the location is convenient and near huitong night market as well as lots of eateries. looks clean and staff are generally helpful. breakfast is good but hours too short. only 2.5hrs from 7-930. too rushed for us. amenities was disappointing as we gt 5 rooms and the central Aircon and heater both were spoilt. no ventilation and had to open the window plus borrow a fan from the hotel. the water temperature is very unstable and keeps changing from ice cold to super hot. cannot even shower properly. lucky we only stayed for one night.

it is about 15mins from the airport with free airport service pickup which is a good point. they consolidate the pickup with another hotel and the pickup van was full , the van driver try to squeeze everyone into the van so he can charge more head count as we rejected due to safety reason. the other hotel incharge called a grab for us and bill to the hotel.

This is one of the best hotels that we've stayed in. The service was impeccable. The staff were friendly in supporting to help us in terms of where we can go how we can go etc as we are foreigners. As it was a near to dragon boat festival they also offered some cute goodies. Most importantly my friend had a birthday on the same day we checked in. They were so proactive in knowing that It's my friend birthday and they even surprised as the cake. Highly recommended.

I had a really pleasant one‑night stay at this hotel. They provided convenient airport pick‑up service, which saved me a lot of trouble after my long flight. The hotel is quite new, opened this year. My bed was very comfortable, and the bed sheets felt brand‑new and spotlessly clean. All the staff members were polite and helpful. Great overall experience, I would happily recommend this place.

El hotel y las habitaciones son excelentes, todo lo que necesito para un viaje de trabajo cómodo y para trabajar desde mi habitación. El desayuno buffet tiene deliciosa comida en opciones chinas y occidentales, y el gimnasio es una adición muy útil. Sin embargo, lo que realmente ha hecho el viaje excepcional es el personal. El hotel es grande y hermoso. Mi habitación era espaciosa, elegante y ofrece una fantástica vista al parque. Muchos de los empleados hablaban inglés, que fue muy útil. La cena parecía estar más bien orientada a grupos, yo estaba bien servido incluso al comer solo, y la comida era deliciosa. El desayuno era igualmente bueno. También aprecié el baño moderno. ¡Fue un descanso bienvenido! En el hotel de la categoría de lujo, me sorprende que no se ofrezca ningún servicio de lavandería. Además, mi puerta tenía una diferencia notable entre la puerta y el marco, lo suficientemente grande para ver en la habitación, que comprometió la privacidad.
