The front desk staff were very warm and humorous. I checked out during the day and asked them to store my luggage. When I went back to pick it up in the evening to catch the last bus, I was in a hurry. They comforted me, saying there was still time, and gave me a bottle of water. They also wished me a pleasant journey. I was really touched. I wish the hotel would do better and better and the staff would be happy every day.

Hotel Krebs is very conveniently located, just about a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it extremely easy to reach even with luggage. This was another lovely stay at Hotel Krebs, and it felt great to return once again. The staff were as kind and welcoming as ever, with consistently warm hospitality that made the stay very comfortable and familiar. Guests staying at the hotel receive a 10% discount at the hotel’s restaurant, which is also a well-known and popular restaurant among locals. The food quality and atmosphere make it well worth dining there. In addition, the hotel offers discounts on various activities in Interlaken, which is a nice benefit for travelers planning to explore the area.

Beausite Park Hotel & Spa boasts a beautiful location with lovely grounds, but be warned: the walk up from the Interlaken West train station is brutal with luggage. Definitely communicate with the hotel in advance to arrange a transfer - you'll thank me later! Once you're there, the staff is truly wonderful - attentive, helpful, and always smiling. They are a real credit to the hotel. However, the overall atmosphere felt a little...stuffy. The other guests seemed a bit reserved and formal, which may not appeal to everyone. The spa facilities are excellent and well-maintained. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views and top-notch service (from the staff!), this could be a good choice. Just be prepared for a potentially challenging arrival and a slightly more formal ambiance than you might expect.

Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. Absolutely stunning hotel! This place was nestled in such a gorgeous location! The view from the front of the hotel overseas lake Brienz. And the waterfall on the other side is a wonderful sight to explore. The hotel is historic, and due to that, they have some limitations on amenities. The rooms do not have centralized air. It was certainly not a deal breaker for us, but we did get warm during the day. The TV’s in the room were also small, and didn’t have access to the internet. Again, not a huge deal! The staff was by far the most kind and helpful people we met during our trip to Switzerland! Absolutely incredible! If you are visiting to see some Crash Landing On You sights, this hotel is almost perfectly in the middle of some major location. The landing dock is only 20 minutes away, and the panoramic bridge is about an hour. Though the drive to both locations was beautiful and well worth the time spent! I would highly recommend this hotel, and certainly the restaurant! The food was spectacular and gave is that sense of royalty!

Primero, no se puede llegar al hotel en coche, ¡qué lugar tan horrible! Todo el pueblo prohíbe los coches, hay que ir en tren. Además, el hotel está en una ladera, así que hay que subir una cuesta larga y empinada con las maletas. Por la noche, el hotel apaga las luces y, al salir, todo está completamente oscuro, como una casa encantada de una película de terror. El balcón no es tan bonito como aparece en las fotos de internet, ¡es un engaño total! Pagué más de 2000 por una habitación que crujía, el baño estaba sucio y la alfombra negra. Solo puedo decir que tiene un aire muy antiguo. Si quieres experimentar un hotel de película de terror suizo, puedes ir. Sin embargo, cabe destacar que el personal es muy amable, y toda la gente del pueblo es muy simpática, pero yo buscaba un buen ambiente e instalaciones, y eso no lo encontré. No buscaba servicio; por muy bueno que sea el servicio de este hotel, no me sentí a gusto. En resumen, no recomiendo este hotel. El pueblo de Wengen es bonito para pasear, eso sí. Por la noche, al salir de la habitación, me asusté tanto que volví. Después de calmarme, fui a coger el ascensor para salir, y las luces del ascensor parpadeaban de forma muy aterradora y estaba muy oscuro.

Para ser honesto, reservé de nuevo principalmente por las buenas vistas. Sin embargo, esta vez la experiencia de la estancia no fue buena. Primero, ya había comunicado de antemano mi deseo de quedarme en una habitación de piso alto en el edificio principal, pero me dieron una en el piso más bajo de la primera fila. Segundo, en las habitaciones de la primera fila, la sala de estar está en la planta baja y el dormitorio en el sótano, y como el hotel no tiene aire acondicionado, la habitación era especialmente sofocante por la noche y tenía un olor extraño, por lo que no pude dormir. Tercero, había muchos insectos voladores en la habitación, moscas y polillas por todas partes, y el hotel no lo solucionó a tiempo.
