Beautiful homestay amongst leafy greenery with delightful kind and attentive hosts. Biju thank you so much. Breakfast was delicious and substantial with an array of fresh fruit , omelette and Indian breakfast. Very filling and much appreciated to start the day. Very clean and air con room and ample communal lounge areas to use. Having a kettle and tea/coffee/ water station was much appreciated. Offered fruit and cake on arrival was a lovely touch. Biju also arranged a number of trips for guests though we had no time to experience, other guests gave excellent reports. Highly recommend you try this homestay in Alleppey.

I stayed in oceana residency for 2 nights. They provide us a very good familiar environment to us and very humble and good nature people. The rooms were at their best, clean with full of all the essentials. They also help us for planning our tour in allephuza.

It was a very good experience, the stay was right by the backwaters and we could see houseboats cruising all day. There was a lot of greenery which was very relaxing. The pool was clean and well maintained for a quick dip. They arranged a very good shikara ride for sunrise and it was beautiful the suite had multiple rooms which was luxurious. The breakfast had limited options and was average.

El personal de la casa, la recepción para supervisar y el manejo de la casa, es un equipo coherente. Si no se limpia el servicio de alojamiento, las camas se van a mejorar.

The stay was good, the staff was helpful.Mr.Akhil Sudhakaran is very cooperative with guests. The atmosphere was very welcoming and inviting.The area was clean and well-maintained.The location is incredibly convenient for getting around

When we first reached the hotel, i was a bit skeptical about the location. It is far from the main town and it was night when we reached there. The roads are small and not maintained properly. I was scared for the first time. But as i woke up the next day i must tell you the location is super pretty. You can take mini strolls within those village lanes and enjoy the scenic beauty. Do use the government ferry to travel to town as it’s quite convenient. Not many food options, so had to order whatever was suggested. However food was tasty. Do give it a try only if you are sure about the location. Otherwise within that price range we have good hotels in the main town

Sala sucia, polvo redondo, espejo sucio. Lengua de cama gris en los lugares. En el baño huele malo. Toallas demasiado malo. Como una suciedad húmeda seca. Los desayunos son simples pero hambre. Pero en el salón es limpio. El personal es agradable. Situado a 2 km de la playa. Puedes ir por autobús.
