Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Condado de Napa

We arrived just after 5. No one was there eventhough Checkin is from 3-6 on the website. We located our keys under the mat. They sent an email but it was late in coming since we did not have service driving down from Napa. On the website it mentions a complimentary mini bar. There is none. There were a few things in our room that need to be fixed. Cute place but I guess I just expected a little more. Balance in bathroom falling down and light by tub falling out. Great spot for visiting in Calistoga. Not sure about trip.com and what’s offered being current either. Lesson learned.

Everything was just perfect! Great location in a lively neighbourhood. Sparkling clean and tidy room with good facilities and WiFi. Lovely and welcoming staff. Good value for money as in-room dining brekkie was included. Highly recommended!

Every thing very clean.I love a nice bed I ever had.

This is our second trip to Calistoga and our second stay at Bergson. We really like the location and the rooms are nice, we stayed in 103.. we had road noise in the early morning, and could hear our neighbors next to us. Recommend our next stay to be in a room further from road . We love the morning breakfast , especially the morning oats. We miss the glass mason jars ; as we like to eat the oats hot and it’s not possible to heat in the plastic cup. We had to ask for extra glass ware.

También hay un incendio y un baño de spa en mi habitación. Hay un amplio aparcamiento en la parte trasera. No hay ascensores, así que fue un poco de entrenamiento conseguir todo en la parte superior de mi entrenamiento. Si alguien tiene limitaciones con caminar, sería bastante difícil arriba, pero las escaleras también parecen muy bonitas. Estaban decorando para Navidad que era hermosa y homey. No puedo esperar a volver.

Bien, pero debería haber sido más barato para la calidad. Definitivamente un hotel mayor. Tenía el aspecto y el olor de su cien años de servicio. El desayuno era café, un par de bolos de pastel, y pequeños frutos. No hay aparcamiento hotelero. Las piscinas estaban cansadas y sucias.

Otros son buenos. La piscina es pequeña y el agua está sucia. Tengo bacterias en los ojos después de nadar. Fui a ver a un médico en San Francisco. El médico dijo que fue causado por una infección bacteriana en la piscina. ¡Es muy caro ver a un médico en los Estados Unidos! ¡Mira casi 200 dólares!

It was nice hotel! There is a restaurant in the first floor of this hotel and taste was good. There were no parking spaces in this hotel.

Overall hotel quality is great, bed is comfortable. I have a double queen size bed room. Room is spacious. However, light sleepers shall avoid room facing the pool because people can have access to the pool even after 12am, they chat and laugh can be quite disturbing at that hours. Last but not least, the staff who helped me checked out was super unfriendly and give attitude over a 10 dollar parking confusion we had while I was checking out. The attitude and service is quite bad and making the whole staying experiences a negative especially only for a minor confusion they had caused their own internal communication. It’s really not nice 👎🏻
