The hotel was good with a great breakfast. Only thing is you hardly get a good restaurant nearby for dinner. But still hotel staff helped us in ordering the food online and we could manage. Overall 5 star service and support from the hotel staff

聲明：本評論無廣，供有相似需求的朋友參考。 我預訂這家維也納的需求是為了參加考試，在訂這家酒店之前，也被它的差評嚇了一條，畢竟訂這個遠超普通民宿的價格肯定是希望能夠擁有更好的睡眠體驗，畢竟不是出來玩，參加考試最重要的就是擁有良好的睡眠體驗以保證精力，所以我的首要需求就是保證睡眠質量，我訂的是豪華雙床房，它是沒有窗户的，但可能也正是沒有窗户，所以晚上睡覺時出奇的安靜，幾乎聽不到任何噪音。中午午休時，整個房間也像黑夜一般隔光，晚上睡覺與午休的睡眠都得到了比較大的保障。 其次就是地理位置，在永嘉對面，也算各個大學之間的腹地了，前往各個大學的步行路程大概在10~20分鐘左右。周圍有麥當勞等各種餐飲店，用餐是比較方便的。酒店後面還有一家晨光文具店，可以很方便的打印准考證和購買各類所需文具。 來到這家維也納，前台的服務態度挺好的，辦理入住過程比較順利。 綜上，如果也有參加各類考試需求的朋友，從睡眠舒適度與地理位置來看，這家酒店是可以選擇的。選擇房間時也可以跟前台小姐姐説一下要內間的，因為外面離永嘉特別近，還有各種夜宵小吃街，是否能有那麼安靜的住宿環境就不得而知了。 整體住宿評價：夯！ 備註：沒有拍照片了，貼圖與評價無關。

房間衞生做得很乾凈，一進來就給人一種很舒服的感覺。床上用品的質量特別好，它不像外面民宿用的那種很薄的床單用品，這家酒店的床單很厚實。園區也非常大，綠化也做的都非常好。樓下到處都是吃飯的店鋪，有快餐，還有港式茶餐廳可以拍漂亮飯。還有潮汕火鍋店。他們的工作人員也很細心，也會耐心地幫忙解決問題，服務熱情，尤其是前台給我的印象比較深刻，她非常專業並且優秀是給酒店加分的關鍵，下次來福州還選他們家

A well-located hotel with clean rooms and an interesting touch—robots moving around! It’s easy to get around thanks to the nearby subway, though reaching the city center takes an extra 20–30 minutes. The cleaning lady was especially friendly and did a great job. The hotel provides all the necessary amenities, like towels and toiletries. A few things could be improved. The reception area could be more welcoming, and sometimes there was trash lying around. When I asked for an extra water bottle, I was told the room already had one, even though I had finished mine the day before—it felt like an unnecessary hassle. Also, the shower had a drainage issue, but the hotel fixed it quickly. For those who like everything to look brand new, the bedhead area was scratched and looked worn, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise, the room was well-maintained. Overall, a good hotel for a short stay.

La actitud del servicio de la habitación es en general buena. El ruido es un gran problema mientras la habitación tiene ruido de tráfico por la carretera. El ruido de la máquina durante el día en la estación de inspección anual del vehículo. No hay influencia sobre la ktv de arriba o abajo de seis pisos. El aislamiento de la puerta no es muy bueno para hablar por la calle. Es muy claro, Es aceptable dormir insoportable, además de que el efecto frío central de la condicionamiento no es bueno para que la habitación esté caliente, no está caliente ahora o es un poco difícil, no es recomendable para el examen cercano
