The check-in process was so smooth and fast. All the staff are friendly and attentive. They were able to assist me and my mom with our needs and kept the room clean and organized during our stay. The proximity of the hotel to the metro is also a plus. The lobby is really nice and clean. Overall, our stay was pleasant since the room is clean and quiet.

El hotel está cerca de la estación de metro, las instalaciones son buenas, aunque el gimnasio estaba siendo renovado cuando estuve allí. En general, excelente servicio por parte del personal.

Limpio, con acceso directo en metro, vistas al mar, junto al Museo Nacional, ¡genial! Convenientemente ubicado cerca del Mercado Waqif para comer y hacer turismo; la ubicación es absolutamente fantástica. Además, el precio es muy bueno para Doha.

No puedo ir allí después de hacer mi reserva porque perdí mi vuelo a Doha. Me comuniqué con el hotel y les expliqué la situación, pero me dijeron que debía comunicarme con trip.com. Después de comunicarme con trip.com, intentaron comunicarse con el hotel nuevamente y rechazaron mi cambio de fecha porque perdí mi vuelo. No recomendaría este hotel si tienes la misma situación que yo. Además, me descontaron dos veces la tarifa por esta reserva, es muy molesto.

La ubicación es muy conveniente, el cuarto es limpio y limpio, las instalaciones están completas, pero un poco antiguas, el baño puede estar en el armario, es más incómodo, el tipo de desayuno rico no es bueno,

I lived in Doha many years ago, so I booked the rooms in this hotel for the location which is excellent. I have also paid a good rate as I booked those quite in advance (about 50 quid per night, per room). Unfortunately our staying was not that great. I am not really happy to write this review, because all the staff are extremely polite, courteous, and well mannered, all of them, really nice staff. However, feedback and reviews are given 'here and now', so to better describe the circumstances encountered during the visit. PROS - Very easy/hassle free check in/out, strong wi-fi, polite staff, super location, amenities near by and on site, comfy bed, super shower, overall cleanliness of the hotel. CONS - Upon check in, I asked for two rooms not near the lifts, as it could get busy and noisy. The receptionist said 'ok no problem' and, guess what, one room was far from the lifts, but my one was right next to it. Upon entering the rooms, in my room the bath mat was missing and I had to call them asking for one. In the other room, there was a tray with food leftovers in the fridge. Considering that the rooms were just been cleaned up, it is really bad. We had to call the house-keeping to have it removed and the fridge cleaned. The hair drier is kinda secured/clipped to the wall and it cannot be taken to the bath. I asked how we are supposed to dry our hairs if the drier is not in front of the mirror, they replied 'use the TV screen as a mirror!'. The coffee mugs and drinking glasses were never changed or washed, we had to wash them ourselves. On the kitchenette top, there was some coffee powder, that was never wiped off during our entire stay. Once back in the room, on the first evening, I realized that there were 3 pillow cases missing out of 4. I had to call them up asking to bring some and put them on. The house keeping were always missing something everyday, and we had to call them many times. The lifts are key-operated but they only allow the guests to their room floor. Mine was on 9th floor, the other was on 7th floor. We had to use the staircase if we wanted to go to each othe room which, by the way, was dirty. They have a metal detector at the entrance which is very noisy. The lobby is kinda smallish and gets cramped and busy at a times. Overall, it didn't feel like a 4* hotel, but more of a budget hotel. The house-keeping needs to improve and so the room cleanliness.

El personal de servicio del hotel es muy amable. Lamentablemente sufrimos dos fallas en el sistema de alarma a medianoche, lo que nos obligó a levantarnos y bajar para evacuar en medio de la noche.

El hotel en sí no está mal, pero no creo que sea un hotel de 4 estrellas. Lo bueno es que las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas, incluso tienen sofá. Hay muchos espejos y la ducha es grande con buena presión. La ubicación también es muy conveniente, cerca de prácticamente todo, especialmente del aeropuerto. Personalmente, no reservé con desayuno porque me preocupaba que fuera limitado, y tenía razón: podrían mejorarlo, considerando que cuesta 35 riyales. Además, la alfombra está vieja y sucia; vi muchos comentarios quejándose de esto y me sorprende que no hagan nada al respecto, es muy raro. El personal no es muy amable ni servicial. No ayudan a los huéspedes con sus maletas, ni siquiera los saludan, lo cual es sorprendente; solo un chico en recepción fue amable, el resto no. También podrían mejorar la limpieza; me alojé en el hotel 5 noches y solo lo limpiaron una vez.

This hotel is mediocre at best. Good things are that the rooms are large, breakfast is OK, location is very good. Bad things are that the hotel is old and not maintained in best condition. The shower pressure is fluctuating. It is not top clean, merely acceptable level. The furniture are old, you can see finger marks or scratches on them. Toilet seat has yellowed out with stains of old. You can notice the splotches of silicone in bathroom tiles, clear markers of cheap labor. Towels are coarse. Can say more but you get the picture. If you are a discerning traveler, you might be bothered with such details, though this feeling may be offset with the relatively low price of the hotel. Lastly, the hotel actually warns you about this and it bears notice that there are bars in the hotel and weekends being a lot of bachelor party-goers to the hotel at night.
