El hotel es un hotel de calidad y de calidad. El baño está equipado con un pequeño, pero si la calidad media y el cuarto con balcón es una buena solución 2 minutos a pie de la famosa Kö!

Pros: -The hotel is ideally located directly next to a U-Bahn station, making transportation very convenient. -The surrounding street offers a wide range of German and international shops, allowing easy access to everything you may need. Cons: -The furniture and carpets appear outdated and are not always thoroughly clean. -Disturbing noise from neighboring rooms during the night significantly affects comfort and sleep quality. -Housekeeping staff opened the door to clean the room while I was asleep, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being clearly displayed on the door.

Hotel is good, room service is nice, staff is kind. Facilities are generally in a good condition. Unfortunately, it only has one elevator, so, please avoid to use it during the peak hours. Also, dining hall is quite small, you may have to sit outside at the bar area. 😂

Hice una reserva de último momento para ver un concierto y superó las expectativas. Es un hotel grande con muchas habitaciones, pero la mayoría tienen ventanas. La habitación reservada era bastante grande. El precio incluía el desayuno pero me olvidé de comerlo, lo cual fue una lástima. Se proporciona agua mineral y café en cápsulas de forma gratuita en la habitación, lo cual me viene muy bien. Se le enviará un correo electrónico para registrarse antes de hacerlo. Cuando llegue a la tienda, el personal tomará la iniciativa para ayudarlo a obtener su tarjeta de habitación. El ascensor requiere una tarjeta magnética. El personal de recepción es profesional y acogedor. El baño está relativamente limpio. Proporciona secador de pelo y una caja de consumibles, que incluye crema de manos, hilo de aguja, algodón desmaquillante y jabón. ¿Necesitas traer tus propias zapatillas, cepillos de dientes y perchas? Está a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro y es muy conveniente para ir al casco antiguo, al Palacio Benrath y al estadio Mitsubishi Electric (ver la estafa). Puede llegar a la estación principal de tren en 10 minutos a pie y también está muy cerca de la calle Japón y del Museo Goethe.

After it was changed from Nikko to Clayton, this was my 2nd stay. I was received by a Japanese staff at the counter (Ms Tomiko - I hope I got her name spelt correctly - if not, my sincere apologies to her!). She was exceptionally polite and welcoming. She accommodated my request for early check in after I told her I a very tired as I just arrived in Frankfurt that very morning and drove for 3 hours to Düsseldorf. She was also kind to advise me to park at QPark in order to save the parking fee. She is really very helpful and thoughtful! And at night, when I realised that the air conditioning was not functioning as expected, I had a room changed immediately when I called up the staff, in which it was a perfect room with powerful air conditioning system! All in all, it is certainly a great experience to start my business trip!

The location is perfect, and the room is very good for solo travelers. However, there is only one fan inside the room (no AC), so be aware of that if you travel in summer.

Buena ubicación, a tener en cuenta que está en pleno centro con lo que supone de ruido en la calle. Pero por la noche es lo suficientemente silencioso. Habitación pequeña pero con todo lo necesario. Hacía mucho calor a pesar de no tener la calefacción puesta. Buen desayuno.

Good hotel and great breakfast. But had a lot of itches, maybe flees. Would not go again..

Excellent location—just a 5-minute walk from Düsseldorf train station and only 8 minutes to my company’s office, which made life incredibly easy. The reception area is clean and welcoming with lovely décor, the staff are friendly, and the room was awesome—comfortable, modern, and well thought out. Facilities were great and everything felt well maintained. The only downside? No kettle in the room. A small tragedy for tea lovers everywhere. Otherwise, a fantastic stay and I’d happily return.

Расположение в 30 минутах пешком от центра. В номере нет капсульной кофемашины, странно для такого уровня отеля. В ванной нет кондиционера для волос. Вообще отель тянет на хорошую трешку, но не более. Больше в нем не остановлюсь, дорого для такого уровня обслуживания.
