服務很好，雖然在新區不過打車出行也不算太遠差不多20分鐘左右能到安卡拉城堡以及國父陵。床和枕頭非常舒服，連續三晚都睡的特別好，服務真的很熱情，幫拿行李主動詢問你是否需要幫助什麼的，也會送一點小點心。硬件設施非常非常完備，價格比國內的還便宜一些些，算是非常性價比了。如果再來安卡拉豪不猶豫選JW。

A magnificent hotel in every way. The rooms are very comfortable, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I requested a room on the upper floors, they did not refuse my request and prepared a very nice room. The reception answers all your questions and needs, they are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is in the heart of Tunali, safe and within walking distance to important points. Thanks to housekeeping ( especially to Cigdem), room service and all the staff at the reception.

El hotel fue uno de los mejores en términos de precio y calidad durante nuestro período de estancia. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y nuevas, pero faltaban algunos detalles pequeños, como jabón líquido para manos, pantalones y un tobillo que se suministra por pregunta. The hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable environment, which made my stay relaxing from the beginning. I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness. When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive. I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

Está bastante lejos del centro, pero es un lugar muy tranquilo si buscas un lugar para descansar, ¡absolutamente un lugar al que tienes que ir! cerca del bosque, te despiertas con voces de pájaros, todo está muy limpio, el desayuno es bueno y el servicio es rápido.

En general, la experiencia fue muy buena. El desayuno tenía muchas opciones. La ubicación fue buena. El metro más cercano es alrededor 1.1KM

Jakuzili suit oda da jakuzi çalışmıyodu ve çalışanlar bunun için bi çözüm bulamadılar. Gitmeden arayıp jakuziyi temizleyip hazırlamalarını rica ettim ama jakuzinin zaten temiz olduğunu ve gelince kendim doldurmamı söylediler ve temiz değildi içinde kıl saç vs vardı. Jakuzi çalışmıyo diye aradığımda ben çalıştıramamışım gibi bi muamele yapıldı sonra 3. Aramada çalışan gelip baktı ve çalıştıramadı sonra da ekstra memnuniyet için bi şey yapılmadı. Jakuzi problemi hariç oda çok güzel ve temizdi. Diş macunu ve tek kullanımlık fırça yoktu ama resepsiyondan isteyince hemen gönderdiler. Çalışanlar problemimi çözmemesine rağmen güler yüzlülerdi bi dahaki gelişinizde odanızı yükseltiriz dediler bi daha gider miyim bilmiyorum ama genel olarak konum vs memnun kaldım.

나는 앙카라 지역의 시내에 묵을 때마다 주차때문에 스트레스를 받았기 때문에 이 호텔을 선택했고 성공적이었습니다. 주변의 슈퍼마켓 및 식당 등도 매우 좋았습니다. 단, 침대시트는 반드시 교체가 필요해보입니다.
