I had a wonderful stay at Sir Adam Hotel. We arrived very early in the morning around 6:00 AM and requested early check-in. Even though it was such an early hour, the reception staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They offered us a welcome drink and made sure we could wait comfortably until our room was ready. Their warm hospitality truly made a great first impression. The room itself was amazing. It was equipped with a turntable and LP records, which allowed us to fully enjoy the retro vibe. It felt unique and stylish, unlike any typical hotel experience. The sea view was absolutely beautiful, and the interior design of the room was simply stunning. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed and aesthetically pleasing. All the staff members were genuinely friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Thanks to their kindness and the hotel’s wonderful atmosphere, I would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del museo de arte y el paisaje circundante es muy hermoso. La habitación es espaciosa y limpia, ¡y el desayuno es bueno! La atención se centra aquí en el estacionamiento, para recordarles a los amigos que lo necesitan. Al aparcamiento del hotel hay que acceder desde la calle lateral. Hay una pequeña entrada a mano izquierda. Esta entrada está integrada con la entrada y la salida. La pendiente es muy pronunciada, así que tenga cuidado. La tarifa del estacionamiento es muy cara. El hotel tiene un precio con descuento. Puedes estacionar tu auto frente al hotel y luego ir a la recepción para escanear el código QR para registrar la matrícula y pagar. 24 horas. Este es el punto clave: incluso si te has registrado y pagado en la recepción, ¡aún tienes que sacar tu tarjeta de la máquina de la izquierda antes de ir al sótano! De lo contrario, ¡el estacionamiento no levantará el poste!

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro. El tranvía está a solo 1 minuto, a 2 paradas de la estación central. ¡Ubicación ideal! El desayuno es estupendo, pero le faltaban champiñones y fruta fresca. Solo había plátanos y fruta troceada para el yogur. Me encanta desayunar en el comedor. El ambiente, con vistas al río y a la calle, y la música jazz de fondo, es muy relajante. No me gusta desayunar en mi habitación ni en el vestíbulo. El personal es muy amable y atento, y me ayudó personalmente a entender cómo usar las lavadoras y secadoras. El gimnasio es pequeño. Las mancuernas aumentan de 4 kg a 2 kg. El asiento de la máquina de dominadas no es seguro, así que no la usé. En resumen, el servicio es excelente y la habitación es espaciosa y nueva. Me encantaría volver.

I spent a lot of time choosing our hotels, because unlike many tourists, we like spending time in our room. This was the perfect place for that. From the moment we arrived, you could tell that attention had been given to every detail. The rooms are very comfortable, and we especially liked having a sofa bed, a fridge with an ice cube holder, and a spacious shower. We will definitely return!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Novotel Den Haag City Centre. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always professional. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet environment—perfect for a good night’s rest after a busy day exploring.

El hotel estaba muy limpio, un servicio increíble (mi marido estaba enfermo de gripe y necesitamos cambiarnos la ropa de cama y fueron muy rápidos). En cuanto a la ubicación, la estación de tren está cerca y la estación de tranvía, pero hay alrededor de una hora hasta la estación central de Amesterdam. En cuanto a las comodidades, estuvo muy bien que el hotel tuviera un spa con solo sauna y baño de vapor.

Fijn verblijf gehad maar een paar dingen waren wel een beetje teleurstellend, zoals de douche(deur) die erg kort was waardoor binnen no-time de badkamer nat wordt, en de flessen shampoo/conditioner die leeg zijn. Ook de opties beneden in de mini-market zijn minimaal en vrijwel alles is bewerkt/suiker. Het zou het hotel sieren als er meer gezondere opties te koop zijn, zoals een stuk fruit.

The Hotel is located in a quiet area, not front line to the sea though, partial sea view only. The breakfast is fine with a fair choice of cold and warm food, rooms are comfortable with a balcony, good shower. The cleaning of the room could be improved, north European standards of cleaning. The negative note was that there were some refurbishment works going on while our stay causing noises and early start instead of a long lay. I would still return for my next stay as the location was good, staff fairly friendly.

From check in to check out everything was perfect, I was even upgraded into one their best rooms 1703 which has huge wraparound windows giving a fantastic view across the city, my flight had changed so I requested a late check out which Camille on reception organised for me until 2pm free of charge, so thank you so much for that, I would highly recommend staying in this hotel if you want a very new upscale hotel in a great central location.

Heel convenient met te beginnen om vanuit de stad direct binnen te rijden in een parkeergarage en vanuit die garage direct per lift bij de receptie aan te komen. De kamer was perfect, ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Restaurant is gezellig en de kleine hapjes spraken ons zeer aan. Kortom wij komen terug!
