UUsuario invitadoVery enjoyable stay overall. The first night wasn't as good though because they gave me a room on the 3rd floor which had a few ants the next morning, so I requested a room change and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much better. Housekeeping was good since they clean all the dishes but they don't provide hand towels, only provide packets of bath gel and shampoo and small cheap hotel bar soap which I didn't use. Also, the hot water was only lukewarm the whole time and they didn't have a second trash can after I changed rooms which is strange. Additionally, I had to request trash bags since it seems pretty gross without them. If they fixed these small issues, the hotel stay would be nearly flawless. The gym was top notch.
One other thing, check-in was a hassle since they make you sign this waiver saying you won't break or lose any little item in the room like the 8 picture frames and 2 ornaments on the walls and tables, the chairs and tables themselves, and anything and everything in the room. So I had to check every item was there myself before signing the form.

UUsuario invitadoI had a really good stay at this hotel. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Check-in was fast and easy, and they explained everything clearly.
The room looked neat and smelled fresh. The bed was soft and comfortable, so I was able to rest well. The aircon worked properly and the WiFi connection was good too. I also liked that the bathroom was very clean and complete with basic things we needed.
The food was good and there were many choices during breakfast. The hotel also had a relaxing atmosphere which made the stay more enjoyable. The staff were always polite and quick to help whenever we needed something.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything felt smooth and stress-free. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to others looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay.

UUsuario invitadoYou can't beat the staff friendliness and service. The hotel is just off the main road, and is very comfortable. The facilities are very nice. The pool is so relaxing to just sit outside and have a coffee. Will return at a later date.

UUsuario invitadoIt’s okay. Microwave and phones not working. The grease trap smells every time we use the sink and the foul smell will fill the room and we need to spray or open the door. We stayed for 5 days, i just noticed that the staff walking by the hallway is quite noisy when they’re passing. I talked to the front desk about this and they acknowledged.

Los huéspedes son controlados rigurosamente antes de que se les permita entrar. Cenar junto a la piscina es mi favorito de todos los tiempos. El personal es muy amable y servicial y recuerdan cuál es mi habitación favorita cada vez que visito. Felicitaciones por el buen trabajo del equipo de Prime Asia!!

The Pro's: Customer service was great from the start, from the doormen to the front desk receptionist and the bartender/waitress. Hotel lobby, restaurant, and the rooms are clean.
The Cons: The problems I had on my first room was that the room a/c was blowing cold air on my 1st day only, and my fridge didn't turn ON when I plug it into the outlet. No microwave. Bad smell was coming from from the drain pipe in the restroom. The 4th day I moved into a different room with GREAT a/c unit. Now that room has no fridge, leaking water fixture below the restroom sink, no microwave, and the room was close to the road so you hear all the loud noises from morning till 9 or 10pm. I hope the management change the windows to soundproof the noise out. It didn't really disturb me since I just put my earphones in and listen to music.
Overall, great price and great customer service. Management just need to fix some appliances and plumbing issues.
