The Cons (Things to consider): The Location/Access: Because it is located deep within a narrow alley of the old town, large cars and taxis cannot pick you up or drop you off right at the doorstep. You will need to roll your luggage for about 400 meters to the main road. 🧳 The Breakfast: They serve a very traditional Chinese breakfast consisting of millet porridge, fried dough sticks (youtiao), and vegetable steamed buns. While it tasted good, it was a bit salty, and the menu was exactly the same every single day without any variation. The Pros (Why I still loved it): The Room & Vibe: Our triple room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and the entire courtyard was beautifully decorated with a lot of taste and local charm. The Hospitality: The owner and the staff were absolutely amazing—super enthusiastic, warm, and helpful throughout our stay! ❤️ The Prime Location: Being situated inside the old town means it is exceptionally convenient. You can easily walk to all the major historical sights and the vibrant Drum Tower (Gulou) Night Market for amazing street food. 🏮🍢 Overall, despite the minor inconveniences with luggage and the repetitive breakfast, the massive rooms, lovely aesthetic, and unbeatable location make it a fantastic base for exploring Luoyang!

It is located near a metro station and walking distance from a few attractions. The only thing I would like to highlight is the listing stated that there’s a fitness room but there isn’t any actually.

This hotel is super new! The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful throughout our trip. The room was very very nice...the washroom had a bit of a smell in the morning but it happens sometimes in hotels in china (we've experienced it several times in the past). It wasn't anything having the fan on that couldn't solve and the fan was quiet so didn't bother us. The bottled teas in the room taste so good! The shower had good water pressure too. One thing I have to say is atour's pillow is the best I've ever slept on that I took the pillow to the front desk and asked them what exact pillow that was so I could purchase and bring home right away. I slept so well throughout. One night, it suddenly rained so much in Luoyang that all my clothes and shoes were drenched. I only had one pair of shoes and had to go to Shaolinsi the next day early morning...I was able to wash and dry all the clothes...and they helped find a way to dry my shoes in time too! I am sooo grateful or else I would have no idea what to do if my shoes were wet and I had 3 more days to explore. The beef soup shop next to the hotel was also a good option for breakfast! Truly loved our stay!

Overall, Atour Hotel delivers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality, making it a top pick for anyone visiting Luoyang.

The location is great, walkable to both the old railway station and long distance bus station. Tons of local restaurants and stores are right downstairs. The room is very clean and decorated with a modern style, equipped with a big TV. The breakfast included is typical with many choices, and some local specialty food like beef soup, hula soup. Although located in the downtown area, the hotel is actually pretty quiet inside. We also like the roof garden very much. It has a live bamboo wall and a couple of pavilions, excellent for resting and light exercises.

La ubicación muy buena, cerca de West Street, y la ciudad antigua. Al lado del autobús que va directo a las Grutas de Longmen. Desayuno normal. El único inconveniente es que la ducha está en el mismo lugar que el inodoro!!! El trato del servicio de habitaciones excelente.
