the most wonderful accommodation that envelops you in the local ecosystem. one of the two large windows in my room faced a large pond which really made me feel at peace. the host couple is kind, warm, and attentive. As someone with high standards for cleanliness I can say that the cabins are not only new but very well-cleaned, including the bathroom. also I love that they set up a floor seating spot in the room I love laying on the floor. when I got sick the hosts took good care of me and the room with its large windows and beautiful view was the best place to be stuck inside in.

Сам отель новый и ещё находится в процессе пристройки новых комнат, но на новогдних праздниках, когда останавливался, рабочих не было, поэтому не могу оценить масштаб шума от строительства и мешает ли он отдыху. Находится отель в тихом отдалённом месте от суеты транспортного траффика, что ему в плюс и с прекрасным видом на горы. Кроме того у них при отеле свой ресторан, где можно перекусить, это удобно, если влом куда-то тащиться. Байки выдают на прокат только тем, у кого имеются права, но есть велосипеды. I had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. The place is clean, and the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. All necessary amenities are fully provided. The house has a total of four rooms and four bathrooms, which is very convenient. The upstairs room is accessed via a staircase, but the steps are quite narrow. You need to be extra careful when going down—one of my friends actually slipped and fell, so caution is highly recommended. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. It’s also conveniently located, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The surrounding atmosphere is lovely, clean, and visually appealing. From the accommodation, you can start your hike up Mua Cave as early as 6 AM. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay with great surroundings and good value for money.

🇫🇷Superbe endroit. Tellement apaisant. Le personnel est tellement gentil. Je devait initialement rester 3 nuits, je me sentais tellement bien que j’ai prolongé pour 2 nuits de plus donc 5 au total. Ils mettent des vélos à disposition pour découvrir la ville, à notre arrivé ils nous montrent une carte avec les lieux à visiter et aussi des ATM pour retirer de l’argent. N’hésiter pas à leur demander de l’aide pour les activités, ils ont de bons conseils. Bon petit déjeuner, il y a 5 options. Je conseil le granola avec boisson au choix accompagné de fruits frais et d’un yaourt. Vous pouvez également manger à l’hôtel le midi et le soir. C’est très bon ! Je vous conseil de prendre leur smoothie à la mangue, je crois que c’est le meilleur que j’ai bu de toute ma vie. Si je dois revenir à Ninh Binh de sera dans cette hôtel. JE RECOMMANDE !

Green Bay Hotel was the perfect location to stay on our trip to Ninh Binh. It's right at the doorstep of Hoa Lu Street which comes alive during the nighttime and just a short walk from great breakfast/lunch time restaurants just across the water during the day. The room we booked was spacious with wall to ceiling windows offering a panoramic view of Ninh Binh, with a comfortable King sized bed and well adorned bathroom. The only issue was noise insulation, as chatter and vehicle noise does permeate into the room, but it's not a deal breaker.

We had a wonderful stay at The Wooden Gate! The property is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely pool and a very peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything freshly prepared. The location is also perfect for exploring the area. With the bicycles provided, we could easily and quickly reach Mua Cave and the Trang An boat tours. What impressed us most was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Our children are very picky eaters, and the team even prepared special meals just for them, which we really appreciated. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. A beautiful place with wonderful service – we would definitely recommend The Wooden Gate!

Un resort maravilloso rodeado de la belleza y la naturaleza de Ninh Binh, que ofrecía paz y tranquilidad después de venir de ciudades ajetreadas. La habitación era maravillosa y tenía todo lo necesario. Me encantó tener piscina privada, pero lamentablemente no estaba lo suficientemente caliente como para usarla. Intenté bañarme, pero no había suficiente agua caliente para llenarla, así que es algo a tener en cuenta. Tuve la visita de algunos amiguitos peludos durante la noche y a veces cuando estaba en mi habitación, pero eran inofensivos, como es de esperar en la naturaleza, y disfrutaron de la fruta de cortesía. Kin y todo el personal fueron muy amables, encantadores y serviciales, e hicieron que mi estancia fuera inolvidable.

The family that runs this gorgeous little homestay is really wonderful and kind and always helpful and friendly. They provided us with a map for the area with tips and recommendations and also rented us a motorbike. The room was comfortable, clean and the included breakfast was absolutely perfect (I always ordered the banana pancake). The pool area is also really pretty probably the prettiest in the area. From the roof of the building you can see a lot of the surrounding landscape and the kids who go to the local school are all fun and friendly.

New homestay that opened in early 2025. Father and son and his family run and maintained this cute little homestay. They're so nice and hospitable and will provide help and service at all times of the day. They provide meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, pedal bike and motorbike rentals and laundry service by the kilo. It has an amazing backdrop scenery of Trang An behind the homestay, you wouldn't want to wish for more whenever you wake up every morning here. 😀

¡La recepcionista fue encantadora! Tiene el mejor servicio al cliente que he recibido. Nos dieron la bienvenida y nos compraron bebidas y fruta. La habitación era nueva y limpia, con una vista increíble de la montaña junto al hotel desde la ducha, gracias a sus ventanales de piso a techo. Todo fue perfecto e increíble.
