El hotel está muy cerca de la estación, pero el tipo de habitación que es cara cuando la reserva puede hacer que se enfrente al ferrocarril. Perdí dinero en el pasado. El desayuno es tradicional pero el paisaje sigue siendo hermoso. El Jungfrau también es extremadamente conveniente.

The front desk staff were very warm and humorous. I checked out during the day and asked them to store my luggage. When I went back to pick it up in the evening to catch the last bus, I was in a hurry. They comforted me, saying there was still time, and gave me a bottle of water. They also wished me a pleasant journey. I was really touched. I wish the hotel would do better and better and the staff would be happy every day.

Absolutely stunning hotel! This place was nestled in such a gorgeous location! The view from the front of the hotel overseas lake Brienz. And the waterfall on the other side is a wonderful sight to explore. The hotel is historic, and due to that, they have some limitations on amenities. The rooms do not have centralized air. It was certainly not a deal breaker for us, but we did get warm during the day. The TV’s in the room were also small, and didn’t have access to the internet. Again, not a huge deal! The staff was by far the most kind and helpful people we met during our trip to Switzerland! Absolutely incredible! If you are visiting to see some Crash Landing On You sights, this hotel is almost perfectly in the middle of some major location. The landing dock is only 20 minutes away, and the panoramic bridge is about an hour. Though the drive to both locations was beautiful and well worth the time spent! I would highly recommend this hotel, and certainly the restaurant! The food was spectacular and gave is that sense of royalty!

Beausite Park Hotel & Spa boasts a beautiful location with lovely grounds, but be warned: the walk up from the Interlaken West train station is brutal with luggage. Definitely communicate with the hotel in advance to arrange a transfer - you'll thank me later! Once you're there, the staff is truly wonderful - attentive, helpful, and always smiling. They are a real credit to the hotel. However, the overall atmosphere felt a little...stuffy. The other guests seemed a bit reserved and formal, which may not appeal to everyone. The spa facilities are excellent and well-maintained. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views and top-notch service (from the staff!), this could be a good choice. Just be prepared for a potentially challenging arrival and a slightly more formal ambiance than you might expect.

Beautiful double room with balcony and spectacular view of the river ! The room and the balcony is quite big. We had a nice stay and the staffs are very friendly.

The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. Justo enfrente de la estación del teleférico Frist, la habitación en la que me alojé estaba en el cuarto piso. Podía ver una ladera de ensueño. No había aire acondicionado, hacía mucho calor, el precio era caro y la relación calidad-precio era mala.

It’s located on the mountain and thus with fabulous view of the mountain valley and the lake. The hotel doesn’t have AC so it’s a bit hot during the day but it’s getting cool at night. There are lots of smaller towns down the mountain with good options for food and fun with amazing views but you need a car to commute or taking the shuttle bus. It provides a different experience compared to the other stays in Switzerland.

Nuestro grupo de tres personas se alojó en este hotel en octubre. La habitación triple era espaciosa y estaba completamente equipada. El baño y el aseo estaban en habitaciones separadas, lo cual fue muy conveniente cuando había más gente. El día del check-in, debido a un error de navegación, llegamos tarde. Tras contactar con recepción, nos informaron del proceso de check-in por correo electrónico y pudimos registrarnos de forma independiente, lo cual fue muy conveniente. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, justo en la calle principal del distrito comercial. Hay una relojería al lado donde se puede comprar una cuchara de recuerdo. El balcón da a un amplio jardín con una vista magnífica. El aparcamiento fue muy práctico para nosotros, ya que íbamos en coche; hay un aparcamiento privado, pero hay una tarifa diaria, que no se aplica ni siquiera a los huéspedes del hotel. La selección del desayuno era normal, pero el ambiente del comedor era bastante agradable.

¡Una casa muy satisfecha! Hace mucho que se elige con su marido, se evalúa la distancia y el precio. Pero no se ha visto bien la evaluación de Trip.com, pero hay preocupaciones que decidieron quedarse en la noche. ¡No esperaba que fuera más que esperado!! El hotel está a cinco minutos a pie de la estación de Intrakine Dong, muy conveniente. Como hotel de más de 150 años, un gran número de muebles de decoración son de madera y a veces se sienten sombríos. Las condiciones de higiene son buenas, especialmente los productos de cama son limpios. Es un tipo de habitación simple común. La recepción nos ha ayudado a hacer un doble y modernizar el balcón. El cuarto tiene un pequeño balcón. El paisaje que se ve desde esta ubicación es excelente 👍 El servicio más satisfactorio es el de los empleados. Todos están llenos de sonrisas y ayuda activa. ¡Especialmente cuando se quedan, nos presentará un hotel con cuidado y nos enviará a la habitación personalmente. La hermana de la recepción, ¡Tatiana, es genial! En resumen, la experiencia es excelente! ¡Decidimos seguir viviendo en un par de días más!
