Great central location with modern rooms. Frustratingly the rooftop pool was out of order during our stay which was disappointing.

The staff were amazing . The pool area and bar area were all new. Though our room was an old one it was cleaned daily .

It’s ok. Sone things are good. Like dinner is a fair price for the smorgasbord style. Breakfast is ok. Not great. But enough. Sufficient. AC does the job in the room. Slow. ButAC in common areas is at 25. For many cultures 25 is warm and puts ion a sheen or sweat still. Not fun to sweat indoors while eating. Prices are high for juices. Smoothies and such. Too bad. And some rules are weird. saying I can’t have my own food or drinks. Etc. sorry. Your a three star hotel. You don’t get to tell me what to do. We are paying for shelter annd accommodations. And we will live as we wish when it comes to basics. Food for thought. Wifi is useless in rooms. Or our room. Travellers need wifi in the modern eta. Simply unacceptable. Staff is ok. Not charming. But willing to try and help. Also: The pool - can’t be used after 6 pm, that’s insane. Travelled all over the world. I have never seen that before. It’s asinine. You leave for the day. Come back. And can’t swim after 6 pm, ridiculous. .

The cleaning was done daily, changing towels and bedsheets. The food at the restaurant is good, and offers variety of Greek and Europe and cuisine.

Mi estancia aquí es muy cómoda. La mesa delantera fue muy útil y amable. El desayuno fue muy bueno. Realmente disfruta de mi estancia aquí. Altamente recomendado.

Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut, man konnte auch entspannt draußen sitzen. Drinnen gab es allerdings nicht viele Sitzplätze. Das Hotel ist aufgeteilt in zwei Gebäude, weshalb man unter Umständen zur Rezeption oder zum Essen das Gebäude wechseln muss (andere Straßenseite). Mich hat das aber nicht gestört. Der Chef packt auch noch selber an, ob beim Abendessen oder an der Rezeption am späten Abend. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und kümmern sich gut um die Hotelgäste. Ich wurde sogar ein, zweimal auf Deutsch angesprochen. Nach Getränken beim Abendessen hätte mich das Personal noch fragen können, aber ich ziehe dafür keinen Punkt ab. Vielleicht ist es auch so gewollt, dass die Hotelgäste in Ruhe essen und selbstständig auf das Personal diesbezüglich zukommen. Die Strandpromenade mit einigen Bars ist nicht weit vom Hotel entfernt (5-10 Fußminuten) und Kiosks bzw eine Busstation (wird sowohl von Reiseveranstaltern als auch vom öffentlichen Nahverkehr auf Kreta genutzt) sind sogar in nur 3 Fußminuten zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war nett und hatte auch einen Balkon. Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass das Hotel auch einen kleinen Pool besitzt. Ich habe für 3 Nächte (Frühstück und Abendessen inbegriffen) circa 100 Euro gezahlt und das Angebot ist für dieses Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich unschlagbar.

En los primeros 5 días, estas toallas fueron marrón de playa, luego trajeron blanco. Además, no hay papel lleno. El limpiador dijo que no está colocado y comprar papel en la tienda en el propio hotel! También viola las normas de negocios del hotel! No hay instalaciones de baño. Incluso el jabón básico. De lo contrario se está demoliendo! Limpia bien, limpia en todas partes. La pregunta ahora está en otra: a la compañía de viajes por la que hemos reservado este hotel. ¡El recibo de la empresa indica comida (almuerzo, almuerzo y cena) En el hecho de que nos asentamos en el hotel, nos negaron comida! Dijeron que no tenían comida gratis. Y que nos engañaron la empresa en la que pagamos por el viaje! ¡Al final nadie nos ha alimentado! Un recibo de la compañía. Viaje con comida y un recibo del hotel sin comida tengo en mis manos. Me quejaré ante las autoridades competentes!

Хороши, чистый отель. Отличное месторасположение. Когда я читала отзывы об этом отеле думала, боялась его бронировать. Но всё оказалось хорошо! Я была всем довольна.
