I wanted to take a moment to share our experience at Gelly Bean Home Stay at Azure Residences in Pampanga during our recent stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in a serene environment that provided us with the relaxation we were seeking. The amenities were top-notch, and we were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of our room. It was well-decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with our queries and needs. She made sure that our stay was enjoyable and special. We also loved the cozy common areas which were perfect for lounging and enjoying each other's company. One of the highlights of our stay was simply unwinding by the pool and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The property is beautifully landscaped, making it a perfect backdrop for some memorable photos. Furthermore, the location is great for exploring Pampanga, with several local attractions and restaurants nearby. Overall, our stay at Gelly Bean Home Stay was delightful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Very enjoyable stay overall. The first night wasn't as good though because they gave me a room on the 3rd floor which had a few ants the next morning, so I requested a room change and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much better. Housekeeping was good since they clean all the dishes but they don't provide hand towels, only provide packets of bath gel and shampoo and small cheap hotel bar soap which I didn't use. Also, the hot water was only lukewarm the whole time and they didn't have a second trash can after I changed rooms which is strange. Additionally, I had to request trash bags since it seems pretty gross without them. If they fixed these small issues, the hotel stay would be nearly flawless. The gym was top notch. One other thing, check-in was a hassle since they make you sign this waiver saying you won't break or lose any little item in the room like the 8 picture frames and 2 ornaments on the walls and tables, the chairs and tables themselves, and anything and everything in the room. So I had to check every item was there myself before signing the form.

Great trip with friends....hotel was near all the bars and eatery. Our hotel rooms a little compact n otherwise a nice stay without any issues.

Hotel has a casino, staff are accommodating near restaurants, rooms are spacious, breakfast buffet ok but not great, overall good hotel except the AC was way too cold, called maintenance twice but to no avail

Los hoteles/motéis estándar incluso más bajos tienen estos. 3. La televisión inteligente no cargaría Netflix. Otra llamada a la recepción para que su personal técnico venga a repararlo. 4. El refrigerador de habitaciones no se apagaría. Cuarta llamada a la recepción para asistencia. El mantenimiento de la casa volvió y descubrimos que el refugio se descongeló al descongelar el interruptor. Para resumir, el hotel tiene mucho que hacer. Espero que la gestión actúe en estos puntos de mejora que no son difíciles de corregir. Por lo tanto, para ahora sólo ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ en general.

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

Stayed from periode 04/08/26 to 19/08/26 After black out no more HBO & AXN TV channels no longer available but instead only Channel 5 National TV. Requested to set up the digital tv set up box but refused by excused of the bad weather. No internet data access for 15 days from the date on arrival( checked in) until checked out even though the wifi is on & have a powerful signal (with Username : Eurotel Password: E07angeles25 Phone: *********** Bathroom flood, shower water pressure weak, hot water not available. After I filled the form around 6am this morning before I checked out. The TV program none of them, no longer available. What's good about this place : the location very close to SM Clark only 10 minutes walking distance. Mostly staff are friendly.

My family celebrated Christmas at Blue hotel and resort, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and warm, and our hotel room came with two king beds, its clean and everything we needed was provided. The pools were spotless, though as expected in December, the water was cool. Even so, my sons loved playing in them, and for larger groups, there’s another pool with a net for water activities like volleyball. The boys also enjoyed playing table tennis. They offered us buffet breakfast for four, which was a standout. Foods are great. The resort is a bit far from the city, but it’s easy to find with Waze. Since the area is remote, there are no nearby restaurants, though they do serve à la carte meals. For our Noche Buena, we drove into the city and found plenty of Korean restaurants to choose from. We noticed the road back was quite dark at night due to its distance from urban areas. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. If you want a quiet place to stay, away from noise, then this place if perfect for you. To top it off, the resort gave my sons Christmas gifts when we checked out, which made them so happy. We’ll definitely book again — and as always, the transaction through Trip.com was easy and smooth, never letting me down.

The place is nice, it's just that some of the facilities like the TV was not working when we got there. But all in all, all the staff are accommodating.

One of the things I appreciated most was the hotel’s convenient location in Angeles City. It was easy to get around the area, and transportation was readily available whenever needed. This made the hotel particularly convenient for business travelers, as well as guests who may have meetings, appointments, or other activities around Angeles and Clark. There are also various establishments within the surrounding area, making it easy to find dining and other necessities. The staff contributed greatly to the positive experience. They were courteous, professional, and willing to assist whenever needed. Good customer service can make a big difference during a hotel stay, and I appreciated how approachable and helpful the team was throughout my visit. The hotel also offers good value for its location and overall service. It is a practical choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and accessible place to stay in Angeles City without unnecessary complications. Overall, I had a smooth and enjoyable experience at Ritz Hotel Angeles. The combination of accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, convenient location, and easy access to transportation made the stay worthwhile.
