Our sunny bungalow is in lovely Old West Lawrence, a historic residential neighborhood. It is 5 blocks to Downtown, a straight shot up the Hill to Memorial Stadium, and well within walking distance to the rest of Campus. We have two full bedrooms and a four-season porch. The porch and deck make a lovely place to enjoy the good weather. After sleeping soundly in our hide-away bungalow, in ten minutes you will arrive at the bespoke venues, shops, bars, and restaurants in beautiful Downtown Lawrence.This 900-square-foot gem is fully remodeled and pristine. She is a beautiful "middle sister" to two identical bungalows on either side, all lovingly built in the 1920s by a father for each of his three daughters.You will have access to the entire house, including the front porch and back deck. The basement is inaccessible to guests.This is our stay-cation house so we are only five miles away for answering any questions or help you out as best we can!Tree-lined, streets, painted ladies, Edwardian/Victorian/vernacular architecture abound in this gold nugget neighborhood.Walking is a great way to get to Campus and Downtown from our home. That being said, there is ample on-street parking on our block (unless its Game Day!)Our well-equipped and pristine home is ideal for well-behaved, responsible, and considerate guests.
