The B&B was amazing. I stayed here with my wife and other family (total 7 people) in the summer of 2026. They provided an airport pickup for us that went smoothly. The rooms are very clean and cozy, and they provide fruit and snack trays for each room daily. The bathroom toilet is equipped with a nice bidet, the mini fridge has a few drinks included, there are small amenities such as steam eye masks, and all daily necessities are provided (e.g., toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, nail clippers, etc). There is also a common area for people to hang out, and their lobby has additional amenities not in the room (e.g., pads, tiger balm, etc). Additionally, they can provide breakfast, which includes local cuisine like er si or mi xian with many different toppings and side dishes. In addition to this, all the staff are super friendly, and the boss provided an accurate and curated list of things to do, places to eat at, and valuable recommendations as a local. My entire family loved the stay at this B&B, and if we come back to Tengchong in the future we will definitely stay here.

Nuangui Homestay I sent emails to Nuangui via trip.com on 24 Nov and 30 Nov to arrange for complimentary pick up. I got no reply to my 2 emails. I telephoned Nuangui via trip.com on 1 Dec before flying out to TengChong, a lady answered the phone, she insisted she didn't receive my 2 emails, but promised to arrange pick up. When we arrived in TengChong we were picked up and dropped off at the entrance of HeShun and given a gps map sharing location and told to find our own way to the minsu after eating because their staff/boss refused to meet and greet us at the HeShun entrance. At the time it was around 9.30pm. Despite the gps map sharing, we spent a long time walking around dark, narrow, quiet streets of HeShun looking for something to eat and then later the minsu location. In the end we couldn't find the minsu. There was no one around to ask for durections and it was quite dark and very cold. By around 11.15pm we finally gave up looking and called the minsu to come and find us and take us to the minsu. They only answered after a few minutes of calling. It was lucky we insisted on calling, we would never have found the minsu by ourselves. The minsu itself was great, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient (when u know where it is and how to get there). The minsu staff took our luggage all the way, from the airport to the minsu, which was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it to the minsu if I had to carry my own luggage because a lot of the HsShun streets are uneven, uphill and many steps. The only hic up was the bath, originally we thought it wasn't working because there was no hot water coming out from the hot water tap. After 3 nights of stay, we later found out that the taps were installed incorrectly, C water tap meant hot water and the other way round. Also, even though staying in minsu in HeShun, you still have to pay entrance tickets, that wasn't pointed out on the minsu details.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner and his wife are extremely kind and welcoming. They brought us to many beautiful places and spent time showing us around and even playing with us, which made our trip very special. The hotel offers great value with a high standard. Everything is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the most special things about this place is the onsen (hot spring). The water comes from a real natural hot spring, which makes the experience very authentic and relaxing. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the owner and his wife. They even promised to come visit us in the future, which shows how genuine and friendly they are. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality stay with wonderful hosts and a real hot spring experience.

Beautiful outdoor private hotspring! Exceptional service from superhost, Susu! She and her team went out of the way to accommodate my family of 4 to make our stay at Tengchong memorable! On the last night, she brought us to the store after hearing that we had no time to shop. The next morning, she woke up before 6am to prepare and pack breakfast for us so that we could reach the train station early to avoid the traffic jam due to the Marathon event. The driver whom she had recommended, Mr Yang was also super responsible even if it meant having to work overtime! All the local food that he recommended and food made by Susu and team were genuinely delicious!

I really enjoy my stay Nansu. Room is super comfortable and clean, the breakfast is very good. I will recommand it. It makes my trip in TengChong valuable.

También hemos fijado un viaje a pie del hotel, un poco más caro que el exterior, pero dos personas se agrupan independientemente. El viaje puede ajustarse en cualquier momento de acuerdo con nuestro estado físico. Es demasiado amable para las personas con mala capacidad física, no tengas que temer que no puedan seguir a las grandes tropas. El hotel está muy cerca de la entrada de la zona del panorama, y es muy conveniente entrar en el centro de la antigua ciudad. La sanidad interior está limpia y el primer piso está equipado con lavadora conveniente para los viajeros. La vista del sol que se ve en la escena es hermosa. El jefe es un alojamiento con carácter personal, un entusiasmo y un huésped, y la abuela se dirige a la entrada de la zona del panorama para ayudar a transportar el equipaje. I stayed in a suite of rooms facing South on the fourth floor in this hotel, which is a ten minute's walk from the bus station. Sofa and television in a separate living room, but it was cold, and had no heater. Comfortable chair in both the bedroom and living room. The bedroom did have a heater. The rooms had no view to speak of, as any view there may have been was blocked by tall trees. Tengchong spans a few miles from north to south, and aside from the well known tourist spots, there is a pleasant park at the town's north end, with a lake and view of a former active volcano
