I wanted to take a moment to share our experience at Gelly Bean Home Stay at Azure Residences in Pampanga during our recent stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in a serene environment that provided us with the relaxation we were seeking. The amenities were top-notch, and we were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of our room. It was well-decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with our queries and needs. She made sure that our stay was enjoyable and special. We also loved the cozy common areas which were perfect for lounging and enjoying each other's company. One of the highlights of our stay was simply unwinding by the pool and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The property is beautifully landscaped, making it a perfect backdrop for some memorable photos. Furthermore, the location is great for exploring Pampanga, with several local attractions and restaurants nearby. Overall, our stay at Gelly Bean Home Stay was delightful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Very enjoyable stay overall. The first night wasn't as good though because they gave me a room on the 3rd floor which had a few ants the next morning, so I requested a room change and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much better. Housekeeping was good since they clean all the dishes but they don't provide hand towels, only provide packets of bath gel and shampoo and small cheap hotel bar soap which I didn't use. Also, the hot water was only lukewarm the whole time and they didn't have a second trash can after I changed rooms which is strange. Additionally, I had to request trash bags since it seems pretty gross without them. If they fixed these small issues, the hotel stay would be nearly flawless. The gym was top notch. One other thing, check-in was a hassle since they make you sign this waiver saying you won't break or lose any little item in the room like the 8 picture frames and 2 ornaments on the walls and tables, the chairs and tables themselves, and anything and everything in the room. So I had to check every item was there myself before signing the form.

Our stay at Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort was truly enjoyable, especially for families traveling with children. The property is beautifully maintained, with plenty of open spaces and greenery that create a peaceful and safe atmosphere for kids to explore and play. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of activities. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made our experience even more pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of dishes that catered to both adults and kids, making mornings something to look forward to. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing stay for our family. Hilton Clark is definitely a great choice for those traveling with kids, and we would happily return in the future

El 2o día nos mudamos a una piscina y mientras estuvimos fuera de la habitación, el personal incluso nos mudamos nuestras maletas a la nueva habitación. Clark Marriott delivered an outstanding five-star experience. The casino is modern and vibrant, the staff are genuinely warm and professional, and the breakfast spread is exceptional. With its beautiful facilities and comfortable rooms, I highly recommend it for both leisure and business travelers.

My stay at Pacific Breeze was good but the facility is starting to show it's age. To get hot water (actually never hot) to my shower I had to run the water for approximately 10 minutes before the ”warm water” arrived. The water pressure was very poor which exasperated the whole shower experience. I did like my room and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. I chose to use the hotel for my laundry service, and it was quite expensive, but I could have used an outside service so that is on me. I will say on a very positive note that the staff was exceptional and professional. Another issue, but not of a serious nature, was the fact that the hotel provided an appliance to heat water, and a cup for making coffee but did not provide any coffee or tea bags in the room. These items are provided at most hotels as a complementary item for it's guest's and there was none provided. I would believe the cost of these items would be minimal, so it was somewhat disappointing. I would probably not stay at this hotel again.

El refrigerador de habitaciones no se apagaría. Cuarta llamada a la recepción para asistencia. El mantenimiento de la casa volvió y descubrimos que el refugio se descongeló al descongelar el interruptor. Para resumir, el hotel tiene mucho que hacer. Espero que la gestión actúe en estos puntos de mejora que no son difíciles de corregir. Por lo tanto, para ahora sólo ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ en general.

My family celebrated Christmas at Blue hotel and resort, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and warm, and our hotel room came with two king beds, its clean and everything we needed was provided. The pools were spotless, though as expected in December, the water was cool. Even so, my sons loved playing in them, and for larger groups, there’s another pool with a net for water activities like volleyball. The boys also enjoyed playing table tennis. They offered us buffet breakfast for four, which was a standout. Foods are great. The resort is a bit far from the city, but it’s easy to find with Waze. Since the area is remote, there are no nearby restaurants, though they do serve à la carte meals. For our Noche Buena, we drove into the city and found plenty of Korean restaurants to choose from. We noticed the road back was quite dark at night due to its distance from urban areas. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. If you want a quiet place to stay, away from noise, then this place if perfect for you. To top it off, the resort gave my sons Christmas gifts when we checked out, which made them so happy. We’ll definitely book again — and as always, the transaction through Trip.com was easy and smooth, never letting me down.

One of the things I appreciated most was the hotel’s convenient location in Angeles City. It was easy to get around the area, and transportation was readily available whenever needed. This made the hotel particularly convenient for business travelers, as well as guests who may have meetings, appointments, or other activities around Angeles and Clark. There are also various establishments within the surrounding area, making it easy to find dining and other necessities. The staff contributed greatly to the positive experience. They were courteous, professional, and willing to assist whenever needed. Good customer service can make a big difference during a hotel stay, and I appreciated how approachable and helpful the team was throughout my visit. The hotel also offers good value for its location and overall service. It is a practical choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and accessible place to stay in Angeles City without unnecessary complications. Overall, I had a smooth and enjoyable experience at Ritz Hotel Angeles. The combination of accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, convenient location, and easy access to transportation made the stay worthwhile. I would consider staying here again on a future visit to Angeles City and would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable accommodation option.
