We recently stayed at Family villa 1 and was thoroughly impressed with everything—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials (and more!). I especially appreciated the attention to detail—the comfy bed, free use of karaoke. The hotel’s location is perfect. Overall, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

The place is still on point because it is accessible to malls, churches and even restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was their service. When I enter for the very first time, there are staff who will greet you warmly. It is my second time here but this time with my family. If I can remember correctly, there are 3 or 4 staff at the lobby that day. No one opens the door for us. I have a companion who is a senior citizen. We are 7 in total and carrying out bags. They didn’t offer the trolley if we needed it. But I shrugged it off. We stayed overnight here because we have a relative came from Laguna and we just wanted to checked in. There were no bath towels and the bottled water. I asked very politely for those 2 things. I even told the receptionist they can leave it there at our rooms since have some golfing and bowling to do. But to my surprise when we returned to the hotel, I checked my request was not delivered. I called for the second time and asked for it. Still not yet given. When I checked the time, it was 2300hrs no bath towels and even bottled water. I called again for the third time and the receptionist asked “what is it again Mam that you want?” It’s like all this time you didn’t know what I requested. Then I hung up the phone. I might not come back here again if their service will continue like this and definitely not gonna recommend Solano to my relatives and friends if their service will go on like that.

Perfect location which is practically on the beach. Just a few steps to the beach. Once in a life time experience sleeping in the room with music by the waves flapping on the shore. However, quality and pricing of food at the only restaurant needs big improvement.

Estuve en CaSoBe con mi familia en febrero de 2024. ¡Han sido unas vacaciones estupendas! La vista al mar desde nuestra cabaña, los atardeceres en la playa y las grandes piscinas fueron un éxito. El personal del complejo fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a responder a nuestras necesidades y preguntas. En particular, quisiera mencionar al Sr. Alexis, quien nos acompañó en algunos recorridos por la zona. Ha sido muy amable y amigable con nosotros y nuestros hijos y nos mostró los mejores lugares para visitar, permitiéndonos experimentar la verdadera vida y los gustos filipinos. Un agradecimiento especial también a Marcus, de la dirección del complejo, que contribuyó a que nuestras vacaciones fueran memorables. Recomendamos encarecidamente el complejo Calatagan South Beach a cualquier visitante que desee encontrar un ambiente limpio, agradable y relajante para sus vacaciones. ¡Esperamos poder volver alguna vez! chiara

1N2D Stay for Couple - July 2025 Loved everything and will absolutely book again. Our room was upgraded for free and had an outdoor tub. The room was huge and had a lot of sitting areas. Bed was king size and comfortable and clean. Smart TV can connect to YouTube but you need to sign in to your own Netflix account. Bathroom was huge. I think the room needs more hangers, complementary shampoo, reusable room slippers, scented candle/diffuser and it would be just perfect. Wifi was also fast. Breakfast buffet at pesce was cleansing and delicious for us. Loved walking around the farm, swimming at the pools, and the other services plus, the staff of the farm are very friendly and helpful. Had dinner at the Upperdeck and food was also good and yummy and it felt romantic because a guitarist and a singer serandes us.

¡Es un viaje fantástico! 1. El personal - Super increíble y amable, siempre sonriente y útil. 2. Los gerentes - grandes, cuidadosos, divertidos y siempre fueron arriba y más allá para ayudar y acomodar. 3. Resort - Una gran vista del océano y muchas actividades, nos hemos ido de vuelta 3 veces en un intervalo de 2 semanas. 4. ¡Habitación - limpia y cómoda! 5. Alimentos y bebidas - deliciosos y sorprendentes! He estado en muchos hoteles y albergues en todo el mundo, pero esto ha sido el tope de todas mis estancias. La vibe, la amistad, las actividades, la comida y las bebidas. Nunca me he sentido tan relajado y ni siquiera necesito usar mi teléfono. No hay estrés y todas las buenas vibraciones! Despertar para ver el océano con una taza de café con música suave, hace que las horas de conducción (casi 4 horas de una manera) vale la pena. ¡Eso es más que una estancia, es una experiencia inolvidable! Hemos pasado los días regulares y también los días de tifon, han sido sorprendentes y útiles todo el tiempo! Ahora vuelvo a Florida y me falta este lugar, pero planeo visitar Filipinas el año próximo y haré este lugar mi mejor visita!

the place was nice and spacious. it’s perfect to unwind but some of the people doesnt wear appropriate swimming attire. the management is so lenient about this matter. The worse experience was, in our unit area, Sampaloc. People keeps on banging the doors, kids screaming that led us uncomfortable sleeping at night until morning. No one from the management attends to it or someone who roam around to check the safety and peace of the building/unit. At the end of the day, no matter how beautiful the place is, if the service is only at bare minimum, still not worth for your money. Hope this would be addressed soon. The place has lots of good potential. Quality matters than quantity of clients.

We enjoyed our stay very much that we even want to extend, however, my children already have their classes the following day. The place is so relaxing and plenty of instagramable place within Cintai Corito.We enjoyed the buffet included with the stay and their amenities (swimming pool). Will definitely rwcommend Cintai Corito to our friends and family and will surely comeback soon.

We stayed at Canyon Cove and overall, we enjoyed our visit mainly because of the beach, which was relaxing and pleasant. The pool was also a nice bonus, and it was heated at times, which we appreciated. The changing room near the beach and pool was unfortunately not well maintained and often felt unclean and unpleasant to use. We also didn’t find any proper shower or changing facility near the area, so we had to go back to our room or use the restroom, which was quite crowded and not very fresh, especially with day pass guests and only a few cubicles available. Breakfast had a decent selection with pancakes, cereals, and different viands, but there were no typical Filipino breakfast options as we expected. Even on weekdays, there were many guests, and it seemed like the restaurant was understaffed, so tables were not cleared quickly and food refilling took some time. We had to line up for breakfast for around 10–15 minutes. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were very polite and accommodating despite the busy setup. The room itself was comfortable and quiet, which made it easy to rest and sleep well. However, cleanliness could still be improved. The bed was very comfortable, which we really appreciated. Overall, the beach made the stay worthwhile and is the main highlight of the resort.
