La habitación era limpia, cómoda y bien mantenida. La ubicación es excelente – cerca de los lugares turísticos Taj Mahal y otros. También me gusta el ambiente tranquilo y un buen servicio. Altamente recomendado para cualquiera que visite Agra!

Плюсы. +Находится в отдалении от дороги, нет никакого шума и постоянных сигналов машин. + До Тадж Махала 10-15 минут на машине или тук-туке +Здание новое, ремонт реально новый, все сделано очень качественно, высокие потолки 320сантиметров, думали может фото обработаны, но действительно все как на фото! +Очень гостеприимная семья +Дали хорошего водителя с электрическим тук туком +За 9 месяцев проживания в разных отелях Мумбаи, Дели, Агры и ГОА этотсамы лучший отель, не пожалеете! Теперь о минусах. Минусов нет, есть только плюсы.

Местоположение отличное , пешком до Тадж Махала можно дойти, в отеле делают ремонт было шумно,больше всего не понравилось дырявая простыня

No hay comida en la zona. Hay sólo una tienda vegetariana en una carretera muy ocupada. Así que ordenamos cena en nuestro hotel. La comida era deliciosa y servida en 1/2 hora. El desayuno que pedimos para panqueques envasados y el servicio era también rápido. El hotel está bien para una estancia nocturna. Pero el piso y el baño pueden ser más limpios . El calentador de agua también funciona bien aunque viejo

El personal del hotel le llevará a su habitación con amableza. Conducir un coche humano de la estación de Agraburgo por unos 15 minutos. El restaurante está en el segundo piso.

breakfast has a very limited 2-3 items compared to the price. though they have a jacuzzi but they ensured that it should get used by removing the nob of the tap. though it's mentioned that guarantees 2 hours prior check in but they denied rooms before actual time. we had to stand there for 15-20 minutes as the receptionist was busy having his personal works rather than welcoming the guest. very poor management

Good room facilities and staff behaviour good. Property location good and food is good, room service good.

Taj Hotel's location is excellent, only 5-minute walk to Taj Mahal East Gate entrance. The front desk staff (Peter) was very welcoming and efficient, which set the tone for the stay. And he arranged my transportation back to New Delhi. A wonderful experience indeed.
