El cuarto del hotel es un cuarto a uno, el cuarto es limpio y limpio, la actitud del servicio del hotel es buena, la actitud del servicio de la recepción especial es buena, la variedad de desayuno buffet es buena, el sabor es bueno, hay un estacionamiento bajo tierra gratuito, la cantidad de comida en la cena es buena, el único inadecuado decoración de la habitación es un poco viejo, el baño es pequeño

Room was very clean. The only issue I saw was the door for the bathroom is rotten. I asked the cleaning maid for clean towels and she ignored me. When arriving at hotel, I had to wait about 45 minutes for a room to be ready and the baggage boy just threw my luggage on the floor without any regards for its contents. I tried to order food for lunch at about 1300 and the lady that answered room service just said no breakfast and hung up. I wanted to order a burger from their menu. So I opted to go eat outside of the hotel. Other than that... the stuff was great. The hotel is being remodeled so lots of construction noise in the morning and lots of routy guests at night and no one tells them to be quiet.

Best in town, peace and quiet and chill. View is a big plus. Staff is excellent. Convenient.

Mucho del hotel no esperaba. Muy modesto, no hay baño (champón, etc.), sólo gel de ducha en el dispensador. Utug tuvo que preguntar, ya que parece estar solo en todo el hotel. Muy fuerte humedad, la cama siempre se sentía cruda. La habitación era muy buena, pero no era muy buena, pero no era muy buena. La misma era la ceniza - por lo tanto, se supone que es posible fumar. La cama se cambió el día antes de salir. Una vez que compré el desayuno, demasiado modesto, no hay opción ... El hotel está situado en Hamra, en muchas tiendas, restaurantes, cerca (a pie 15 minutos) de la bahía de Zaytuna. El personal es muy amable, siempre desean tratar de cumplir rápidamente. En general, si sólo te vas a dormir - entonces bastante.

Good value hotel with decent breakfast and reasonably priced food available in the evenings. Location is good for walking to plenty of decent bars and cheap restaurants, as well as local shops. Traffic in the area can get very bad so taxi journeys can take a while.  Staff were all friendly. The fitness room has just about enough equipment to make it worthwhile. The rooftop pool is no more than a plunge pool, you certainly can’t swim in it, but I’m sure it’s nice in summer.  Be aware that some rooms have adjoining doors so you could be subject to some noise as a door does not keep much noise out.  A kettle is provided and a couple of teabags and coffee sachets, but these weren’t replaced when used. Similarly, drinking water is provided on arrival but not replenished. Decor is fine, bed was comfy and everything in the room worked, so overall very good value. 

Местоположение у отеля хорошее, номер понравился, завтрак на троечку, каждый день одно и то же, хумус и соусы кисловатые, яйца заветренные. Также была неприятная ситуация, которая выяснилась, когда мы уже выселились. Сейф в номере не работал и мы в ящике под вещами оставляли кошелек с деньгами. И позже обнаружили, что не хватает 100$. Нигде, кроме как в отеле они пропасть не могли. Так что советую всем быть бдительными, никакие деньги в номере не оставлять и настаивать на исправном сейфе. Видимо обслуживающий персонал, занимающийся номерами в этом отеле недобросовестный.

El hotel está muy bien, pero no está bien. Necesitas tu propio baño porque los que ofrecen no existen.

La habitación también está bien, el servicio es bueno cuando la recepción está en el lugar, no hay toallas de dientes después de la habitación, no hay agua para beber, no hay agua para la recepción, no hay agua para pagar, es caro, pero la habitación de amigos que viven con ella tiene agua, es mágico, el desayuno es también muy simple, Quizás también sea inconveniente en su propio agua y su propio suelo, y no sea fácil comer el desayuno,

Instalaciones básicas. La habitación es deluxe pero vieja y necesita reflejar más brillo y limpieza. En comparación con el nivel internacional, el hotel necesita aumentar la limpieza y el control de calidad. El apoyo fue bueno y los esfuerzos fueron apreciados, pero la gestión del hotel necesita invertir más para satisfacer el tipo internacional equivalente por noche. Notar que las condiciones del país actualmente son desafiantes y el mantenimiento de los servicios básicos es casi imposible, y el hotel logró proporcionar los servicios básicos de agua/agua caliente, electricidad y A/C casi 24/7. Puede ordenar el envío al exterior a la habitación. Adecuado para tarifas competitivas, y clientes que deseen pasar tiempo en el exterior, como para viajeros, jóvenes turistas y clientes regionales.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Exceptional Stay — Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely amazing stay. The room was spotless, the corners were perfectly clean, and the floor was shining the moment I walked in. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The toilets were very tidy, clean, and organized, which added a lot to the comfort of the stay. The hotel is safe, quiet, and in the best location in Hamra, just steps away from AUBMC, restaurants, and all main attractions. Great value, great service, and truly exceptional cleanliness. Honestly, a 10/10 stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again.
