This is a very comfortable hotel in a beautiful valley in the mountains, very peaceful and relaxing. We stayed in winter but the rooms had excellent heating and the private outdoor spa was lovely and hot. The food was delicious, the beds were soft and the family that run the hotel were super helpful, even giving us a ride to and from the panda base. Highly recommend this guesthouse!

Sin embargo, el enfoque principal parece ser atender a grupos turísticos con comidas y bebidas, y la gestión del hostal por parte del equipo es claramente poco profesional. Por ejemplo, no pudieron solucionar el problema de un desagüe maloliente en una habitación; el menú del restaurante tenía muchas restricciones y no estaba pensado para el cliente; las farolas del pueblo no funcionaban el sábado por la noche, lo cual resultó un inconveniente para los huéspedes mayores; los caminos estaban resbaladizos después de la lluvia debido al musgo, y un familiar mayor resbaló y se cayó; y no había ningún servicio para reponer pañuelos de papel ni agua, ni para limpiar la casa después de la estancia. Sugiero mejorar la calidad de nuestros servicios.

The Hotel had a Premium location, just 5 minutes by walk away from the Entrance to the Gorge and Bus shuttle to the Panda base. The Service of the owner was outstanding and beyond. They were really caring. Fron carrying up our luggage to the room to gudiing us to the Entrance. Also the food was really good! Really glad we have chosen this stay, couldnt recommend it enough and would stay here again. The only thing is, even with floor heating it was not getting warmer than 22 degrees weithin the room. But you have mattress heating which makes it very comfortable :) We only spent one night but would recommend staying at least 2 because there is plenty to do and see around. Not only the panda base!!!

I planned a solo trip to Ya’an, but I can’t speak any Chinese. After arriving at my accommodation, I called for a ride to the tourist destination I wanted to visit. However, I found out that there were only rides to the destination, with no way to get back to the hotel. At that moment, I decided to go back to the hotel and asked the counter staff if there were any other places I could visit. What I received in return exceeded my expectations—they planned my entire 2-day itinerary in Ya’an for me, which made me very impressed. Next time, if I have the chance to visit Ya’an again, I will definitely stay at this place.💛🩷🐟

We stayed only 1 night but this might be the best hotel on our trip. They provided free upgrade to a bigger room although it was a last minute booking. Room was comfortable and clean. There’s a good spread for breakfast as well. Having a supermarket right beside it is a plus point as well!
