El mejor hotel de Changchun (en mi opinión), en primer lugar, la calidad del hotel en línea, las instalaciones completas y inteligentes, el entorno limpio y limpio, la habitación del hotel es grande, el estilo como siempre, cada recepción en contacto es muy atenta, incluyendo el personal de seguridad muy bueno, la mejor experiencia de estadía, Debemos alabarse. My family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

La habitación estaba bien, me olvidé de tomar fotos del interior, la vista desde el piso 30 era increíble, especialmente cuando brillaba el sol, era muy cómodo. El desayuno estuvo muy rico y tanto los niños como los mayores quedaron muy satisfechos. En Changchun hacía demasiado frío durante los dos días que estuvimos aquí, pero en el hotel hacía demasiado calor. El hotel está relativamente cerca del aeropuerto y del Palacio Imperial de Títeres Manchukuo. Se necesitan unos 30 taxis para llegar al centro de la ciudad, lo cual es bastante conveniente. Lo reservé por recomendación de un amigo. También es conveniente llegar a la estación de esquí y cerca de la entrada del metro. Quizás porque reservé con antelación, el precio era más asequible durante el Año Nuevo chino.

Hampton is always great. Toilet has bidet washer which is fantastic and rare in China. Location is near subway and next to a wonderful park. Fantastic breakfast. An awesome experience.

The hotel service and decor/amenities were outstanding. Highly recommended. I would stay here again. The room was very spacious and.comfortable.

Initially got room without real windows. The room temparture is slightly high and we cant control the temp due to central heating system for the whole building. But the counter staff was nice and offered us rooms with window with slightly topup of money. Overall a great stay with intelligent light and speaker. Comfy bed too

¡Nos quedamos en este hotel durante la Semana del Oro y reservamos una habitación doble básica ...¡Puedes imaginar nuestra sorpresa cuando nos actualizamos gratis en una hermosa y espaciosa suite! El cuarto de baño tiene 1 baño completo con baño y otro cuarto de baño más pequeño con sólo el baño y la bañera, un gran salón con sofá, mesa y mini frigorífico, un canto de oficina y una segunda habitación con cama, mesa, un otomano y una vista maravillosa! La habitación estaba muy cómoda, aunque es pequeña. También tuvimos desayuno y me sorprendió la elección de comida china y algunas comidas occidentales (croissants, pequeños waffles, pan de plátano, frutas, yogur, jugo, jamón y mantequilla). La ubicación es muy central, pero también lejos de las masas y las zonas ruidosas. En todo un buen estadía!

La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. El desayuno fue excelente en mi opinión (una amplia variedad de platos chinos deliciosos, saladas, nodos de sopa, huevos fritos, nodos amigos y arroz), pero también había tostadas y jamón. Aunque no tenían cuchillos para difundir la mantequilla y el jamón, pudimos comprar uno por la carretera en un pequeño pero decente supermercado. El hotel está situado a poca distancia de un centro comercial único (The Hill), muchos restaurantes y un lugar muy profesional (Oudi) para el pie y el masaje corporal. La habitación está muy bien calentada, pero el hotel está muy lejos de una parada de metro, así que esperamos tomar taxis en todas partes. Si volviéramos a Changchun, seguramente nos quedaríamos aquí otra vez.

La ubicación era buena y el hotel estaba limpio. Era un poco ruidoso, ya que las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y se oía a la gente andar. El servicio era estándar, como en la mayoría de los hoteles. La cama era un poco dura, pero estaba bien si estás bastante cansado. En general, una estancia aceptable por el precio.

The staff were overall very polite and hospitable during our stay. For instance, they helped fixed our room’s defective thermostat and promptly delivered us additional toiletries to our room by request. The breakfast area had a large selection of foods to choose from, allowing guests to customize their own plates to their liking. There was also a professional chef present to cook up additional dishes, such as fried eggs and noodles - both of which were excellently made. The room we were given, however, did not have a good ventilation system as there were multiple instances where the smell of cigarettes flooded into our room. Consequently, this forced us to open our window to air out the room. Our bathroom door also could not lock - let alone close at all. We hope that only our room was affected. With all said, our overall experience at this hotel was pleasant and we would recommend anyone visiting Changchun to come stay at this hotel.
