During our two weeks travel in Yunnan with our parents and kids, this guesthouse was the biggest surprise of the trip! It was incredibly comfortable and superb clean for all six of us — from the elderly to the little ones, everyone absolutely loved it. My parents couldn’t stop raving about how thoughtful and cozy it was, saying it’s the best place they've ever stayed. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every little detail was taken care of — whether it was travel tips, food recommendations, or little thoughtful touches, we truly felt at home. Their hospitality made the whole trip smoother and even more enjoyable. The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed, with unique and creative touches in every corner — we couldn’t stop taking photos! The rooftop view was especially stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that looked like paintings. Our whole family went up there every day; we didn’t want to miss a single moment of the scenery. If you’re coming to Heshun, you have to stay here! The environment, service, and warmth of the hosts are all top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality travel experience — we’ll definitely be back next time!

El diseño del hotel es hermoso, tiene un sentimiento de belleza combinada con edificios antiguos y modernos, una amplia habitación con inteligencia sanitaria limpia, el jefe recibe con entusiasmo iniciativas para ayudar a mover el equipaje y responder a los problemas del turismo. Desde mi viaje y otras comparaciones, me siento digna de volver a hospedarse en el hotel.

The boss was exceptionally kind to the people he was hosting. We did not purchase breakfast and he gave it to us free. We wanted some recommendations in the area and he helped us book it at a discount!! They even picked us up from the airport. They also give you a fruit and snacks platter daily with very tasty, specialty fruits! The breakfast lady is very nice and welcoming. They offer drinks all day as well including some soft drinks like coke and sprite. Coffee, soymilk, pea porridge, crossing bridge noodles (Mixian or Ersi) side dishes and condiments to put into the noodles. They also have flavored boiled eggs and boiled eggs. The rooms are exceptionally clean, with a nice layout and provided slippers, clean towels daily, comfortable bed. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in Tengchong!

No hay techo en el pasillo de primer o segundo piso, si está lluvioso, es realmente incómodo. La zona pública está en el suelo de la tierra, no se siente muy liso. El día que salió de la tienda llueve, cada paso se atenía. Hay un ascensor muy bueno, pero no hay escaleras arriba y abajo. Las escaleras de la puerta son muy poco amables para gran parte de su equipaje. Aunque hay empleados que ayudan a transportar su equipaje, en realidad, esas posiciones en la periferia delante de la puerta pueden ser puestas en la zona de la colina. Los suministros diarios de una habitación están completos, sin retrasos de una sola vez. El tiempo de desayuno está en 8:30-9:30. Si sales temprano para jugar a las atracciones o salir de la tienda, ¿no hay comida de café?! No hay nada que comer en el lado de la colina. Después de la puerta del baño, se sugirió que se instalara una barra de protección contra choques, que escuchara la puerta del baño aislado que siempre tocaba y protegiera la puerta de su casa.

The resort is new so location was not yet too familiar. But the property messaged us on hoe to find the exact location. There is butler service that we availed. Service was excellent. Managed by young people who are attentive to our needs. We booked a 2 bedroom French-inspired suite. Impressed with the interior and the room design. Loved the heated floors at night. There is a beautiful electric fire place inside the room. The living room is very inviting and generous. There is a private bath per room with private hot spring connected to the tub. Bed and linens were comfortable. Breakfast was alacarte but sufficient and delicious. Offering local healthy produce and food. They also offer Spa services which we didn’t have the time to avail.

Beautiful outdoor private hotspring! Exceptional service from superhost, Susu! She and her team went out of the way to accommodate my family of 4 to make our stay at Tengchong memorable! On the last night, she brought us to the store after hearing that we had no time to shop. The next morning, she woke up before 6am to prepare and pack breakfast for us so that we could reach the train station early to avoid the traffic jam due to the Marathon event. The driver whom she had recommended, Mr Yang was also super responsible even if it meant having to work overtime! All the local food that he recommended and food made by Susu and team were genuinely delicious!

I really enjoy my stay Nansu. Room is super comfortable and clean, the breakfast is very good. I will recommand it. It makes my trip in TengChong valuable.

I stayed in a suite of rooms facing South on the fourth floor in this hotel, which is a ten minute's walk from the bus station. Sofa and television in a separate living room, but it was cold, and had no heater. Comfortable chair in both the bedroom and living room. The bedroom did have a heater. The rooms had no view to speak of, as any view there may have been was blocked by tall trees. Tengchong spans a few miles from north to south, and aside from the well known tourist spots, there is a pleasant park at the town's north end, with a lake and view of a former active volcano

El servicio es entusiasta. La carne de pollo de café en el restaurante del hotel es muy perfumada. El personal del restaurante también es entusiasta. La recepción y la hermana que me envasó el patio de la tarde también son entusiastas. La próxima vez que pase, el estacionamiento no está lento y es un poco incómodo experimentar las viejas prácticas de hacer café

La experiencia de estadía en general es completa, no hay nada decepcionado. Una vez que la vista de la habitación del segundo piso es incompleta, la ventana es un todo de la cama y el paisaje es muy curable. El ambiente del café del primer piso es muy amplio, el sabor del café es muy bueno, y el momento de sentarse es especialmente tranquilo.
