Peaceful retreat close to the Crab market and Kep Nature reserve. Fantastic service from a yummy breakfast to drinks by the pool and help in booking scooters and transport to the Bungalows. Simple, clean room with huge bed and a good size bathroom.

2nd time of staying at this hotel and a bit of a let down this time. Not sure if new management but everything is run on a very tight budget. The reviews look good but for a hotel that's been open since 2020 and it to have less than 10 reviews that speaks for itself. My last review was not there either so looks like previous ones have been wipped. Breakfast was included in the price, but choice was very poor. Its either noodles or eggs and toast. That's it. They don't have a fully stock bar to relax in after a long day like it boasts. They do not have any spirits and don't even have any beer. All they have is red wine, and they will only sell you it by the bottle. Staff are nice pool was nice and room was clean but its a good 2 star at best and certainly not worth the price charge. To the hotel, suggest you amend your write-up of the hotel as its now misleading on so many fronts. Sorry, it's not like me to give a negative review but you have a long way to go to be worthy of a better one.

Hotel muy agradable y bien situado. La piscina es muy agradable, bueno pequeño dej, resto a la carta limitada pero delicioso y el parque es hermoso. El personal es tan servible como eficiente, es un verdadero placer venir! Les salles de bains mériraient un refreshment, c'est parfois un peu vetu (cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent)

Отличный отель бунгалного типа. У нас был отдельный, просторный домик с террасой. Помещение комнаты и душевой большие и удобные, матрас на кровати удобный. Целая куча подушек. Шикарный бассейн с видом на национальный парк Кеп. На территории много зеленых насаждений. Плодовые деревья с которых постоянно падают манго. Хозяин отеля, общительный человек, отвечал на все вопросы, организовал трансфер до Хатьена. Заселили сразу по приезду в 11 а.м. без дополнительного ожидания и оплаты. Планировали на одну ночь, но так понравился отель, что остались ещë. Еда и напитки в отеле вкусные. На территории есть большая вилла под аренду. На рынке готовят живые морепродукты в 10 минутах. 1 кг крупных креветок 7 баксов, обязательно попробуйте крабов.

Nice and friendly staff. A nice bar close by and not too far from the ocean and from the beach. Quite affordable for the average person.

Estaba en el hotel de KEP BOUTIQUE PHKACHAN y era genial! Está muy cerca de la playa de Kep. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y el servicio era bueno. El personal era amable y me ayudó mucho. Le recomendaría este hotel a otros!

La ubicación es buena, comer una noche y una noche es muy conveniente, la habitación es muy cómoda, realmente grandioso! Acaba de comenzar a ver la foto pensando que era incómodo, el terreno es más cómodo que inesperadamente, el entorno es bueno

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable y muy agradable, y me ha hablado cuando llegué. Los demás miembros del personal con los que hablé en el bar fueron agradables y atentos. Las habitaciones tienen grandes puertas de vidrio para ver el mar desde su habitación fácilmente. El bar del hotel cuenta con muchas bebidas y un menú completo de comida y snacks. I had just one night at this hotel therefore I can't say too much. My room had nice panoramic view, the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The door to the balcony was hard to open, some light bulbs needed to be replaced. There is an elevator but it was broken the day I was leaving. There was also pool where you can chill out. But would be nice to have a working cafe to have some snacks and drinks. The owners we're not very friendly, (but their English was not very good as well, so maybe we just couldn't understand each other clearly.) Somehow they managed to organise my transfer.
