Had a splendid stay. Although there was no parking, they suggested a nearby parking lot. Making it easy for us to take a 10 m walk to the station with plenty of food. Mi mejor estancia en Japón, sin duda, en un mes entero por el país. El precio fue excelente considerando el servicio y la calidad del hotel. El personal es extremadamente servicial y amable. We originally got a room that was smoky probably due to previous guests but the housekeeping did not do a good job of getting rid of the smokiness (take note the hotel is supposed to be non smoking I think). We called the reception who proceeds to change our room to another floor and they made sure this time there's no ciggarette smell. That wasted a bit of our time but a good gesture to change our room. House keeping needs to make sure to check room properly especially for those with families. Son had a bit of a coughing fit when he entered the room due to the smoke. Location was strategic and they provide free parking in the mall parking.

El hotel es excelente, muy cerca de la estación JR de Kanazawa, y se puede ir andando al mercado de Omicho, al barrio del castillo y a la residencia samurái (Buke Yashiki). También está cerca de las paradas de autobús. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno, e incluso ofrecen café de goteo gratis y un gran baño público. Si volvemos, ¡elegiremos este hotel de nuevo!

We stayed here for 3 nights and Neon hotel really given us a beautiful experience in Kanazawa. Good location that can lead you to many famous restaurants and shopping. Well equipped especially washing machine that helped a lot for a family with kids. The amazing bed offered me sweet dreams every night. There is only one thing unpleasant. When we first checked in in Hotel Kanazawa, the staff told me there is no hotel parking lot “ you have to find coin parking please “ then tried to rush me go before my next question ( even tho he was smiling) But we found hotel parking right next to the hotel less than 1 minute walk. Other than that everything is perfect!

Excellent hotel with very attentive and helpful staff; very clean and organized; the decorations were very impressive - it was just like being in an art display area through out the hotel; our room was wide and very welcoming yet very elegant; the food was very delicious and very beautifully presented; amenities were excellent! The view from our room was simply beautiful and very relaxing. Definitely worth the price and would recommend it to everyone.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The room was really big and spacious, more than enough space for one person to live there comfortably! The bathtub was big too, everything was very clean. The window view was nice as well. The location is extremely close to train station and so convenient, I could walk to all the main must see places and enjoy the view while walking. The breakfast was very delicious! It changed all 4 days while I was staying there, the fish was cooked amazingly, as well as various veggies, soups, and even rice was cooked differently every day. The receptionists were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Close to the jr station and close to a supermarket at the station … most of the tourists attractions you either need to hike or use public transports
