It was a very cute hotel! A little old but the rooms were nice and the bed was comfy! The staff was extremely kind as well! The only issue we had was the elevator, one of the was broken and we were at the second to top floor so everytime we used the elevator it was a long wait then the ride down/ up was super long too. But it really wasn’t too bad over all! (I don’t have pictures of the Hotel lol)

Este era el hotel Red Dragon, donde nos alojamos en 2017. La habitación es amplia y cuenta con armarios, minibar y una cómoda de tres cajones. No hay cafetera, pero sí un dispensador de hielo en el pasillo. Tuvimos un incidente con nuestro coche de alquiler y el hotel tuvo la amabilidad de dejarnos usar su teléfono para llamadas locales y contactar con el servicio de asistencia en carretera. Las camas y las almohadas son cómodas, con suficientes puertos de carga para dispositivos. Está ubicado en el extremo oeste del Strip (podíamos ver el hotel Stratford desde nuestra habitación), pero esta ubicación no nos supone un gran problema, ya que vamos en coche. El hotel ofrece aparcamiento gratuito en un edificio de varias plantas, lo cual es seguro gracias a la vigilancia de seguridad.

It's a new hotel with professional management. Check in, check out were fast. Room were clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, I really love the omelette and waffles station. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the north premium outlet.

We booked the king jacuzzi suite for my husband's birthday. I requested extras before arriving to be in the room when we checked in so he would be surprised. They do not do this. Instead, I had to ask at check in to have the strawberries and wine delivered at that time. We went up to the room and WAITED...the whole time he is wondering why I am procrastinating going to supper. They finally brought the platter up. He was surprised but it was awkward. This is why I gave services a 4 instead of a 5-star rating. The front desk personnel had to bring it up and they were swamped with people checking in. It would be better is there was a dedicated department for things like this. Also, at the pool (nice pool) there is only 3 cabanas and ONE tree with shade...otherwise you have no shade. You cannot reserve the cabanas to make sure you will have shade. It is all first come first served basis. With temperatures in the triple digits, I found this to be unacceptable for a ”resort”. Shade should be plentiful around a pool area. Also, if you are looking to drink cocktails while lounging at the pool....not here. They do not have a facility on site for this service. Those are my only critiques, the stay was otherwise wonderful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff were kind and as helpful as they could be. If you walk across the parking lot to the casino, there are 3 places to eat and all with wonderful menus. I would suggest staying here...just don't expect 5 star luxury....4 star at best....still very nice but a few things to work on. Oh, free and plentiful parking which is nice.

Estancia fabulosa en el corazón de Las Vegas. Nos encantó nuestra estancia aquí, todo el personal es amable y acogedor, las habitaciones impecablemente limpias, las camas muy cómodas, las duchas calientes con gran presión. La ubicación es perfecta, literalmente a 15 minutos a pie de la avenida principal y por eso es muy tranquila por la noche. Las habitaciones deben estar insonorizadas, porque no he oído ningún ruido de otras habitaciones, solo he oído un poco de ruido de tráfico o de alguien hablando en el pasillo, pero estamos en el tercer piso, así que tal vez sea más ruidoso abajo, no estoy seguro. Hay un 7 11 a solo 2 puertas y con una nevera y una cafetera en la habitación, fue perfecto para nosotros. El casino está en un edificio al lado del hotel, así que tampoco se oye ruido de allí. Era mi primera vez en un casino y el personal fue muy servicial en las mesas, me dio consejos y fue muy paciente conmigo hasta que me acostumbré. La clientela parece estar formada por muchos lugareños que también son muy agradables y serviciales. Recomendaría encarecidamente este lugar a todo el mundo, especialmente a los que lo visitan por primera vez. La comida y las bebidas tienen precios razonables para la zona, entre 4 y 6 dólares por una cerveza, en comparación con los 9 y 12 dólares que cuestan en cualquier otro lugar. También te dan un descuento en el restaurante si eres huésped del hotel. El especial de bistec estaba delicioso, servido con verduras y patatas, sopa o ensalada. Isabella, la gerente de recepción, fue especialmente servicial cuando tuvimos un problema con nuestra factura, que era una falla del sistema que ya se había identificado. Estaban al tanto del problema y lo estaban solucionando, pero fue muy amable y nos tranquilizó. No tuvimos servicio de limpieza mientras estuvimos aquí, ¿quizás debamos solicitarlo? Sin embargo, no nos importó y en recepción estuvieron encantados de proporcionarnos agua adicional, vasos de café, etc. Todos los miembros del personal, desde seguridad, recepción y los empleados del casino, fueron amables, serviciales y conversadores. Solo puedo pensar que este también es un gran lugar para trabajar.

I was a little worried when I exited the freeway and immediately found myself driving through a large homeless encampment. However, it was confined to that one block. The hotel itself does not have homeless hanging outside or milling around. There is a parking garage, but if your vehicle is taller than 68” you won’t be able to use it. Instead, you’ll have to park in the immediate adjacent covered spaces (none available when we got there at 10:00); but there’s another outdoor lot that was never full on the other side of the hotel- accessible by foot by either walking through the casino or outside about ½ block. Your hotel room key will get you in and out of the outdoor lots and garage. Hotel staff and security are very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean, but I have asthma so walking through the smokey casino was difficult. I forgot that Vegas is still stuck in the 70’s when it comes to indoor smoking. We had a room on the 9th floor. There are 4 good sized elevators that arrive quickly and they are clean and don’t smell. Our room was clean, but no coffee maker and no microwave. There is a small mini fridge- really small. There’s a hairdryer on the wall by the sink. Adequate water pressure in the shower. Enough counter space on both sides of the sink for bathroom items. Shower has soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers- I forgot to let management know that the conditioner was pretty much jammed, but I was able to get some out with a lot of pumping. Queen beds were comfortable. Very thin “blanket” so if you’re with someone who cranks the AC up, you’ll need a better blanket. The AC unit was a bit loud but I usually have white noise playing to get to sleep so it was good for me. Our room overlooked the freeway and industrial area so we did have freeway noise- again not an issue for me. I liked the shutters instead of drapes. Floors could do away with the carpeting in the rooms. We didn’t watch any television but there is one. Surrounding area: Mob Museum is across the street. So is Fremont Street which has some of the oldest hotels and Binions where you can take a photo with a stack of money- I think it’s 1 million dollars. The California Hotel across the street caters to Hawaiians. You’ll find great Hawaiian food there. They also have the pool for Main Street use- can’t comment because I didn’t use it. What I learned today when we headed home is that there’s a Costco (needed gas) 5 minutes away & the escape rooms that my friend said we should check out (we didn’t have time). There is a fantastic breakfast place 2 blocks down that is always busy. Hash House. If it’s packed, go to the bar to order takeout. Takes 15 minutes and you can grab a table in the food court 100 feet away.

La ubicación del hotel en el centro de la ciudad era maravillosa, cerca de todo. La habitación era espaciosa y limpia. Reservado una habitación de piscina, tomó 30 segundos para llegar a mi habitación desde la zona de recepción, muy conveniente. El personal siempre me saludó y me preguntó si necesitaba algo. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, pero no se puede hacer nada. La piscina era agradable, la piscina estaba refrescando, otras personas se quejaron del ruido del club nocturno pero no he oído nada de eso, pero incluyen 2 conjuntos de auriculares en la habitación.

Elegí el hotel debido a la cercanía de un evento al que asistí, el cuarto estaba limpio aunque los colchones de la cama estaban demasiado aguados para mi gusto, tampoco hay señalamientos hacia donde queda inicialmente el estacionamiento, por lo que tuve que primero bajarme a front desk a preguntar

El recepcionista fue genial, pero el ascensor a la torre no funcionó durante todo el tiempo que estuve allí. Gran decepción. La tarifa del resort y la tarifa adicional son extremadamente altas para un lugar de ese calibre. Soy un local que se ha alojado en muchos complejos turísticos y este no era el rango de precio adecuado para este hotel. Por ejemplo, la retención para gastos imprevistos en el Venetian cuesta 150 USD y el suplemento para este hotel es de 300 USD. No es el nido para el hotel.
