Excellent place to stay! Very close to the Jinan West Railway station, there are convenient stores nearby, and also restaurants. The service is excellent. The fitness room and laundry room is good. The room is spacious and more importantly their toilets have bidets!

Great place to stay. The location is close to Jinan railways station and K88 neaby malls. The room and toilet is clean (no bidet). I chose the non-smoking room and the room is clear from any cigarette smoke. However, there are people smoking in the corridor at night and the cigarette smoke enters the room. For someone who’s very sensitive to cigarette smoke, it’s not a convenient place to stay.

As a foreigner on a solo business trip to China, when my phone couldn't connect to the local network, it meant I had no way to pay for anything. I couldn't buy food, couldn't get around, and was completely cut off from the outside world. I was filled with a sense of helplessness being alone in a foreign land. The moment my phone successfully connected to the network, what I felt was not just the restoration of a signal, but a profound sense of relief. This warmth continued throughout my entire stay: the housekeeping staff thoughtfully prepared a power adapter in my room; the restaurant staff enthusiastically recommended delicious and agreeable dishes during my meals. From Chu Yi's exceptional initiative at the front desk to the meticulous and warm service from housekeeping and the restaurant, your actions perfectly embodied the meaning of ”a home away from home.” This transcends nationality—it's all about heartfelt care. Jinan is a warm city, but Atour is even warmer. On all my future business trips to China, I will definitely choose to stay at Atour. I wish Atour and the wonderful Ms. Chu Yi all the best

The staffs are genuinely friendly! Their service was the highlight of our trip. The breakfast staffs are incredibly cheerful and attentive. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. Rooms were clean,spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We highly recommend this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality of the front desk staff, especially **Cris Luna**. The service was truly exceptional. As a member, I was entitled to a late check-out until 2:00 PM, but since my flight back to Thailand was late at night, Cris Luna kindly arranged an extended late check-out until 4:00 PM. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and allowed me to relax and enjoy my final hours comfortably before heading to the airport. I sincerely appreciate the extra effort and excellent customer service. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The security system made me feel safe throughout my stay, the facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the room was exceptionally clean. I also appreciated the welcome fruit provided upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, making each morning enjoyable. Everything about my stay was memorable, from the warm hospitality to the high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
