Very tidy and clean: Superbly fitted rooms. Staff attentive and excellent breakfast- one of the best breakfasts in our 1 month trip. Don’t be put off by the entrance which is hard to find at first. I am sure next time I visit that they will probably be occupying the ground floor too.

Excelente ubicación.  Trato excelente, todas las comodidades y con llave digital( maravilloso no estar pendiente de una llave)  Creo que nos atendió Martina en el check-in ; pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y para cualquier duda, problema siempre está disponible.  Un 10

La principal ventaja es la hospitalidad de las Sardines, incluyendo el personal de esta casa de huéspedes.

Well we have not stayed st this accommodation. During to the illness we needed to return home earlier. We have asked accommodation for some compromise solution. They totally stopped to talk to us and even blocked any communication channel. This kind of behavior is at least nothuman and not friendly at all. So consider this when booking. I would ignore this kind of people in the future.

Reception molto gentile e accogliente, posizione molto buona per i giovani, ci sono molti locali aperti di sera tardi e tanto movimento, peccato che sia successo il blackout alla notte e il giorno dopo ho tutti i cellulari senza batteria e devo usare il navigatore per viaggiare. Comunque Grazie tante per la gentile accoglienza.

Ero un po’ titubante all’inizio visto le varie recensioni negative ma posso totalmente smentire il tutto. Camera perfetta, pulita e accogliente. Letto comodissimo. La struttura è in centro quindi comodo per qualsiasi esigenza. Alessandro è stato gentilissimo dall’inizio alla fine. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso questa struttura! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

He dormido una noche en este hotel porque tenía un vuelo en el aeropuerto de Cagliari bastante temprano. Los puntos fuertes de este hotel: tiene un apartamento gratuito para los coches, se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de Cagliari, estaba limpio y oloroso. Como tuve que salir del hotel a las 04:50 de la mañana, el día anterior avisé en la recepción y me prepararon un saco con algunos productos de desayuno (un jugo de frutas, un croissant de chocolate, dos tostadas y una composta) - faltaba una pequeña botella de agua y una fruta, se habría apreciado. Los puntos negativos: hotel antiguo, necesitan renovación , principalmente el mobiliario de las habitaciones. Para una o dos noches es OK, pero para más de eso no tiene comodidad, la habitación era pequeña. Volvería a este hotel sin dudar si buscara un hotel cerca del aeropuerto para sólo unas pocas noches.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE OWNERS. The room itself was just ok but no WIFI in the bedroom - it only worked in the entranceway which was a big nuisance. The hosts are horrible and try to scam you. After we checked out I realised I had left something in the room but was unable to get back in as we had put the keys in the drop box already. I waited outside the main apartment entrance whilst I got in contact with the hosts who were going to send a housekeeper out, but while I was waiting a guest from one of the other bedrooms arrived so I was able to follow them into the apartment, where I was then able to access our room as I had left it unlocked when we checked out and was able to retrieve my items. A couple of hours later I received a very rude email from the hosts accusing me of forcing the door open and damaging the lock, stating that I will be liable for repair costs. Considering they have many CCTV cameras within in the apartment entranceway you'd think they would review the camera footage before rudely accusing a guest. Had they actually bothered to look at the footage they would have seen that all I did was follow someone (who had keys) into the apartment and then open our unlocked bedroom door - there was absolutely no forcing or damaging of the door. I don't know how they think they could get away with trying to scam someone like this when there is clear evidence that it did not happen, as if someone would pay for damages they did not cause. It's laughable that they would even think they could get away with that. I was very restrained in my reponse to them and kindly informed them that, as I had previously mentioned, all I did was follow someone into the apartment and opened our unlocked door, but surprise surprise they ignored me and didn't bother to respond any further - absolutely no apology from them which was unbelievable. Stay here at your own risk - there are much nicer properties around, I wouldn't recommend giving these people a cent of your money.
