Aunque he reservado erróneamente el estancia por el mismo día mientras hace la reserva en la noche significa que el tiempo de ingreso ya había pasado por alrededor de cuatro horas y estoy muy lejos en PAI (saliendo el día siguiente a Mae RIM). Como era una reserva no reembolsable, no mostraba, pensé que había perdido. No obstante, Paul, el director de recepción, llegó por correo electrónico para preguntar cuándo llegaría. Para mi sorpresa y gratitud, ajustaron mi reserva a ningún costo adicional. El hotel está muy bien situado, rodeado de una gran verdura y lleno de sonidos naturales tranquilos. Great location (specifically for a romantic getaway in the mountains). Room was great overall (save for a the boiler heater slightly malfunctioning while heating up water) Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only remark that I have was that we were definitely overcharged for a meal that was offered to us (without specifying the price initially). I know also partially my mistake too, but just giving head-up for the future guests. Other than that, everything was great

Place quite private and secluded.. it’s different kind of experience, more to nature set up so don’t expect pristine like hotel. But their staff service is beyond amazing, especially to P’May, she is arranging everything for us from transportation and everything we need around the camping, she is very accomodating and make our stay very comfortable. Our room is comfortable with nice view. Breakfast is simple but everything prepared freshly. Must order their Thai BBQ for evening dine in experience at your own balcony. Overall we are quite happy with our stay.

Very cozy and nice resort in Mon Jam. The resort architecture was really homey. We came to the resort too early before check-in time but we've been received great service and hospitalized to get early check-in also been upgraded to the bigger room to ”Mon Fah” that you can enjoy the stunning view at your room great balcony area. Hot chamomile tea retreated me from a bit cold but fresh greenery after rain during check-in waiting. After check-in, we took lunch at resort restaurant that they had Michaelin stars 3 consecutive years. Food was fresh and very healthy delicious especially organic vegg. We felt very warm hospitalized from all service minded and well trained staffs and especially 'Pee Su” the owner. All fruits especially papaya was really sweet and fresh. We encouraged yo support local organic farm directly here that you can enjoy shopping papaya, lemon, and seasonal vegg and fruits here. ”Nong Kwan” the resort staff brought us to the local chilli, lettuce and cabbage farm down hill that easy to access from resort. She's really friendly and amazingly she learnt how to plant by herself, from long year experience learning by doing was such a great expertise that she shared her know how with us and we learnt from her a lot about high land plantation. We appreciated Pee Su, Long Kwan and all staffs provided us great service like friends visit home. We promised next time to Mon Jam, we'll revisit your place once again for sure.

I really loved the service at NJ Homestay. Although the staff may not speak or understand English very well, we managed just fine using Google Translate. Our room’s toilet did give us some trouble during our stay — the water heater wasn’t working at first, and later the toilet had flushing issues, which continued throughout the two nights we were there. That said, I want to give a special shoutout to the staff, who were always patient and helpful, never hesitating to assist us with unclogging the toilet or checking the heater whenever there was a problem. The location isn’t the most convenient since it’s up in the mountains, but having a private driver made a big difference. Breakfast was included and it was great. As for cleanliness, it was acceptable considering the homestay is located in a mountainous area — some bugs are expected, and roosters start crowing as early as 3:30 a.m. Overall, the beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere, fresh air, and friendly staff and locals (Chiang Mai people are generally very warm and welcoming) made the stay worthwhile. I would definitely visit again.

The view here is stunning. The highlight is definitely the bathtub where you can soak while enjoying the scenery—it was amazing. The Moo Krata set is 500 THB, which is tasty and worth the price. The free breakfast is simple, consisting of porridge, toast, instant coffee, and juice. Getting here is very easy; the road is a smooth drive and there is plenty of parking. The only downside I found was the lack of hot water. Other than that, everything was great.
