Stayed here for one night during my trip to Manila and honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. The AC worked perfectly (which is super important in Manila 😅), and the building facilities were great — there’s a swimming pool, gym, and pretty much everything you’d need. It felt very convenient and easy. The host was responsive and the whole process was smooth from check-in to check-out. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting. Highly recommend!

Al entrar en la habitación, me recibió una cucaracha diminuta. Me sentí mal enseguida, así que pregunté en recepción si me podían cambiar. Dijeron que enviarían al personal de limpieza (lo cual me pareció un rollo), así que acepté y me fui. Al volver, todo seguía igual. Es una pena. Está a unos 15 minutos a pie del MOA y a 5 minutos del centro comercial con restaurantes. Está cerca de una tienda de conveniencia. Hay varios restaurantes chinos cerca. No parece haber comida filipina ni puestos de comida. No hay salones de masajes. El personal de seguridad está debajo de cada condominio, así que solo vi a unas cuantas mujeres corriendo por la noche. Parece que parte de un condominio chino se está utilizando como hotel. La habitación no es muy espaciosa. Te traen un secador de pelo si llamas a recepción. También se proporcionan cepillos de dientes, peines, etc. Solo hay una toalla de baño. El control remoto del aire acondicionado no respondía y el televisor tenía dos controles remotos, lo que dificultaba verlo. Cargaba constantemente, pero nunca llegaba al televisor. Es un misterio. Pedí ayuda al personal, pero no me entendieron bien. La piscina era utilizada por personas de todas las edades, desde niños hasta adultos, de la mañana a la noche. El depósito fue de 1000 pesos. Está cerca del aeropuerto, pero hay congestión vehicular, así que es mejor calcular entre 20 y 30 minutos.

We enjoyed our stay! It is a very comfy unit. My family loved it! First, thank you for the contact person for being very kind and accommodating though I booked very late. He assisted us all throughout and extended extra help to get us checked in when we arrived. The unit is very clean and cozy. They have cooking utensils. Ref is clean, I really loved this. The shower has hot water. And.... there is a computer/laptop desk 🫶 which is very helpful for me since I came there to work (brownout at home). 😅 Thank you! Very great experience overall and I look forward to book the same unit again.

We had a great stay at Cozy Stay at Azure. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with excellent amenities, including fast WiFi, a PS5, smart TV, karaoke system, and even popcorn, which made the stay fun and relaxing. The space was well-maintained and suitable for families or groups. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. The location was convenient, and the overall environment felt safe and comfortable. Overall, this is a great choice for a staycation or short getaway, offering both comfort and entertainment. Highly recommended.

The room space are small but really good for couples. Love the style and furniture of the room. Very good location near at the Mall. I Love the man made beach. Really enjoy the wave of the water of the pool but it's just a little time.

Buen lugar para alojarse y descansar. Buena ubicación, no es recomendable para personas mayores porque no hay ascensor. La escalera no es muy alta. El desayuno es bueno y hay un banco y un restaurante cerca. Está al lado de la carretera. El hotel es un poco antiguo, pero mantienen la limpieza.

Area is good, malinis po and they are very accomodating during our arrival, utensils are clean. Nag enjoy po ako sa pagstay dito since yung balcony ay kitang kita yung pool. Highly recommended and we’ll book again. Kuddos!! 🥰😊😊

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
