We recently stayed at Family villa 1 and was thoroughly impressed with everything—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials (and more!). I especially appreciated the attention to detail—the comfy bed, free use of karaoke. The hotel’s location is perfect. Overall, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Estuve en CaSoBe con mi familia en febrero de 2024. ¡Han sido unas vacaciones estupendas! La vista al mar desde nuestra cabaña, los atardeceres en la playa y las grandes piscinas fueron un éxito. El personal del complejo fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a responder a nuestras necesidades y preguntas. En particular, quisiera mencionar al Sr. Alexis, quien nos acompañó en algunos recorridos por la zona. Ha sido muy amable y amigable con nosotros y nuestros hijos y nos mostró los mejores lugares para visitar, permitiéndonos experimentar la verdadera vida y los gustos filipinos. Un agradecimiento especial también a Marcus, de la dirección del complejo, que contribuyó a que nuestras vacaciones fueran memorables. Recomendamos encarecidamente el complejo Calatagan South Beach a cualquier visitante que desee encontrar un ambiente limpio, agradable y relajante para sus vacaciones. ¡Esperamos poder volver alguna vez! chiara

Hi Team, Definitely will go back to this wonderful paradise! This place is amazing, every one of the staff is very courteous, approachable and very humble. From the receptionist sorry i didn’t get the chance to get the names, to nathan, staff in the restaurant, amor from the spa, kuya who assisted us to pick the calamansi and i think the manager that is very approachable and give the best and feel us home. We celebrated my father’s birthday. My parents was really happy with the place I chose and they say they want to go back and make el jardin a place where they want to rest. The food is amazing too, pandan juice and the place it self. Overall we really have an amazing and wonderful stay in el jardin. We will surely go back. Kudos to all the staff of this paradise el jardin.

During booking we were inform that outside pool is available, however during check in we were informed that we can not use the pool during holidays and weekends. This is complete disappointment on the part of the customer because we made to believe that the pool is available, the only reason for this booking. It should clear during booking that the pool will not be available.

¡Es un viaje fantástico! 1. El personal - Super increíble y amable, siempre sonriente y útil. 2. Los gerentes - grandes, cuidadosos, divertidos y siempre fueron arriba y más allá para ayudar y acomodar. 3. Resort - Una gran vista del océano y muchas actividades, nos hemos ido de vuelta 3 veces en un intervalo de 2 semanas. 4. ¡Habitación - limpia y cómoda! 5. Alimentos y bebidas - deliciosos y sorprendentes! He estado en muchos hoteles y albergues en todo el mundo, pero esto ha sido el tope de todas mis estancias. La vibe, la amistad, las actividades, la comida y las bebidas. Nunca me he sentido tan relajado y ni siquiera necesito usar mi teléfono. No hay estrés y todas las buenas vibraciones! Despertar para ver el océano con una taza de café con música suave, hace que las horas de conducción (casi 4 horas de una manera) vale la pena. ¡Eso es más que una estancia, es una experiencia inolvidable! Hemos pasado los días regulares y también los días de tifon, han sido sorprendentes y útiles todo el tiempo! Ahora vuelvo a Florida y me falta este lugar, pero planeo visitar Filipinas el año próximo y haré este lugar mi mejor visita!

Ok sa sea master ...9/10..mabait ang may ari at care taker... problema namin un island hopping naun nasira ang cp namin nag ka sugat sugat paa namin kasi duon nila kami dinala sa mabato at malakas ang alon.. Nag aaway pa ang mga bangkero ndi sila magkasundo.. May mga bata pa naman kaming ksma.. Kaya kung mag island hopping kayo wag kau dun sa sinabi nila na white sand nkktakot dun nlang kau sa starfish at sa fish feeding .. Para safe lalo kung may mga bata.. Charge to experience samin yun nangyare Grabe ang experience namin dun sa island hopping natakot ako para sa mga anak ko lakas ng alon ang layo pa ng bangka kaya nag ka tumba tumba kami dahil sa lakas ng alon na tangay mga sleepers namin kaya nun tumapak kmi sa mga bato sugat sugat.. Hindi pa pantay ang lupa may mababaw may malalim.. Wlang kwenta ang bangkero ndi man lang kami tulungan nasira ang mga cp namim napasukan ng tubig kasi wla silang siplock nilagay lang sa plastik ng tinapay..

La playa estaba literalmente en el pasillo, no diría que era la más preciosa, pero apenas había nadie que era grande y así era la piscina. Las habitaciones son muy grandes, todas son espaciosas, climatizadas y tienen una gran combinación de estilo filipino moderno y tradicional. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los ríos y los ríos, y el hotel está en una zona de la ciudad. La calidad de las toallas era pobre, algunos tenían tinturas en ellas, y otra cuestión era la total falta de restaurante en el hotel, que proporcionaron un restaurante que le entregaría comida. No obstante, el servicio del personal fue excepcional y pudieron satisfacer nuestras solicitudes y hacer que nuestra estadía sea lo más cómoda posible.

Hotel service is great, reasonable food price for a resort Clean environment , Room is clean. But the washroom needs improvement 1, Bathtubs higher than the deck during the shower causing water flows on the ground , Floor gets wet and won't dry till overbite . 2, The shower water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold making it difficult to maintain a comfortable shower,

Clean and decent rooms. Ideal hotel if you are visiting Montemaria Shrine. Located at the heart of Batangas City near SM City Batangas. Very approachable customer service, kudos to their patience in answering my questions and accommodating my requests.
