Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Calgary

The landlords ( husband & wife) are very friendly, helpful, nice & accommodating. The wife Ms Shujie Guo waited for us patiently to arrive at the air bnb before returning to their own home which is a short distance away. (NB: we did not get the message or e-mail for the main door number access code & she know that it has happened before. So she took the initiative to wait for us which we arrived at night at about 9 pm on that day). This air bnb house provided full cooking facilities including the ingredients & spices. The common area are very clean & tidy. The bedroom & bathroom are equally clean & tidy. There is a garden at the back of the house which is beautifully layout. The landlord lady Ms Jhujie Guo even went to the extent to alert my wife that there were northern lights & informed us to go to the open space to see. With our iPhone 14 pro max handphone, we managed to see the beautiful northern lights ( aurora). Unfortunately we were unable to capture the dancing lights as we do not have the camera stand. This is a bonus as we did not expect to see Northern lights in Calgary! We felt like we were living at our own home. We would highly recommend those who are looking for accommodation in Calgary to stay at Brothers Li Homestay.

I am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel. . I am writing to complain  the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge. Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone.  So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line. So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction. I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

Hotel muy moderno con habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas. El desayuno estaba genial, muy variado. Además está localizado cerca del centro y bien comunicado.

Es el mejor para una persona que tiene un descanso nocturno, como se les entrena específicamente para eso. El autobús de navegación gratuita es real en cualquier momento, pero no pude contactarlos por correo electrónico. Gotta les llame, espero que lo arreglen, yo también envié un email mucho antes de mi viaje. Y el personal es tan amable que me hizo sentir seguro y seguro que no voy a perder mi vuelo 😌 Si tienes que ir temprano para el vuelo antes del desayuno, te darán muffins y manzanas! La habitación era tan grande y agradable, me gustaría no tener el vuelo para atrapar, así que puedo dormir en esa cama rey humilde. Hay un atm en el lobby.

Really large, beautiful rooms. Unfortunately too far from city center to walk Additionally only few Restaurants in walking distance. Room of indoor pool was too cold - why is the air conditioning running all the time even when weather is not too hot? So no desire to use pool - different then planned

El hotel es muy nuevo, el nuevo decorado es el lavado de lavandería también Vale la pena recomendar El aire acondicionado no funciona bien. ¿Quieres hacer un café con una máquina de café de la mañana, abrir el trasero de la caja de agua llena de polvo, esto debería cambiar bien? Higiene: los detalles de higiene no son buenos, la higiene de la máquina de café especial no se ha limpiado, es gris Instalaciones: nuevas Medio ambiente: bueno Servicio: alto precio

A good hotel considering the price and location. For a 3 star property, it meets the stated standard. Comfortable beds. Spacious lobby. Everything works.

I was a bit nervous after reading some other reviews, but I need not have been. My room was spacious, the bed comfy and the pillows plentiful. My 11 year old grandson, who visited during my stay, gives the pool and waterside a huge thumbs up. His mother, sister and I enjoyed the hot tub while he splashed alone.  Breakfast was a bounty! Although I am limited by multiple food allergies, I found more than enough to eat and enjoyed my 2 breakfasts.  When I first arrived in my assigned room, I discovered a tool on the floor and a dismantled A/C unit. Before I had time to wonder, a repairman was at the door, apologetic that I had arrived before he could complete his maintenance. He immediately arranged for me to switch to a different room, and all was well.  Desk staff were all cordial, helpful, friendly. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay and highly recommend others to ignore naysayers and give it a try. I would be happy for a return visit if opportunity arises. El hotel es espacioso y limpio. Ven aquí con mi familia y todos nos impresionamos con el confort de la cama, incluyendo la limpieza

Esta es la 2ª vez que reservamos este hotel la primera vez en marzo del año pasado sin reservas en línea, luego reservamos a través de este año 30 de enero a 3 de febrero , reservamos este hotel porque es un buen servicio la primera vez que reservamos aquí y yo tenía un buen servicio en ambos casos. El hotel es un buen lugar, ya que tiene servicio de autobús al centro y centro sur que se detiene en chinook #10 & 15 + la línea roja a somerset y Toscana con una fácil transferencia a la otra línea azul lrt a la ciudad de la seddel y 69° extremo oeste. La primera vez que me descansé y dormiré en mi hotel, estaba explorando y visitando a la familia y a los amigos. El escritorio y el personal de limpieza estaban sorprendentes 👏. La próxima vez que me voy a Calgary espera una reserva de este tipo por la tercera vez.
