El hotel/apartamento era absolutamente fenomenal. Tenía instalaciones y servicios muy modernos. Era un apartamento limpio y moderno. La cama era cómoda, al igual que las almohadas, y era tranquilo por la noche. La ducha era muy agradable. Me encantó el uso del horno en la cocina, así como la lavadora en el baño. Los jardines estaban muy limpios y ordenados. Tenía una hermosa vista desde mi porche. Es una caminata larga para bajar la colina hasta la tienda de comestibles más cercana y luego volver a subir con las compras. Otra desventaja de la ubicación es que es difícil conseguir un viaje desde la aplicación local de viajes compartidos. Sin embargo, hay taxis en la zona. Aparte de eso, fue una experiencia muy agradable. ¡El personal fue profesional y amable!

I was very disappointed with my stay. Sunlight entered the room from several areas, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. There were also constant and disturbing insect noises, the bed was uncomfortable, and the room felt quite small. Overall, the price was too high compared to the room and the services provided. On the positive side, the location was excellent, and the staff were very kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, despite their good service, the accommodation itself did not meet my expectations.

The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. Amazing! The hotel staff are professional and friendly. All our needs and requests were met promptly and with a great attitude. The room itself was stylish, clean, and comfortable. Location is a comfortable walk to the marina. Perfect distance for comfort and convenience. Had the best stay! Highly recommend.

WE WENT RIGHT BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF JUNE SO THERE WASN’T ALOT OF PEOPLE Good stuff: the place has amazing views, the sea the nature the beach the white and blue themed buildings, beautiful trees and flowers, the interior design is nice as well, staff are super nice and welcoming Beach and pool were so clean and constantly maintained throughout the day. Everything you’d need for the beach will ne provided (towels, long chairs, umbrellas …etc) They also have some nice free activities during the day. Breakfast was nice, wide variety of foods and drinks, we unfortunately didn’t get the all inclusive option which would’ve been better. The lobby area is so clean and there is a beautiful terrace that you can use to chill. They allowed us to keep our pet in the room, which is nice, but they mentioned that it’s usually not allowed even tho i have called before going and the told me that’s pets are welcomed. (Also they asked us to be in the room when the room cleaning is being done) Bad Stuff: The location isn’t very accessible by feet you’d have to walk a bit before reaching the point where u’d be able to take transportation to the city or just request a taxi from the hotel ( 250 TL TO CITY CENTER) The food in the hotel is expensive (Airport Prices) we ended up ordering from outside using delivery apps, they deliver to the entrance of the hotel so you’d have to go all the way there to pick it up. A lot of stairs but it didn’t bother us much because we didn’t have any old people or kids with us. THE ROOM CLEANING SERVICE WAS SO BAD COMPARED TO EVERYTHING ELSE They always forget to change a few things or put extra stuff in the room( towels, bathroom stuff, sheets, iron…) the floor in the room isn’t cleaned well, basically they do below the minimum when it comes to house keeping, although you can request anything that’s missing and they’ll get it sorted. They leave the cleaning stuff and the room essentials outside on the floor, you’d find some trash as well which is bad to see. When you call to make a request expect a delay in response or they may even forget to fulfill it, so you’d have to go to the reception to sort it out.

Выбирали отель день в день , подтвердили бронирование очень быстро. Приехали заселили в 14:00. Персонал очень отзывчивый, стараются все сделать , чтобы было комфортно отдыхать. Управляющий отелем Эльхам,, всегда идет навстречу , каждому уделить внимание , пытается, сгладить любой негатив. Отель маленький , уютный, я бы сказала семейный) Территория компактная) Новые номера. Тихо. Из минусов : Номер дали без балкона, просили поменять не сложилось ((( хотя на фотографиях балкон присутствует , сушить вещи проблематично Много комаров в номере , на окне нет москитной сетки . Еда особенно на обед очень скромная, зачастую выбора нет ((( нет названий блюд Касательно лежаков, первые два дня все было норм, затем отель заполнился полностью , занимали лежаки в 7:30 , а потом дальше спать . Внизу первая линия пляжа общественная. Анимация есть , но в тоже время ее нет( Девушка аниматор вообще ничего не делала, постоянно была в телефоне, парень еще что то пытался изображать. Из Активити дартс , водное поло , и все ((( Дартс переодически забывали проводить .Водное поло проводили в самый солнцепек могли начать в 14 ( сразу после обеда ) крайняк в 15. Отель твердая тройка , 4* не тянет .

Not the most friendliest people. There are no elevators and no one offers to carry any luggage up or down the stairs. It’s quite a dirty looking hotel, we walked through an overflowing drain and we couldn’t see it because there were no lights. Also, there is only one person at the egg and pancake station for breakfast, so it took almost 30 minutes to get them. The snacks at 3-4pm were finished when we got there at 3:40pm. There were 2 of us in the room and they wouldn’t give us two cards. My friend came home later than me and she had to get someone to open up and they tried to come into the room with her. It was a good price for all inclusive though and it’s really close to the beach and party areas.

Sayın Yetkili; Otelinizde geçirdiğimiz konaklama süreci beklentilerimizin çok üzerindeydi. Öncelikle tüm personelin güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımsever olması bizi çok memnun etti.
