We were great by a gentlemen staff at the reception upon arrival on 13th February 2025. First impression for this hotel was good. We keep our luggage first due to our room not yet ready, we understand that check in time at 2.00pm onwards. We go out and walks to the Ankara Kaseli and Hacii Bayram Mosque and few more mosque around the city. Hotel location is good and walking distance to the city area, Metro/Train station and few restaurant nearby hotel. The hotel and rooms itself very nice and clean. We booked a Grand Suite room for 4 persons (2 bedrooms suite). The room is spacious and very clean. We had our breakfast at 6th floor with a good view while having our breakfast, and the breakfast was good. We are enjoyed our stay at this hotel and recommended for you to booked, and worth for the price you paid for. Thank you Golaz Suit Otel and team.

Grand Silay Otel’de konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu harika, Kızılay’a yürüyerek sadece 5-10 dakika mesafede. Oda ve genel alanların temizliği oldukça iyiydi. Her gün düzenli temizlik yapılması bizi mutlu etti. Kahvaltı çeşitleri boldu ve lezzet açısından da ***et başarılıydı. 3 yıldızlı bir otel için hizmet kalitesi beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Personel güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve misafirlerle çok ilgililer. Odamızda pencereyi açtığımızda dışarıdan hafif bir uğultu sesi geliyordu, fakat pencere kapalıyken hiç sorun yaşamadık. Bence odamızı değiştirmek isteseydik hemen yardımcı olurlardı, ancak balkon kapısını açıp klimayı kullanmamak tamamen bizim tercihimizdi. Fiyat-performans açısından kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel, Ankara’ya tekrar geldiğimizde tercihimiz yine burası olacak.

Reikartz 2017 está convenientemente situado cerca de las principales tiendas y el transporte público. Mi habitación era bastante agradable con un baño moderno. Tea y café disponible 24/7 en recepción. Desayuno aceptable con una elección razonable. La recepción dijo que no había Wi-Fi en el piso ni en el segundo piso durante mi estancia, lo que me impidió reservar el alojamiento de la noche siguiente en Estambul.

La ubicación es conveniente, con muchos restaurantes y cafés a pocos pasos. La recepción fue muy amable a pesar de nuestra llegada tardía, y el desayuno fue bueno con una buena vista. We stayed 2 days here and enjoyed the breakfast. The cleaning staff and kitchen staff were very friendly. It is located very closely to the city centre of Ankara. The only downside was the bathroom, it really needs a renovation. The room we stayed at was on the 5th floor and the breakfast area was on the 6th. Our room had one double bed and one single bed. All our extra stuff would land on the single bed, so that was nice. The rooms are tidied up while you are having breakfast which is efficient. Overall, price quality wise it's very good for a hotel middle in the centre.

No sé sobre los comentarios negativos aquí, pero mi estancia de una noche fue perfecta: Personal - muy bueno servicio y acomodación. Ofrecieron té y ayudaron a traer nuestras maletas a nuestra habitación. El personal mostró que las botellas de agua estaban disponibles en el mini refrigerador, como si supiera que estaba muy sediento 😁 Parking - justo frente al hotel, muy conveniente Habitaciones - modernizado desde 2 camas individuales a una cama reina desde el alerta del personal que ambos somos casados.
