房間整體不錯，應該剛裝修不久，挺新挺現代的，就是房間稍微小了點，然後淋浴間單獨在床對面，感覺怪怪的（因為馬桶和洗手池單獨在一進門的地方），也可能是因為老房子改造的原因（據説以前是個宮殿），早餐是美式的，每天都差不多，品種變化不大。位置不錯，能走路到大部分景點。服務人員很熱情，我們導遊在樓下等，她還主動告訴洗手間在哪裡，也主動介紹周圍情況，每次出門回來都熱情招呼。

Loved this hotel. It was beautifully appointed and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms were well designed and it was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! The location was perfect. Right around the corner from streets with lots of restaurants and an easy walk to local attractions. The Teatro Massimo was right across the street and was my favourite thing to visit. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again although there are some stairs to get up to reception but there is a lift part way from the ground floor for those with mobility issues. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a gem of a place!

The place is nicely located, close to everything including the train/bus station (6/7 min). The owners are really kind and made a beautiful spot in the hearth of the city just on top of the thiusand year-old market. At first it could look a bit disconcerting when arriving near the hotel, but once you reach the place, you won’t regret it. And the view is also amazing! Really good restaurant just in front of the place (I would recommend this one over another one in the left-alley, although it was really well presented, this one is half the price for 10 times the taste!)

THIS WAS THE BEST CHOICE I DID IN SICILY. First, this is the cleanest place I saw in my trip. They ask you every morning if you want a cleaning when they bring you breakfast. The bathroom/shower room is modern and same as the picture. The body soap, shampoo, conditioner was a Sicily one that was very nice of them. The public space was so good, they had balcony so it would be great to take pictures for instagram. Secondly, the breakfast. Insanely great. You can choose 2 things from about 15 types of dishes such as sandwiches or yogurt or fruits. For drink you can pick 1 from about 15 types such as cappuccino or hot chocolate. They have milk choices like oat milk and almond milk that is amazing in this price. For spread, you can choose 2 from about 10 types such as honey or Nutella or almond butter or many flavors of jam. For a dessert, you can choose a cake from 2 or 3 types they have that day. You can choose where you want to eat room or public space. Thirdly, the staffs were a lot more kind and friendly then the average of sicily. Nice place absolutely recommend!!

No un hotel, más como un Bnb con servicio limitado Octubre 2025 La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no se podía encontrar en el hotel. Nos habíamos decidido aceptar la oferta del anfitrión de un transbordador de aeropuerto (no barato), ya que uno de nosotros tenía sólo una noche en Palermo y cada minuto contaba. El barco llegó 15 minutos tarde, y cuando finalmente llegamos a la propiedad, nadie estaba allí para inspeccionarnos, causando otro retraso incluso si el anfitrión había organizado personalmente nuestro transporte y sabía nuestro tiempo de llegada. El anfitrión ofreció entonces excusas que no se ajustaron a la historia del conductor de la nave (que el conductor ni siquiera sabía nuestro destino tuvimos que y sólo aceptamos efectivo, que no se nos dijeron previamente.) El ingreso fue confuso y desorganizado. A pesar de varios mensajes de texto del host para confirmar nuestra configuración de la habitación (que debería haber sido claro de la reserva), él todavía había asignado las habitaciones equivocadas y había encontrado una vez más excusas, culpando incorrectamente a la plataforma de reserva. Cuando le pedimos que lo arreglara, era relutante, pero finalmente acordó actuar como si nos hiciera un favor aunque ofreciera desayuno gratuito como compensación, que no necesitamos. La experiencia se siente como si una persona intentaba correr un hotel solo y muestra que el huésped prometió responder a los mensajes “en minutos”, pero las respuestas a menudo llevaron horas. Para ser justos, las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, aunque en uno de ellos, el ducha estaba frente al dormitorio a través de una pared de vidrio, por lo que tuvo que duchar en la oscuridad por la privacidad. En general, el servicio y el profesionalismo cayeron muy por debajo de las normas del hotel.

Pasando una ola de calor los 3 dias de mi hospedaje, la mejor decision que pude hacer fue insistir en este hotel por la piscina, vaya que la disfrutamos! Un ambiente de lo mas chill con el dj, el jardin que lo envuelve y la exquisita temperatura del agua. Facil acceso a disfrutar de bebidas y comidas en las areas comunes. Tumbonas en buena cantidad y disposicion. El desayuno fabuloso, con una gran variedad para todos los gustos y muy completo entre zumos, fruta fresca, embutidos, platos calientes, omelettes y por supuesto buen cafe! La atencion de Leo y en general de todo el staff fue excepcional. La habitacion y baño decorados con muy buen gusto y estilo moderno, con buen armario y espacio para mesa, sillon y buena TV. Dormimos como angeles. Todo muy limpio, lo unico que fue muuuy desagradable era el permanente olor a cañeria que denota lo viejo del edificio reformado. Siempre con espacio para aparcar y aunque a unos 12-15 minutos andando del centro del palermo, diria que una ubicacion genial y estrategica. Super Recomendable!

We chose the old style room in the small paradise villa. Sergio greeted us warmly and our stay was very good and quiet. The villa is very close to the centre, you do need the car to get into the city but if needed you can easily get food delivered from the city. The room is a bit dark but we had everything we needed at a very good price. After checking out we were told we could still use the pool till the end of the day. Nice place to get away from the city's noise.

La puerta del balcón de la habitación se puede abrir, la circulación de aire es buena y la cama es muy cómoda. El baño dispone de menaje completo y abundante agua caliente. El armario y la mesa son muy prácticos. La higiene es muy buena. Baje en el puerto, hay autobuses o no está muy lejos a pie. El vestíbulo también es muy espacioso. El único inconveniente es que hay basura en la calle fuera del hotel…

positive. The cleanliness was excellent and the lady who took care of the room did a truly wonderful job. The young receptionist was also extremely helpful and professional. The location is very good and the breakfast was rich and of high quality. However, renovation work was taking place during all 6 days of our stay. During the last two days, the noise from compressors and drilling was quite intense and affected the comfort of our stay. Perhaps renovations ofthis kind would be better scheduled when the hotel is not hosting guests.
