One of the better hotel rooms we have been in. Nice open space with allot of room for the kids to play. The hygiene and comfort was excellent. The staff was also very helpfull and friendly. 100% reccommend people to go there. Dont be fooled by the outside pf the building. The hotel room inside is a hidden gem.

¡Nos esperaba mucho para el estancia y no se desaparió! Cuando entramos en la habitación (casa) nos impresionó inmediatamente el bien diseñado y estilo (en estilo Matera sassi) y equipado con douches de TVA TRES. También nos saludó al mismo tiempo el host extremadamente amable y útil Juicy, que también nos recomendó algunos grandes restaurantes y un buen supermercado cerca. ¡Definitivamente recomienda a todos que se queden aquí!

親切なご対応と美しく広々とし快適なお部屋のホテルです。駅からは海岸と反対側方面の静かな住宅街にあり、バス利用もよいですが、一直線で分かりやすいバス通りを散歩してみますと美味しい魚介店、カフェやレストラン、オシャレなインテリア店、美しい教会や木陰などありのんびり楽しい道中でした。また訪れたいです！

In one room from air condition running water down, we i told it in recipient she told me all i can do is to clean, In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses . I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us. I want my money back

Я путешествую одна и оставалась здесь на сутки. Расположение отличное! Было достаточно чисто. Единственное, что мне не понравилось — это то, что чтобы заселиться, необходимо получить инструкцию на вотсап. Мне вовремя ее не прислали и пришлось стоять под дверью и писать администраторам. В итоге меня запустил кто-то из постояльцев. Далее не могли разобраться, какой номер кровати. Это все подпортило впечатления, но, в целом, опыт хороший.

Spacious apartment with kitchenette. The location was a bit farther from the main attractions, and communication with the host could be improved. Overall, it was still a good stay and offered great value for money.

The host gave me his WhatsApp number and was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay which was only one night. The room was very clean and modern and also had a balcony , the location was also good just a bit out of the city centre of Bari . I did struggle to find it and the codes for the outer door and inner doors did get annoying, but again the host answered me straight away and helped, he also gave me information on local restaurants and bars as well as directions to the Ferry Port and local taxis, I thought he was excellent and went out of his way to help me and insure I had a great stay! Thank you!! I do understand the door codes are for security purposes and wasn’t a big deal it was just a slight quibble. I would definitely stay here again💯 if I was in Bari and needed accommodation! La ubicación es un punto a favor, ya que está cerca de la estación de tren, en la calle principal que lleva directamente al casco antiguo y al mar. Por desgracia, al llegar, hubo un pequeño contratiempo. Los teléfonos estaban apagados. Menos mal que Trip respondió rápidamente y envió la información de contacto al establecimiento. En cuanto a la habitación, estaba bien por el precio que pagué, pero si fuera el precio indicado, por ejemplo, en temporada alta, la habitación no habría merecido la pena. Carecía de vasos o hervidor de agua, que creo que es lo mínimo indispensable, y que ahora hay por todas partes. La ropa de cama, las toallas y todo estaba limpio, incluso los jabones pequeños. Por desgracia, no había nada para hervir agua ni para verterla. La terraza era estupenda, perfecta para sentarse en la octava planta en un día soleado. Por desgracia, la televisión y los canales se oían entrecortados. La ducha goteaba. Y el aire acondicionado estaba a 31 grados Celsius, mientras que en la habitación rondaba los 19-20 grados Celsius. Es extraño. Además, a pesar de viajar solo, me cobraron el doble del impuesto municipal.

La ubicación de los apartamentos es buena, min. a la Basílica de San Nicolás el Taumaturgo. 10-15 paseo por el terraplén. La playa Pane e Pomodoro tampoco está muy lejos, es agradable pasear por el paseo marítimo y es muy bonita en Bari. El casco antiguo y todas las tiendas están cerca. El check-in fue interesante. Al principio tenías que registrarte online, recibes un código, hay una caja fuerte colgada en la pared junto a la puerta, ingresas el código y tomas las llaves, vas al pasillo común cerca del apartamento, hay otra caja fuerte, también hay una llave directamente a tu apartamento. La habitación estaba limpia, no muy acogedora, pero solo fuimos allí a dormir. No hubo desayuno. Y me gustó todo. Gracias.
