I recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free. We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch. The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests. Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name. Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings. I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

The hotel is at a very convenient location. It’s not that new but very cozy and clean. They have 24hrs coffee, tea, water, which is really great. And the welcome gift (snacks) is really helpful if you arrives late but don’t want to eat outside or heavy.

En principio, este lugar es para los estudiantes del campus quedarse tan diferente en comparación con el hotel estándar o AirBNB. No veo un secador de pelo, caja de kleenex, pendiente de abrigo (pero tienes armario), caldera y cafetera, etc ... Pero el lugar es agradable y limpio. No almacenan su equipaje antes de CI/após CO, te presentarán sus socios haciendo el servicio de almacenamiento, me cuesta $8 después de un descuento de asociación que parece justo en esta ciudad. Me alegra poder quedarme aquí con la reserva de última hora aunque estaba en medio de F1 fin de semana.

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews I read online, and I can happily say I wasn't disappointed with my choice. Check-in & Parking Our check-in process was completely smooth and hassle-free. We parked our car in the hotel’s free parking lot. It was quite packed—I assume there was a wedding or another big event going on at the time—but despite the crowd, we managed to find a spot for our car. Room & Amenities The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the floors were spotless. This is a multi-story hotel with a functioning elevator. I learned that it used to belong to a major hotel chain before it changed ownership and name. You can definitely feel that legacy, as it still maintains a certain standard of high quality. The building itself doesn't look worn out at all. Another great perk was the ice machine; we were able to fill up our icebox for the car free of charge, which was super convenient. The room's AC worked perfectly, the TV had plenty of channels, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable and smooth. Location & Value The hotel is located close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers who need easy airport access. While it is a bit far from the city center, it worked perfectly for us since we had a car. If you don't have a vehicle, the distance from downtown might be something to consider, but for our needs, it was just right. Conclusion Overall, I really liked it. The pricing was very reasonable for what it offers. It’s a clean, comfortable, and highly stayable place. I would definitely recommend it!

Nos alojamos en el Hotel Zero 1 para el Festival Just For Laughs originalmente por 4 noches, que se convirtieron en 5 cuando nuestro vuelo fue cancelado. El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta, ya sea que vaya de compras a St Catherine's, asista al festival JFL o visite el paseo marítimo del Puerto Viejo. Todo está a poca distancia. El hotel está muy limpio y parece haber sido renovado recientemente. Nos alojamos en una habitación tipo loft #1113. Todo está bien, sin embargo, la ducha podría ser un poco más grande (nos sentimos como si estuviéramos en Europa) con más presión de agua. Al contrario de otras reseñas, no hay problema con el agua caliente. Lo único negativo que diría es la cama, se supone que es una cama tamaño queen (aunque la habitación es grande y tiene capacidad para una cama tamaño king), pero es más pequeña que una cama tamaño queen tradicional ”norteamericana”. Se siente más como un doble que está más en línea con una reina euro. La cama no era muy cómoda, pero después de la cuarta noche de sueño finalmente nos estábamos acostumbrando. El personal de limpieza y de recepción son muy agradables. Consideraremos alojarnos aquí nuevamente en nuestra próxima visita a Montreal principalmente por su ubicación cerca de todo.
