The hotel's location is pretty good. It's closed by most tourist spots in Munich. The staff is quite nice & helpful. The spa and gym is quite nice, and breakfast is good too. However, my mom found a little dirty stuff in the shower when she first got into her room. That's a minus. Overall, the hotel is quite good.

Great hotel, staff is really friendly and the indoor pool and gym facilities are good. Great breakfast, they even have fried rice and porridge. VIP lounge is small but have basic things you need.

No conozco Munich. Así que hice un libro en un hotel equivocado. Pensé que este hotel se encuentra cerca de Alstad. En realidad se encuentra en el barrio de Munich llamado Swabing. La habitación está muy cerca de la habitación, pero no hay ninguna otra cosa que pueda hacer. Este hotel está bien. Pero no para los viejos no hay cocina, no hay refrigerador, no hay té, café, no hay tapa de ducha. El hotel tampoco nos prepara champú. El diseño está bien, pero demasiado sencillo. La ubicación no está en Alstad y es demasiado caro para el hotel situado en Swabing

El hotel dispone de un servicio excelente y el personal es muy amable. Sin embargo, la limpieza podría mejorarse. Dejamos las ventanas de café usadas en la habitación y no se sustituyeron ni se lavó. También notamos un agujero en el tapón y algunas tintas amarillas. Pedimos un tobillo, pero se dijo que no había existencia, lo que fue un poco sorprendente para un Pullman. En el lado positivo, ofrecen una máquina de lavar que los huéspedes pueden utilizar, sólo tienes que comprar la moneda del receptor.

Das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen. PERSONAL SEHR FREUNDLICH. FRÜHSTÜCK SEHR GUT. TOO IST DIE VERBINDUNG ZUR ARABELLA KLINIK. ICH /Wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt. Das Schwimmbad u die Dampfsauna waren perfekt. Die Sauna könnte gemütlicher mit gedämpftem Licht sein. Ansonsten alles super. Kommen wieder.

Desayuno estilo occidental, habitaciones limpias, buena ubicación, hay un garaje al lado del cual se puede estacionar, se puede estacionar gratis hasta la salida, tiempo extra de estacionamiento por medio día por 12-13 euros

El transporte público está literalmente a 2 minutos a pie. ¡Muy práctico! Y no tienes que preocuparte por el equipaje, ya que está muy cerca de la estación. La habitación estaba limpia; nos cambiaron de habitación inmediatamente cuando vimos que la manguera del baño estaba rota. El servicio fue bueno.
