Hoteles con spa en Múnich

I was on a business trip and this hotel had all the right things - great shower, extremely comfortable bed, very easy check in-check out. Also very safe.  There was a fire alarm (turned out to be a false alarm because someone was burning food in a room) during the night and the alarm, fire escape, etc all swung into action.  Not normally a thing to put on a hotel review and I'm sure it's a very rare event.  But the point is, everything worked and it means I'll feel very safe staying there in future.

Great hotel, staff is really friendly and the indoor pool and gym facilities are good. Great breakfast, they even have fried rice and porridge. VIP lounge is small but have basic things you need.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, el cuarto es limpio y amplio y las instalaciones están completas. El personal de servicio es entusiasta y cuidadoso, el desayuno es rica y variada. La experiencia de estadía global es muy cómoda, de alto precio, vale la pena recomendar.

No conozco Munich. Así que hice un libro en un hotel equivocado. Pensé que este hotel se encuentra cerca de Alstad. En realidad se encuentra en el barrio de Munich llamado Swabing. La habitación está muy cerca de la habitación, pero no hay ninguna otra cosa que pueda hacer. Este hotel está bien. Pero no para los viejos no hay cocina, no hay refrigerador, no hay té, café, no hay tapa de ducha. El hotel tampoco nos prepara champú. El diseño está bien, pero demasiado sencillo. La ubicación no está en Alstad y es demasiado caro para el hotel situado en Swabing

El hotel está muy bien situado, está cerrado por la mayoría de los lugares turísticos de Munich. El hotel está muy bien situado y es muy agradable. Pero mi madre encontró algo sucio en el duche cuando ella entró por primera vez en su habitación. En general, el hotel es bastante bueno.

First, I would not recommend this hotel to travelers with young children or elderly family members. The surrounding area is highly mixed and felt unsafe during our stay. Within just three nights in Munich, we personally witnessed incidents including fighting and shop theft. This created a strong sense of insecurity for us as a family traveling with young children. Second, the bathroom design is extremely inconsiderate and poses safety risks. The raised bathroom floor becomes very slippery after the first person showers, yet no grab bars or safety features are provided. This is unacceptable for a hotel of such a well-known brand, and it is shocking that guest safety was clearly not considered during the design stage. Third, the housekeeping service was disappointing. Despite being out since morning, our room was not cleaned when we returned in the evening. When we requested assistance just to empty the rubbish bin, the cleaner refused, claiming our room was not within their assigned work area—even though it was on the same floor. Cleaning was only carried out after we called the housekeeping hotline, which left us very disappointed with the service standard. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations for a branded hotel, particularly in terms of safety, design consideration, and service quality.

Reception的態度平淡，不熱帎。預訂飯店時曾在特殊要求上列出须要乳膠枕及額外的行李架，結果入住時什麼都沒有準備，concierge的服務態度較好，check out時曾提前要求frontdesk 派人來協助搬運行李，結果完全沒人來幫忙，晚上在飯店餐廳用餐，服務態度平平，不熱帎也不關心，也許是生意太好，無法分身顧及，食物品質普通，與網站上所稱慕尼黑美食飯店第一名實不相符。我們在網站上預訂的至尊豪華房註明房間大小35-38平方米，實際入住發房間根本沒有預期大小。總而言之，除了地理位置，其他都名不符實，只能給予中等評價，但以後大概不會再去入住，也不會推薦朋友去，也許期望值太高，所以失望也較大吧！

Desayuno estilo occidental, habitaciones limpias, buena ubicación, hay un garaje al lado del cual se puede estacionar, se puede estacionar gratis hasta la salida, tiempo extra de estacionamiento por medio día por 12-13 euros

Me alojé en el hotel dos noches mientras veía la Champions League en Múnich. La recepción era pequeña y el personal tenía un nivel de inglés limitado, lo que dificultaba un poco la comunicación. La habitación era decente, con todas las comodidades necesarias, pero la cama era demasiado blanda e incómoda. Había muchos restaurantes cerca y el transporte público era práctico; la parada de autobús estaba a cinco minutos a pie.
