the most wonderful accommodation that envelops you in the local ecosystem. one of the two large windows in my room faced a large pond which really made me feel at peace. the host couple is kind, warm, and attentive. As someone with high standards for cleanliness I can say that the cabins are not only new but very well-cleaned, including the bathroom. also I love that they set up a floor seating spot in the room I love laying on the floor. when I got sick the hosts took good care of me and the room with its large windows and beautiful view was the best place to be stuck inside in.

Сам отель новый и ещё находится в процессе пристройки новых комнат, но на новогдних праздниках, когда останавливался, рабочих не было, поэтому не могу оценить масштаб шума от строительства и мешает ли он отдыху. Находится отель в тихом отдалённом месте от суеты транспортного траффика, что ему в плюс и с прекрасным видом на горы. Кроме того у них при отеле свой ресторан, где можно перекусить, это удобно, если влом куда-то тащиться. Байки выдают на прокат только тем, у кого имеются права, но есть велосипеды. La habitación estaba muy limpia, pero la presión del calentador de agua era baja, así que una sola persona no podía ducharse mucho tiempo. El desayuno estuvo bien. Lo más importante es que está muy cerca del salón de baile y hay muchos restaurantes cerca.

🇫🇷Superbe endroit. Tellement apaisant. Le personnel est tellement gentil. Je devait initialement rester 3 nuits, je me sentais tellement bien que j’ai prolongé pour 2 nuits de plus donc 5 au total. Ils mettent des vélos à disposition pour découvrir la ville, à notre arrivé ils nous montrent une carte avec les lieux à visiter et aussi des ATM pour retirer de l’argent. N’hésiter pas à leur demander de l’aide pour les activités, ils ont de bons conseils. Bon petit déjeuner, il y a 5 options. Je conseil le granola avec boisson au choix accompagné de fruits frais et d’un yaourt. Vous pouvez également manger à l’hôtel le midi et le soir. C’est très bon ! Je vous conseil de prendre leur smoothie à la mangue, je crois que c’est le meilleur que j’ai bu de toute ma vie. Si je dois revenir à Ninh Binh de sera dans cette hôtel. JE RECOMMANDE !

We had a wonderful stay at The Wooden Gate! The property is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely pool and a very peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything freshly prepared. The location is also perfect for exploring the area. With the bicycles provided, we could easily and quickly reach Mua Cave and the Trang An boat tours. What impressed us most was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Our children are very picky eaters, and the team even prepared special meals just for them, which we really appreciated. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. A beautiful place with wonderful service – we would definitely recommend The Wooden Gate!

I had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. The place is clean, and the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. All necessary amenities are fully provided. The house has a total of four rooms and four bathrooms, which is very convenient. The upstairs room is accessed via a staircase, but the steps are quite narrow. You need to be extra careful when going down—one of my friends actually slipped and fell, so caution is highly recommended. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. It’s also conveniently located, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The surrounding atmosphere is lovely, clean, and visually appealing. From the accommodation, you can start your hike up Mua Cave as early as 6 AM. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay with great surroundings and good value for money.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was super clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable we slept so well. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They always took the initiative to assist us or guide us without us even having to ask, which made our stay feel so easy and welcoming. We were also lucky enough to spend Tết night here, and it was such a special experience. The owner was so generous and thoughtful they gave us lucky money and even organized a little celebration. It was such an attentive and heartwarming gesture that made us feel welcomed🥺 Highly recommend this place

New homestay that opened in early 2025. Father and son and his family run and maintained this cute little homestay. They're so nice and hospitable and will provide help and service at all times of the day. They provide meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, pedal bike and motorbike rentals and laundry service by the kilo. It has an amazing backdrop scenery of Trang An behind the homestay, you wouldn't want to wish for more whenever you wake up every morning here. 😀

Tuve una estancia estupenda. La cama estaba bien. Solo hay que encontrar los lugares cómodos. Algunos son un poco incómodos. Todo está muy limpio. La comida es buena, pero algo limitada. Ofrecen bicicletas gratis, pero el 80% son peligrosas y se estropean a mitad del recorrido. Esto me causó varios inconvenientes. En esos casos, se disculparon sinceramente y se ofrecieron a recogerme. Deberían cambiar las bicicletas para que la experiencia sea mejor y más segura. El baño tiene una vista interesante de la montaña desde la parte trasera. La zona es preciosa. Entre semana, la relación calidad-precio es excelente. Los fines de semana, los precios casi se duplican, y por ese precio recomendaría a cualquiera que se aloje en otro sitio para ahorrar hasta un 50%.
