Excellent hôtel Parfait après ma chirurgie à l’hôpital st-Mary juste au coin de la rue. Belle chambre avec un très grand lit et un divan. Accès à un stationnement. Petit déjeuner intéressant pour le prix.  J’y retournerai certainement pour une petite fin de semaine en amoureux.

My stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Montreal from April 3–5, 2026 was an overall very positive experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Old Montreal and nearby attractions without any hassle. The suite-style rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a full day out. I especially appreciated the separate living area, which added a nice touch of comfort and privacy. The complimentary breakfast was a standout feature, offering a solid variety of hot options like eggs, meats, and potatoes, not just a basic continental spread. It definitely set a good tone for the day. The evening reception was another highlight the happy hour drinks were excellent, with a great selection and a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Service was friendly and professional throughout my stay. Staff were helpful, responsive, and made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. If I had to mention one small drawback, it would be that the hotel can get a bit busy during peak hours, especially around breakfast time, but that’s expected given its popularity. Also the parking was a bit pricey . Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for couples, business travelers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Montreal. I would gladly stay here again.

Nos alojamos 4 noches y la ubicación es perfecta. Está entre dos estaciones de metro, ambas a unos 6-7 minutos a pie (Champ de Mars y Saint Laurent), dependiendo de la línea. Llegamos en tren y tomamos el metro en Bonaventure (conecta con la estación central: ”Gare Centrale”) y llegamos a Champ de Mars. Hay un supermercado a 5 minutos (”IGA”) y la estación de autobuses del aeropuerto está junto al hotel. Chinatown está a 7 minutos; no te pierdas Sammi dumplings. Hay un patio de comidas (”Le Central”) a 5 minutos, aunque nos pareció un poco caro. El Viejo Puerto de Montreal y la Basílica de Notre Dame están a unos 15 minutos del hotel. Instalaciones: Como ya han comentado, las habitaciones son bastante básicas y necesitan una renovación. Nuestra habitación no tiene sofá (que era diferente al de las fotos), pero es funcional, así que no hay queja. La cocina está bien equipada con ollas y sartenes. Cocinamos la cena dos veces. Personal y servicio: todo el personal es amable y muy servicial, nos dio consejos sobre direcciones y siempre tiene una sonrisa.

La ubicación y el personal del hotel eran excelentes, pero las instalaciones estaban muy anticuadas. Fue decepcionante que cuando miré por la ventana, solo pude ver la pared, y tan pronto como abrí la puerta, la cama estaba allí mismo, lo cual fue lamentable. Debido a que hay tres hoteles con el mismo nombre en el centro, es importante verificar la dirección y asegurarse de encontrar el correcto.

La habitación era agradable, limpia y funcional. Todo estaba bien mantenido y cómodo. El personal estaba muy acomodado durante toda nuestra visita. Requerimos una habitación frente al arca de Chinatown y estaban felices de recibir exactamente eso. También nos han concedido una salida tardía y nos han permitido almacenar nuestras maletas en la recepción del día, lo que ha facilitado la exploración. El desayuno era muy bueno, con una amplia variedad de opciones, y nos encantaba especialmente que cambiaran el estilo de huevos, patatas y carnes diariamente, lo que mantuvo las cosas interesantes. El hotel está situado en el centro de Montreal, a poca distancia de muchos lugares de interés, restaurantes y tiendas. En general, una estancia muy agradable y cómoda.

This hotel is a little gem in a super area of downtown Montreal. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, with high-quality sheets and a good selection of comfortable pillows. A kitchenette made it very easy to pick up salads or snacks to refrigerate or reheat leftovers from a restaurant the night before. Breakfast is included and there’s a good selection of fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, deli meats and yogurt. Cereals as well. While there were scrambled eggs, I tried them twice but not cooked to my taste. Having said that, there were fresh pastries and bagels, so a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon with some fruit served very well. This hotel is very walkable to Notre Dame, Place des Arts and several theatres and museums. Lots of great restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes. The subway is literally a 3-minute walk and in 10 minutes, you can be at the Jean Talon Market, which has a plethora of foods and drinks to suit anyone’s taste palate. I’d highly recommend Hotel and Spa Carre St. Denis and will definitely be back next time I visit Montreal.

El hotel está céntrico, muy bien ubicado y cerca de los transportes públicos (el autobús para el aeropuerto para en la puerta). El personal es muy amable y servicial, y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. El desayuno es bastante variado y abundante. Lo reponen constantemente. Hay un servicio de guarda equipajes gratuito disponible. La limpieza es adecuada. Fue una grata estancia

Front desk, breakfast crew and housekeeping were great. Unfortunately my husband was eaten alive by BED BUGS!! Housekeeping came to inspect the bed and found it on the bed and the pillow. I was fairly calm at the time because I was just in shock and just wanted to leave to wipe all our belongings down, but when Hotel manager didn't call us the next day as promised by the front desk manager I felt really disregarded as a paying customer. We had to call them back and after going back and forth they refuse to give us a refund! Our vacation was cut short because we had to go straight home to wash our belongings worried that an infestation might occur from our drive back to Pickering from Montreal. The drive home was very uncomfortable for my husband, my daughter is traumatized and I was just overall disgusted!! When we got home we had to strip down in our backyard and left all our belongings outdoors for 2 days just to make sure we didn't bring anything in. We then had to wash everything in hot water which lead to some of our clothes shrinking. It is now 4 days since the incident occurred and still no satisfactory resolution! We will NEVER stay at another Ramada again.

Definitivamente es un hotel antiguo que no merece la máxima puntuación, pero es un lugar bueno y razonable con lo básico de un hotel bien equipado. Aunque el edificio es antiguo, la recepción funciona correctamente y la limpieza y la seguridad también son buenas. Para este tipo de estancia a este precio, todo lo que puedo decir es que estoy satisfecho. Era conveniente viajar ya que no estaba lejos de la estación de autobús. Si vuelvo a visitar Montreal, consideraré positivamente quedarme nuevamente.
