architecture, elegant design details and room amenities will make your stay comfortable. But the most important thing is the staff, who must provide a high level of service. Unfortunately, the trend is not changing for the better right now. Last time, everything with manager Halil was resolved on a positive note and very quickly. The attention, tact and care with which he treated each client can only be given as an example. He was the soul of this hotel, but unfortunately, he is not working there now. With his attitude to work, he increased the sales of the hotel, such employees are worth appreciating! Now there is no welcome plate with fruits, the pool is not heated, there are no sun loungers on the beach (last year there were), the announced transfer is not provided (for a fee), room cleaning is carried out only on request, but no more than once every 3 days, the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired (floors are not washed, detergents funds are not added, bed linen is not changed). If you are coming for a long time, take care of a kitchen towel, rags, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. In any case, if you accept and take into account the disadvantages, your stay will be comfortable. I recommend that you stop.

We had a swim-up room in a quiet part of the hotel, and that was the best decision. Having a pool right there with a sea view made our stay truly exceptional. 😍 The property is a three star hotel and it shows some signs of wear and tear (albeit being very clean), but the services, amenities and staff are certainly worth 4 stars. The location is about 10 min from the beach, if you walk at a swift pace, but it’s so much better than any hotel that is close to a very tacky and noisy main street. Note: the beds didn’t have standard linen. They made the beds with a bottom sheet but no top sheet. It was just a bedspread left at the bottom of the bed. That was unusual and not exactly to my liking. We spoke to reception who sent the housekeeping staff over to our room. We asked for sheets but it was clear this is how they made all beds and no top sheet was provided.

The staff are one of the least helpful during my Türkiye trip, you can feel they are very robotic. Does’t feel welcomed at all but the room is really lovely as seen on the pics. Bfast is great with lots of choices. Location is great cause it is close to all the yacht and the old town. From the balcony of our room we have the view of the marina. Ps: when i booked the room I saw theres a swing in the web however the room I stayed doesnt have one.

Прекрасный отель, чтобы провести время с комфортом и сервисом. Отель новый, со свежим ремонтом, тихий. Нас очень приветливо встретили на стойке регистрации и показали номер. Номера большие, есть все самое необходимое для хорошего отдыха. Уборку делают каждый день и качественно. На территории есть ресторан, где проходят завтраки. Выбор не сильно большой, есть все необходимое для полноценного завтрака. В этом ресторане можно и поужинать вечером, быстро принимают заказ и приносят блюда. Порции большие, мы часто брали одно блюдо на двоих. Также в отеле есть свой бассейн, который чистят каждый вечер и свой спа. Это большой плюс. Собственного пляжа у отеля нет, но за 13-15 минут можно дойти до ближайших. Без проблем взять лежак и зонтик в аренду. Кстати, расположение отеля один из плюсов, ты находишься в дали от шумных и проходных улиц, что делает твой отдых более комфортным. Очень рекомендую!!!

Stayed here for 1 night, and it was very picturesque! It’s just like the photos online. It is a very quiet area we stayed in our cabin the entire time and just relaxed. The hotel operate on a watsapp service and everything requested comes to you very quickly. The property was clean. We did have issues here with mosquitoes and came out with several bites! We went in October, so we couldn’t use the private pool as it is ice cold, which was a downside and our cabin was in the shade so we didn’t get any sun at all during our stay here. But nevertheless, it was a nice cosy night away. 1 night was perfect for us to take lots of pictures and soak in the views. I wouldn’t stay here longer than a night as I feel like you would just be staying indoors without making the most of the holiday.

We had a really lovely stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, and set within a well-secured resort, which made us feel comfortable throughout. It’s in a great location too—just a short walk to everyday essentials like transport links and some nice, affordable places to eat. The resort itself faces the sea, and even though our apartment didn’t have a direct sea view, the beach was literally just across the road. Getting around was very easy without a car since public transport runs regularly and is surprisingly cheap, starting from about 70 pence per trip. The host, Lebrentals, was great to deal with, and Sadik, our main contact, really stood out. He was kind, responsive, and always happy to help—often saying, “just let me know whatever you need,” which we really appreciated. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely love to come back. It’s a genuinely nice place to stay.

El hotel es un buen hotel, una buena habitación, una cama muy cómoda. El minibar era un poco pobre sólo una de cada uno cuando hay dos personas en una habitación. La comida era muy buena, la variedad y la elección. Las bebidas y los cocktails eran un buen estándar. El personal es muy bienvenido, amable y atento. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable. Expresé mis opiniones y la hermosa dama en las relaciones de los huéspedes ofreció una mejor solución. Recomendaría un estancia en este hotel y volvería.

Como este era nuestro primer viaje al extranjero juntos, quería que nuestras cuatro noches aquí fueran una experiencia especial. Desafortunadamente, la suite con jacuzzi y vista al mar fue una gran decepción y un auténtico desperdicio de dinero. El jacuzzi del balcón era inutilizable, ya que el agua estaba, en el mejor de los casos, tibia, y la presión era pésima. Sin embargo, la vista desde nuestra habitación era simplemente espectacular. ¡Por desgracia, casi me caigo, ya que la barandilla del balcón tenía un tornillo suelto y se movió peligrosamente bajo mi peso! Dentro, el papel pintado se estaba despegando de las paredes en varios sitios, pero el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y la cama era cómoda. El gerente hizo todo lo posible por solucionar los problemas e incluso nos ofreció cambiarnos a otra suite, lo cual rechazamos porque era más pequeña y tenía peor vista. Y ahí reside la cualidad que salva a este hotel: ¡su personal! Desde el gerente del restaurante hasta el director de actividades, todos fueron genuinamente amables y serviciales. Nada de sonrisas fingidas ni saludos prefabricados. A pesar de la decepción de haber pagado por un jacuzzi que no pudimos usar, las increíbles vistas desde nuestro balcón y el maravilloso personal hicieron que nuestra estancia en el King Royal Palace Ölüdeniz fuera realmente memorable.

La pasta que pidan está bien, pero el servicio de bar es normal y no recomendable. Los batidos son deliciosos. Pero ese día tenía fiebre alta, por lo que la experiencia no fue muy buena. No tenía ganas de comer ni de beber, y no fui a ver la actuación de media hora por la noche, de lo contrario, me hubiera parecido así. unas vacaciones. Hay dos o tres piscinas. Es muy cómodo mirar la montaña y el mar. Después del desayuno, puedes tomar el sol en las tumbonas. Hay muchos tipos de desayuno, creo que se puede atender a personas con diferentes gustos.
