Short walk from the central station. Good location. The room first smelled cigarette. The reception kindly changed me to another room.  The room is big , and clean, with many amenities including a kettle, coffee maker. However, it is cold. We book two rooms, one room come with a radiator, my room doesn’t. I believe there is central heating, but the room is below 20 C. Reception is only up till 10pm. When realising, the staff has left.

Regresamos tarde los dos primeros días y no había plazas de aparcamiento en el suelo. El tercer día no utilizamos el coche. Viajamos en autobús por la ciudad y trasladamos el coche al suelo temprano en la mañana. Ahorré las tarifas de estacionamiento de un día

El hotel está muy bien situado y está listo para responder a sus solicitudes. La comida es perfecta y deliciosa. El hotel es muy nuevo y limpio. La ubicación es muy lejana del centro de Munich, pero es muy conveniente para viajar. El hotel está a pocos minutos a pie de la estación de tren 1-2.

We were pretty satisfied with our room and felt it was well appointed for the price. We got the twin bed room and felt it was pretty spacious with lots of room for our things. They had a closet area, two stools, a table, side tables by the beds, and a small TV. The wifi was pretty strong during our stay too. The bathroom was good too with good shower pressure and temperature. They have an all in one body wash/shampoo so you may want to bring your own products. The hotel does not use key cards but instead has codes to unlock the doors. The beds were comfy and the linens were clean and new. The pillow was thin but it was fine for what we needed. The temperature is pretty easy to control in this room with an AC unit and radiator but we didn't need either in December. We got a good night's sleep both nights at this hotel. The area is quiet when it matters but it should be noted that the nearby church starts ringing its bells at 8 am and some of the businesses nearby make a bit of noise later in the night as they close. The hotel is in a decent area with lots of convenience stores and middle eastern restaurants nearby. It is about a 10 minute walk away from Munich's Central Station and has good tram access around the area to get to most of Munich's major sites pretty quickly. We did get lots of walking done while in Munich and felt the area our hotel was in was pretty safe. The hotel does have a small common area in the lobby and a small garden. You can get a drink or some snacks at the front desk. The hotel does offer breakfast for an additional fee on the top floor and if you are a member through their application you can get a slight discount. There is a parking garage underneath the hotel and some street parking nearby. You may need to call ahead to confirm parking because it is a small hotel and street parking is limited. They offered luggage storage for us when we arrived early but needed time to clean the rooms so they could not provide early check in. The front staff were nice and efficient.

Ubicado en una zona comunitaria concurrida, conveniente para viajar, es un punto para subir y bajar del autobús Lufthunsa Express. Hay una estación de tren al otro lado de la calle. El dormitorio y el baño son un poco estrechos. La cama es pequeña. Hay que comprar desayuno adicional. En general, adecuado para trabajar sin pasar mucho tiempo en el hotel.

Me sorprendió gratamente el hotel. Justo frente al costado de la estacion,incluso hay una salida que queda frente al hotel. Fácil acceso a la locomoción. El hotel super limpio, ordenado, con ascensor. La habitación es amplia , cómoda , tiene escritorio y closets. Con vista a la calle y calefacción. Realmente me gustó mucho, además que el personal fue muy amable

El hotel está cerca de la estación de trenes. Aunque es pequeño, se ve que es un hotel con experiencia histórica, la recepción y el servicio de limpieza están disponibles. Hay caja fuerte en la habitación, hay ventanas individuales y en general son baratos. El camino a la estación de tren central también requiere unos quince minutos. Hay autobuses y supermercados DM cerca.

I had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers. 🛏️ Pretty Nice and Clean Rooms The rooms here are pretty nice, very cozy, and kept spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring Munich. The overall vibe of the hotel is very peaceful and traditional, making it a relaxing home base. A Quick Tip on the AC: It is important to note that the rooms do not have air conditioning. However, this didn't ruin my stay at all! They provide fans in the room, and because the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, you can easily leave the windows open at night to let in a lovely, cool breeze without being disturbed by city noise. 🤝 Exceptionally Nice and Welcoming Staff The hospitality here is top-notch. The staff members are really, really nice, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel incredibly comfortable. They are happy to give you local tips, recommend nearby bakeries for breakfast, and help you navigate the local transport. It truly feels like a warm, family-run business. 🅿️ Amazing Free Parking! One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is the free parking. Anyone who has traveled to Munich knows that finding parking can be a total nightmare and incredibly expensive. Having free, secure parking right at the hotel is an absolute game-changer and saved me so much money and stress!

Dado que los precios de los hoteles de los alrededores aumentaron varias veces durante el Oktoberfest, pensé en elegir este hotel nuevamente. Se trata de una cadena de apartamentos estilo hotel, muy cerca del metro, a sólo cinco minutos a pie. La zona alrededor del hotel es muy tranquila, rodeada de una o dos empresas y un apartamento comunitario, por lo que también es muy segura. La recepción del hotel es muy acogedora, habla varios idiomas y tiene una comunicación sin barreras. El hotel ofrece un desayuno sencillo, pero para las personas que se quedan más de diez días, hay pocas opciones. El restaurante del hotel ofrece café gratuito a los huéspedes. La conexión WiFi gratuita es esencial. Los programas de televisión son básicamente en alemán, por lo que no usé la televisión durante mi estancia de diez días. La habitación está limpia y ordenada, completa con refrigerador, estufa, cafetera y todo tipo de vajilla. También adecuado para viajes familiares y vacaciones. En general es bueno y vale la pena recomendarlo.

Excelente estadía en el hotel, la pasé muy bien gracias a todo el personal desde recepción hasta cocina, excelente desayuno, gente muy servicial, de corazón gracias a todos ustedes.
