Good location near Triangeln station. Abundant breakfast. Bedding, while newly washed, had a few stray hairs. Felt like there was a surface clean but still a bit dusty. Room lighting was also quite dark. Could store luggage for free, cannot check in before 4pm without a charge.

Centralna lokacija, blizinu Lilla torg-a, i savršenog parka. Takodje zgodna lokacija za odlazak vozom u Copenhagen. Dorucak vecčera uz kafu i kolač posle podne daju prednost.

The hotel is in perfect location. Very clean and stuff very polite and kind. We have booked deluxe room sea view because of the full window sea view everyone is talking about but we were disappointed with what we got, since the majority of the view at the sea side was wall (picture attached). No beauty kit is included (cap…) Breakfast area has great view of the city, during the weekend is so busy and pretty tiny and needs reservation , the breakfast choice is nice. During workdays when there is no crowd and is so nice and calm. Anyhow nice hotel but i had higher expectation of the room chosen.

El antiguo hotel de la antigua estación de trenes, la biblioteca más favorita de este pequeño lobby, ofrece café y té de la tarde. Comer una tarde aquí no es inferior al café exterior. Está muy conveniente a una calle de la estación. Salir es la calle de la tienda de Malmer, En esta ciudad pequeña que se encuentra a menos de una hora de Copenhague, experimenta la vida sueca

El hotel es bueno teniendo en cuenta el precio moderado para Suecia, el desayuno es también agradable y ofrece varias opciones. El hotel dispone de un parque de estacionamiento en un garaje subterráneo, pero aunque directamente debajo del hotel el ascensor no llega al parque de estacionamiento y tienes que tomar las escaleras del lobby. La tarifa de estacionamiento es de 200 coronas y añade sustancialmente al precio moderado! La habitación era bastante grande, pero sólo tenía luz dim. Desafortunadamente, el control de calefacción no funcionó correctamente. El radiador siempre ha estado frío y cuando le dijimos a la recepción, dijeron que era debido al antiguo edificio. Pero nos trajeron un ventilador eléctrico. Después de un tiempo de usarlo, la fusión se explotó. No quería quejarme más... Creo que el hotel necesita reparar algo para los huéspedes en el invierno!

We took this room which was the 'Presidential Suite' as it was similarly priced with other hotels' standard rooms in the area. It was close to the train station; easy walk although on partially cobblestone walkways. Ensure that you have the code for getting into the hotel if you are arriving late. Room is big and there is elevator access. Amenities- wise- The fridge could not be switched on on the first day and after reporting it, it was fixed but then it started beeping on the second day so we had to unplug it. One compliment will be for the staff (female, sorry- can't remember the name) who made available the microwave oven for our room as we had mistakenly thought that the room came with it. Thank you! BAD!- Delay in refund- I had booked this hotel via trip.com and had already paid trip.com before arriving at the hotel. However, after doing online check-in as requested by the hotel, which required the credit card details, the hotel did a payment deduction also. Up to today, more than a week after the stay and numerous email and Whatsapp messages between the hotel, trip.com and I, the money is still not refunded. I wished it could have been settled before this review so that I can write positively about the stay.

Very beautiful apartment, highly recommended! There're a few cafes nearby, getting breakfast was no problem. Directly below is Coop (supermarket), super convenient! Its around 15mins walk to the central station but very nice walk. Smart TV. Maybe have English instructions in the laundry room because everything was in swedish which I didnt understand (had to ask someone for help). The booking laundry key wasnt in the room, not sure where it was. Took me awhile to check in because I didnt know my unit number was the first 3 digit of the 7 numbers.. maybe could have put inside the email. No shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

A very basic hotel that genuinely provides everything you need, but was overpriced for its basic services. Room is comfortable and not small at all. Mattresses on beds were not comfortable. I was there for a week and my room was organized only once, which was very weird to me. I don’t expect house cleaning on a daily basis with change of everything, but I do expect that house cleaning will make sure to check the room at lease once a day and it did not happen. Breakfast is nice, even if basic. For a lower price it could be ok.

Tenemos una habitación con discapacidad. Era un poco más grande y cómodo. Desafortunadamente, falta AC y puede ser muy caliente. Teníamos una vista hacia la plaza grande y donde se reúnen personas kl.03 en la noche cuando las exposiciones cierran. Se hace bastante ruido porque era tan caliente en la habitación que tenemos que dormir con ventanas abiertas. Fue taxis allí y después de 20-25 minutos se volvió vacío y silencioso. Pero la situación está bien, el personal agradable, las habitaciones limpias y el desayuno bueno. Así que fue una buena experiencia.

Honestamente la gente más amable que he conocido y se pondrá honestamente atrás para ayudarte no puedo esperar a volver, Gracias a todo el personal
