El hotel era muy agradable. La gente era agradable. Nos gustaba la ubicación, nos gustaba el desayuno, la vista del restaurante de techo. Nos encontró con agua gotando de una de las duchas en el dormitorio, lo convirtiéndolo en una habitación inundada. La limpiamos dos veces, un hombre muy agradable. Pero no parece que haya transmitido la pregunta a la dirección para arreglarla. La otra cabeza de ducha también se rompió. Como resultado, tuvimos que comprobar después de 4 noches.

The reception was nice. The room was very tidy and the staff provided me hairdryer. Thank you!! There are many restaurants nearby and very closed to sixth circle. Convenient hotel!

This hotel is located near the university of Jordan. And nearby many restaurants. The room is clean and their staff responses fast when we request some services. However, there was some mistake that we reserved a room with 3 single beds for 3 persons, but we got the room with 1 double bed and 1 extra bed at the first night eventhough we have reserved in advance many days before we check in. The other points is nice 👍.

Está bastante bien. También hay desayuno, que es abundante y se puede elegir. La decoración también está bien. Hay refrigerador y aire acondicionado en la habitación. Además, está cerca del centro de la ciudad. Es tranquilo aquí porque no está cerca de la carretera.

This is a great budget hotel suite, fantastic location and a massive room with fridge TV and air conditioning including tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and at a very reasonable price. The hotel suite deserves a 5* rating because of the location which is close to all the amenities however the bathroom room was of poor standard and a lot of insects were flying around especially in the bathroom. The drains needed sorting out as on one night the smell was very strong at about 1am in the morning. This hotel claims to be wheelchair friendly but unfortunately it's only wheelchair friendly if you are not travelling alone. I phoned the hotel on two occasions before arriving to inquire about facilities for wheelchair users and was told I can enter the hotel via a ramp used for luggage but unfortunately the ramp was very steep although they did offer to help me when needed. I also wasn't informed that the dining room was not accessible although there was a lift to the bedroom. They were kind enough to bring the breakfast to my room although it was tasteless. There was a ladies long hair on the bedsheet and the cleaning of the room could be improved. I do hope the management will take my advice and publish the correct information regarding facilities for wheelchair users especially for those who are traveling on their own like myself.

Very friendly staff, we arrived very late at night and the receptionist ordered food to deliver for five of us. Ring the blue electronic bell to ask for them. Usefull position to quickly reach Madaba from the airport. Kitchen included in each room. Cleaning to be improved, carpet are terrible
