i’ll be completely honest again and again 🙂🙂this is the first time i’ve felt the need to write a hotel review like this. we’ve stayed in so many hotels in doha and, thankfully, we’ve never really had any major problems or disappointments. but this time, i feel that, as a customer, i should share my experience and my honest thoughts. the main thing i want to say is that customers are allowed to complain or raise concerns, and a manager should know how to handle complaints professionally. a customer should never be made to feel like they are attacking someone simply because they are expressing a concern. listening respectfully should be the first step. we chose to stay at this hotel for around three months while waiting for our home to be completed. out of all the hotels we’ve stayed in doha, we chose this one because it was new to us and looked modern and well-maintained. unfortunately, our experience with the management was very disappointing. i want to make it clear that the receptionists, maintenance team, and other staff have been good to us. they have been helpful, respectful, and know how to communicate with customers properly when there are concerns. i genuinely appreciate their service and have nothing negative to say about them. however, my experience with the manager of a&h hotel was completely different. whenever i tried to raise a concern, instead of simply listening and addressing the issue, he would continue talking and responding in a way that felt rude and dismissive. it felt like he was more focused on arguing his point than actually listening to the customer. after staying here for three months with my husband because our home is under construction, i honestly expected a much better level of communication and respect from the manager. no customer should feel uncomfortable or unheard when trying to make a legitimate complaint. i honestly don’t understand whether he is trying to defend the hotel at all costs or simply avoid accepting customer complaints, but that is not the right way to handle a customer concern. complaints should be listened to professionally, even when the manager does not agree with the customer. what makes this even more disappointing is that we have seen other reviews mentioning similar concerns about the manager. after experiencing it ourselves, i can understand why people have raised this issue before. so, once again, salute to the staff. the receptionists, maintenance team, and other employees have been good and respectful throughout our stay, and they deserve recognition for that. unfortunately, i cannot say the same about the manager. after staying here for three months, this is honestly one of the most disappointing experiences i’ve had with hotel management. a customer can be wrong, and a manager can disagree with a complaint, but there is always a respectful and professional way to communicate. unfortunately, that was not how i felt i was treated.

Accesible en metro desde el aeropuerto. Buen servicio por parte del personal de recepción, especialmente el Sr. Fairoz, quien fue muy amable al ayudarme y brindarme algunos consejos, incluso me ayudó a tomar algunas fotos bonitas. El hotel en sí no es tan malo como lo describen algunos en los comentarios. La habitación y el desayuno buffet eran bastante decentes. La distancia es buena si quieres estar cerca del Museo Nacional y de una estación de metro. Souq Waqif tampoco está muy lejos caminando de noche.

Muy limpio y ordenado. Fácil de hacer el check in y el check out. Excelente ubicación muy cerca de la estación de metro. Muchas excelentes instalaciones.

La ubicación es muy conveniente, el cuarto es limpio y limpio, las instalaciones están completas, pero un poco antiguas, el baño puede estar en el armario, es más incómodo, el tipo de desayuno rico no es bueno,

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Jouri a Murwab Hotel Doha I had an amazing stay at Jouri a Murwab Hotel Doha and would definitely return. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was incredibly spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the large windows gave the room a bright and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself is elegant, quiet, and perfect for both a short getaway and a business stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the indoor swimming pool. The area is clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The only thing to note is that the pool is quite shallow, making it more suitable for children or adults who simply want to relax rather than swim. The only other improvement I would suggest is adding streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube to the TVs. Having those entertainment options would make the in-room experience even better, especially for guests staying more than one night. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. The complimentary room upgrade, spacious accommodation, excellent service, and beautiful facilities made this a memorable stay. I would happily recommend Jouri a Murwab Hotel Doha to anyone visiting Doha and would definitely stay here again.

It was a pleasant stay. The location of the Hotel is near to Aldoha Aljadeda Metro station.

I had a great experience with the receptionist. I don’t remember his name, but he was either Moroccan or Algerian. He was very friendly, welcoming, and professional from the start. He handled everything efficiently and communicated clearly, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. He truly left a positive impression. Thank you for the excellent service.

Al inicio la habitacion estaba muy calurosa, pero luego fue mejorando lentamente. El aire acondicionado no estaba muy bueno. Los vasos no estaban bien limpios. Por lo demas, agradable, con buena ubicacion, aunque la habitacion era pequeña, tenia buena vists. Muy buen trato en recepcion

Experiencia decepcionante – Pobre limpieza, instalaciones obsoletas, y falta de servicio La experiencia de este hotel ha sido desafortunadamente bastante decepcionante. El hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad de Galeota, donde se encuentran los niños de la ciudad. La máquina de lavar fue muy ruidosa y de hecho hizo que nuestras ropas se sucieran en lugar de limpiarlas. También encontramos pinturas en las hojas de cama, que plantean serias preocupaciones sobre la higiene. La temperatura del agua es otro problema. Incluso cuando se utiliza el agua fría, sigue siendo extremadamente caliente. Además, el teléfono de la habitación no funciona, y no hay servicio de habitación disponible. El único aspecto positivo es la ubicación del hotel, que es tranquila y tranquila. En general, el hotel tiene potencial, pero la falta de limpieza, instalaciones básicas y mantenimiento adecuado hace que la experiencia sea decepcionante. Los huéspedes merecen camas limpias, toallas dignas, instalaciones funcionales y servicios básicos sin tener que pedir todo. Espero que la gestión tome este feedback en serio y haga las mejoras necesarias.
