La habitación es muy amplia, dos camas 1.35, y es muy conveniente llevar a los niños a vivir. Bed was comfortable. Roomy shower and toilet. English movies for free. Big enough room. My biggest complaint is the breakfast buffet that had very few western food options. No bacon, omelets, nor pancakes. The croissants were filled with cream. The holey donuts were filled with jelly, which was a highlight. McDonald’s is next door. I suggest going there for breakfast.

La habitación estaba bien, me olvidé de tomar fotos del interior, la vista desde el piso 30 era increíble, especialmente cuando brillaba el sol, era muy cómodo. En Changchun hacía demasiado frío durante los dos días que estuvimos aquí, pero en el hotel hacía demasiado calor. El hotel está relativamente cerca del aeropuerto y del Palacio Imperial de Títeres Manchukuo. Se necesitan unos 30 taxis para llegar al centro de la ciudad, lo cual es bastante conveniente. Lo reservé por recomendación de un amigo. También es conveniente llegar a la estación de esquí y cerca de la entrada del metro. Quizás porque reservé con antelación, el precio era más asequible durante el Año Nuevo chino.

We stayed in this hotel during the Golden Week and booked a basic double room...you can imagine our surprise when we were upgraded for free in a beautiful and spacious suite! The room had 1 full bathroom with bathtub and another smaller bathroom with only the toilet and sink, a big living room with sofa, table and mini fridge, an office corner and a second room with bed, table, an ottoman and an amazing view!! The bed was extremely comfortable, even if a little small. The room also provided tea, coffee, several bottles of water and toiletries. We also had breakfast included and I was pleasantly surprised by the choice of both Chinese food and some Western (croissants, small waffles, banana bread, fruits, yogurt, juice, jams and butter). The location is pretty central but also far from crowds and noisy areas. There are 2 metros not too far away and the beautiful park Nan hu. All in all a very nice stay!

My teenage daughter and I stayed at this hotel in a double room for 5 nights. We were impressed with the comfort of the beds, the breakfast and the service (although you will need to use a translation app if you do not speak Chinese). The breakfast was excellent in my opinion (wide variety of delicious Chinese dishes, salads, soup noodles, fried eggs, friend noodles and rice), but there was also toast and jam. While they did not have any knives to spread the butter and jam, we were able to purchase one across the road at a small but decently stocked supermarket. The hotel is located within walking distance of a unique mall (The Hill), many restaurants, and a very professional place (Oudi) for foot and body massage. Although don't expect anything to be open for dinner on Chinese New Year's eve. There was a snowy view out the window, and we were glad to be able to open the window sometimes as well as the rooms were well heated. While the hotel is right opposite a bus stop, it was far from a metro stop, so expect to take taxis everywhere. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Changchun.

The staff were overall very polite and hospitable during our stay. For instance, they helped fixed our room’s defective thermostat and promptly delivered us additional toiletries to our room by request. The breakfast area had a large selection of foods to choose from, allowing guests to customize their own plates to their liking. There was also a professional chef present to cook up additional dishes, such as fried eggs and noodles - both of which were excellently made. The room we were given, however, did not have a good ventilation system as there were multiple instances where the smell of cigarettes flooded into our room. Consequently, this forced us to open our window to air out the room. Our bathroom door also could not lock - let alone close at all. We hope that only our room was affected. With all said, our overall experience at this hotel was pleasant and we would recommend anyone visiting Changchun to come stay at this hotel.
